I would say 9/10. Freshly renovated hotel, spacious rooms with modern minimalistic design, comfortable bed, bathroom cosmetics. I didn’t have a problem with cleaning service, it was cleaned daily. I didn’t have a problem with noise from the street but that probably depends on where your room is located. No problem with AC, I could turn it off if I didn’t want it to work. Staff were polite and responsive. From the backyard of the hotel you go straight at the beach which is perfect. As for the food - here I would take one star away. A variety of salads, starters, desserts and fruits. Most of the main courses though - for me not a good choice of recipes for a 4 star hotel or they just can’t cook them well (if you level up the quality of the main dishes the overall experience would be perfect) Also desserts are not so fancy, but they are fresh at least. Otherwise you get a lot of food and drinks throughout the whole day. After all I enjoyed my stay and I would be glad to visit it again.

The hotel has an excellent location by the beach, but it’s a pity it doesn’t have its own sunbeds on the beach. The pools at the hotel are large and pleasant. The food was good, sometimes with a slightly monotonous selection, but I enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. We had a safe in our room, so we didn’t have to worry about our personal belongings. The evening drinks were a pleasant way to spend time.

More marketing than reality – disappointing experience
We chose AluaSoul Sunny Beach for a getaway for two, attracted by the promise of a 4* adults-only hotel, recently renovated. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, although it had potential: it is a well-located hotel (close to the beach), which offers an enviable panorama from the rooms with "sea view".
Cleanliness: The common areas – toilets, terraces, stairs and the pool area – were visibly dirty. Not just occasionally, but constantly.
Air conditioning: In the common areas, the air conditioning was either weak or completely absent, which made the interior spaces suffocating on hot days.
Beach: The hotel does not have its own beach, although it borders the beach. You have to pay separately for sunbeds and umbrellas.
All-inclusive: The meals offer is limited and repetitive, especially at breakfast and lunch, without reflecting the standard of a 4-star hotel; the only meal with a more varied menu is the evening meal, as if this were the main meal of the day (I didn't understand why). Although the service at the hotel bars is very good and prompt, the alcoholic drinks are only local and of poor quality.
Parking: Too few parking spaces, compared to the number of rooms, which leads to low availability, especially in season.
Wi-Fi connection: although it has coverage in most areas of the hotel, the data traffic is either very unstable (sometimes even impossible to establish), or limited to values just above 0 (zero) Mbs.
What I appreciated: The hotel is partially renovated, with a modern design in the rooms. It is quiet inside, but centrally located – ideal for those who love the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach.
In conclusion, AluaSoul Sunny Beach can be an option for tourists who are not very demanding and just want a central location. But if you are attentive to details, comfort and quality services, I recommend looking for alternatives.

This must be the best hotel in Bulgaria if not Europe itself. The rooms are perfect and with no electromagnetic field. The food is always delicious and plentiful. The pools clean and great to swim in.

The room was large, recently updated and had a great view (which we paid extra for). Everything else about the hotel was a disappointment. Some of the features in the room were broken like the TV, phone and mirror in the bathroom. The A/C kept resetting to 25 degrees Celsius, needless to say making it hot. I didn’t sleep comfortably any of the 3 nights we were there. We asked the front desk for repairs to everything but nothing was ever fixed. They were short staffed in all departments. Housekeeping only replaced towels- they didn’t clean or replace coffee or bath soaps. The food was mediocre at best and when a dish or beverage ran out, they were very slow to replace it. It’s the first time I went to an all inclusive resort and didn’t want to eat or drink there. The room prices are high, so I was expecting better overall quality. Quite a disappointment. If you’re looking for a trip to Sunny Beach, I recommend staying somewhere else.
