We just finished a wonderful 10-day stay at the resort and we're already planning our return! The entire experience, from beginning to end, was fantastic.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk to the restaurants and bars, was incredibly welcoming. The resort's selection of pools was a major highlight, and our kids absolutely loved them. The food was also excellent; we had the bed and breakfast option and there was something delicious for everyone.
We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a holiday in the sun, whether as a couple, family, or solo traveler. We look forward to booking our next trip soon.

We spent a pleasant 7 days at the hotel. As for the accommodation, the apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 (two adult daughters), but we would have liked more storage space for clothes. We especially appreciate the beautiful terrace with a partial view of the sea. We had half board at the hotel, and the food was of very good quality and especially the dinners were varied enough. The staff was mostly nice and helpful. A big plus is the large and free parking right in front of the hotel. Thank you for a pleasant holiday and we will be happy to come back here on our next visit to the Algarve.

Just came back from here. Absolutely fantastic time. Stunning resort. You have access to 10 pools, mini waterpark for children, supermarket on site. There a few restaurants also to choose from. You are 10 minutes drive from old town and 10 minute drive from new town. The only i would say while the entertainment at the pool during the day was good, I feel the music should be playing all day to add to the atmosphere. Rooms spotless, cleaned every day. Will definitely come back here again and would highly recommend here to family and friends

Good location, and good transfer/taxi company available to book quickly via the reception or directly from their website. Waiters/waitress staff in breakfast hall were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good but did get a bit repetitive, although a lot of choice but this is not a 4* property, it’s a 3* at best. The room had an ant infestation, not sure how on the 4th floor but they did seem to care. The bathroom felt dirty as was covered in ants constantly, they did eventually come up and spray the ants after we complained and then just left all the dead ants there even after cleaning. Had to clean it ourselves and continue to kill ants all holiday. Very dated bathroom too. Sofa beds were extremely uncomfortably and not enough wardrobe space if rooms are at capacity, if only 4 people then the 2 bed apartment would be good size but very restricted for 6 people. Not enough towels in bathroom for 6 people so had to keep waiting for them to dry. They don’t change bedsheets only make beds, sheets are only changed once a week. Pool towels are extra - €5 per towel plus €10 deposit which is refundable, never had that at any hotel I’ve stayed at before - basically everything that makes it a 4* is extra (tennis, sauna etc) and after spending over €6k for a week it is most definitely not worth it. A lot of higher rated hotels for less than half the price around the world. FOH staff were very rude, especially Ivan, we attended the evening Buffet one night and you have to prepay for the meal, drinks are not included but you get a receipt to pay on exit. There was 7 of us and after I finished eating I left to go book a taxi at reception while the others were still eating, the FOH staff shouted at me that I had to pay and come running out like I’d stolen thousands! I was made to feel like a thief in front of everyone when I’d left 6 others at the table and have already paid for my food it was just a drink that they didn’t even know if I’d had anyway! I was literally stepping opposite to reception anyway. My Niece also cut her foot on glass in the pool, went to reception and they did give us some antiseptic cream thankfully but no one ever attempted to clean the pool or close the pool to check the glass had been removed - they did use a net daily to get out any surface dirt but not the actual bottom of the pool. The next day I cut my foot on a loose tile so be very careful - also no life guard around the main pool which I found very odd, no staff around anywhere hardly. We also requested a late check out (that we were happy to pay for) and was told no straight away, then he said well what room number? So not sure how he knew straight away that it wasn’t possible - just found them very unwilling to help and rude. Pool toilets are hardly ever cleaned, just not high standard I am used to at other 4* hotels.

We love this hotel! It’s our second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty to do in the hotel and it’s just the perfect place for us as a family.
The breakfast is lovely, apartments are really spacious and the sofa beds are roomy for the kids. Haven’t tried the kids club yet but they love the disco.
Having a kitchen means we can have some meals in the room (though we only got a small toaster oven thing instead of a proper oven this time). Also had a microwave, toaster and a stove so you can easily cook pasta etc. we made toasted sandwiches and fries no problem.
There are SO MANY pools to choose from, both indoor and out but the outdoor pools aren’t heated (except one that is covered in the winter and not the summer) but it gets busy and noisy! The other indoor pools are heated.
Kids love the splash parks and slides.
The food around the site is good, we’ve had a nice lunch at the snack bar and drinks from the tavern pub as well as breakfast.
I think the bonus of this hotel is that it’s connected to other hotels just over the road so you can swim in a different pool every morning and afternoon for a week if you want!
The mini market is well stocked (not sure it’s open in the winter months as it was closed in Feb last year when we came).
We hired a car and it’s easy to get places but it’s not too far from town in a cab.
I highly recommend this hotel for families, I’m sure we’ll be back for a 3rd time next year!
