Most welcoming, helpful and friendly reception staff and this lovely ethos continued throughout all staff we encountered in the hotel. Hotel itself and room spotless. Token system used at the bar was a fabulous idea and kept every area clear and the drinks were excellent. Food was varied, well presented and plentiful and regularly replenished so choice was always available. Staff in main restaurant were vigilant and industrious and kept the buffet full and the tables clear and cleaned and regardless of how busy it was always found you a seat. Location perfect and the view from the balcony was stunning day and night. This was our first stay at this hotel and it most certainly won’t be our last. Well done and thank you to all staff, you made our visit a memorable and wonderful one!

A lovely hotel, in a great location with lovely Staff. We were all inclusive and the food choices day or night were varied, with a good selection to cater for all tastes. There was evening entertainment which was a lot of fun, and Staff got everyone involved. There were several pools to.choose from, and all were kept clean, as were the hotel premises. Surrounding areas were pretty, with options closeby for eating, and drinking elsewhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be back at some point in the not so distant future.

We have just returned from 7 days at Alua Atlantico Golf Resort. Having never been away in December we weren’t sure what to expect but we had nothing to worry about. From the minute we arrived it truly exceeded our expectations, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of, making sure we went to the restaurant to eat before it closed and come back to complete check in. A big thank you to Richard too who helped us to our room with our cases and explained where everything was. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean rooms, gorgeous gardens, and stunning views all around. Staff all work hard keeping this well maintained.
The food was very good. Typical warm all inclusive but plenty of choice, I am a very fussy eater and always managed something to eat every day. We stayed at the quieter pool but there seemed to be plenty of entertainment going on each day at the main pool, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, the hotel app told you exactly what was on and when.
There were a few areas that’s needed a touch up, example they had obviously fitted a new smoke alarm in our room and it had left a hole where the old one was, but that’s just cosmetic . I really cannot fault this hotel. Pool areas were spotless, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. Could always get a sunbed any time of day, though I don’t think that would be the case in the peak of summer. Hotel is located right on the coastal walk and is about a half hour walk to the small square of a few shops and bars. There is a handful of bars/restaurants located directly under the hotel too, but not a lot in resort other than the golf courses.
Hotel runs a token system for drinks so there is no cups or glasses left lying around.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable winter getaway!

We spent an amazing 7 days at Always Atlantico Golf Resort, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The resort is beautifully maintained, with clean rooms, gorgeous gardens, and stunning views all around.
The food was excellent throughout the weekgreat variety, fresh ingredients, and something new to try every day. The entertainment team kept the atmosphere fun and lively, and there were plenty of activities for both adults and kids.
The golf facilities were a highlight: well-kept greens, peaceful surroundings, and friendly staff who were always ready to help. Whether you're a beginner or experienced player, the course is a pleasure to play.
Pool areas were spotless, relaxing, and never felt overcrowded. We also loved the beach, just a short walk away perfect for sunbathing or an evening stroll.
Overall, this is one of the best holiday experiences we’ve had. The combination of great service, beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and fantastic facilities makes Always Atlantico Golf Resort a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Mostly fantastic well needed relaxing few days away.
Almost all staff were lovely and very accommodating other than a guy on reception- Antonio who was very rude and seemed completely unwilling to help on bith occasions I needed to ask for assistance.
Maybe not in all rooms but mattresses are extremely hard and the three adults in the room all found these uncomfortable.
Otherwise cannot complain, okay food with good choice, beautiful setting and kept very clean. Quite far out from things, a taxi to los crostianos or costa adeje costing around €60 return.
