Just back from a lovely holiday. On arrival Check in was nice & easy the staff were very friendly. We booked an upgraded room with balcony over looking the pool. This was a lovely clean & spacious room. Fresh water on arrival and a stocked mini bar. Bed was nice & comfy. The room even had bluetooth speakers that you could connect for your music. Food in the hotel we thought was fantastic. Buffet style but also with fresh hot plate with the chef cooking various different meats each evening & omelettes & meats for breakfast. Each evening had a different theme. Complimentary drinks on a couple of evenings also. Pool area was clean with plenty of sun lounges & access to the beach through the gate which is a 5 min walk. Great location just off the main strip. Supermarket 1 minute away. Great holiday will be back in summer.

We had a lovely stay here. All the staff were very helpful and helped us rent a car for one day. This was very easy and cheap. I highly recommend it. The only flaw was that our double room had 2 single beds pushed together and there were wheels on the bottom so they kept sliding. There was a mini fridge in the room but no other electronics. We ate breakfast at the hotel one morning and the selection and quality was very good. The location is also very good. About 1 minute to the beach and lots of restaurant around.

My stay at this hotel was average, as expectet. I‘ve chosen it due to the proximity to the airport and because of its affiliation with Hyatt. The room was simply furnished, a bit worn in my opinion, especially the bathroom. For someone who seeks an accomodation with a pool and an all-inclusive atmosphere near the beach and with some restaurants around, this might be the perfect place. I can’t contribute anything to the food or drinks on offer. The staff was friendly during my short stay.

Excellent hotel, clean and tidy with good facilities. The staff are very professional and friendly. If you are a cyclist as I am, the hotel is an excellent base, with secure bike room. The selection of food for breakfast and evening meal is huge, catering for every taste.
It's location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the airport,2 minutes from the beach and promenade. There are numerous recommended cycle routes nearby. If you want to get to Palma and other places of interest there are bus stops outside the hotel, served by excellent bus services.
