I travelled with my 3 adult children 20,23 & 26,
Amazing Hotel, with great staff in every department. great location and good food and bar service. Adults only! was great, no messing about reserving beds as their were plenty for everybody. The animation team was really active and friendly. The holiday makers were really considerate, which made to a great holiday. The food had plenty of variation and the drinks if you wanted them kept flowing with lovely coffee at the pool bar.

What a lovely find! The hotel is right by the beach which makes it feel extra luxurious, the staff is amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful (big up for Carlos, Ivan, and good luck Pablo on your first week there! You're doing amazing! And Valentina is great doing all the entertainment ✨)
We went all inclusive and the option of drinks is vast, lots of delicious cocktails and fruit juices. The food was a pleasant surprise considering one of us is vegan and we didn't have high expectations, but actually we really enjoyed it, there was a big selection of all sorts of food, including vegetables, lots of bread, a salad bar with all sorts, including a make-your-own salad (loved it) and a lot of fresh fruit. The spa is a very nice touch for extra relaxation. We absolutely loved it and we couldn't recommend it more! 10/10 ✨

Lovely hotel but a few disappointments.
Our hotel stay was lovely, we had a lovely time with the pool and the room was nice enough. However i will say that there were a few concerns with our stay.
We paid extra for an ocean view room and we’re not provided with one, i made the hotel aware but they didn’t do anything. Our shower drain was blocked and there were smeared hand prints all over the glass doors in our room.
Please be aware that the doors for the shower and toilet are glass which you can see and hear through, there is not a lot of privacy. The beds were lovely and comfy though!
We paid for half board so we had breakfast and dinner included. the food was lovely but the service could’ve used a bit of work.
I was unaware that being half board meant that you weren’t provided with water.
That did not stop a member of staff having a go at me in front of everyone for helping myself to a glass of water. She could have been nice and polite regarding the matter but she was far from it, only all inclusive guests get the luxury of water.
Instead they told me to sit back down and pay for a bottle of water.
At one point we brought down a bottle of water from the hotel room that was provided by the hotel, they had a go at us regarding this as-well even though the hotel themselves had provided it. Most of the staff were nice enough but this really wasn’t a good experience.
I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at a hotel that during dinner at this hotel. I had paid a lot to stay here for an entire week but it felt like i was being treated as someone who was not welcome.

Myself and my partner have had a lovely week stay at AluaSoul Ibiza. The hotel has a large pool area, plenty of sunbeds, a gym and sauna. There’s plenty of entertainment each evening and throughout the day without being too much. We enjoyed the half board food options, lots of selection with a different theme each evening. Food was fresh and there were live cooking stations e.g for omelettes, fresh pasta, pancakes, grilled meat.
At times we did feel a bit restricted as there were a number of ‘extras’ that weren’t included in our board type including an extra pool/bathing area for premium guests, Bali sunbeds which cost extra, no water at evening meals without extra cost etc. Also we were initially disappointed with our room as we had a corner room which was much smaller inside and the balcony was about 1/3 of the size with a restricted view. After the first night, staff kindly accommodated a room change which was much superior. Overall these negatives did not impact the enjoyment of our stay.
Es Canar itself is a small resort with a small number of bars, restaurants, souvenir shops and mini supermarkets. There are options for boat trips or a short bus ride to Santa Eulalia as well as the weekly Hippy Market which is 10 mins walk away.
I would definitely revisit for a relaxing and quiet week in the sun, but would perhaps visit a busier resort if wanting somewhere more lively.

Hotel was very clean. The food was excellent with a huge choice. Seaview room for us was a must beautiful outlook To have a cuppa on the balcony first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening hotel entertainment was a good choice for any age group. swimming pools were very nice good temperature . We never had the need to rush out and reserve some lounges. We were always able to get two together with a brolly and a table at any time of day it would only be necessary if you wanted to sit in the same place every day.awe didn’t feel the need to upgrade to all inclusive but there are a few benefits on offer with the addition of the infinity pool and lounge area. Again for us, we didn’t feel the need, but it looked very nice. Could find no fault with the hotel, super clean, friendly ,good food, great location
