Just arrived home from a lovely week in Tenerife.
Our stay in the Toya was amazing. We booked the panoramic room which was on the 8th floor and had amazing views of the sunset from our balcony. We didn’t stray too far from the hotel during the stay. We booked half board not expecting buffet style food to cut it but to be honest we really enjoyed whatever was dished up each evening. It’s not restaurant quality but we had no complaints. Lots of choices every day and never disappointed.
Lots of good supermarkets in the area but the best one was slightly uphill on the right of the hotel. Pool area excellent and lots of daily activities if you wish to attend. Staff amazing. We had a slight issue with a sliding door and was immediately fixed.
We will return.
By the way the jacuzzi in our room was lovely.

The hotel has a very good location, close to the sea, shops, restaurants, and a sandy beach with a gentle entrance into the water, which is a great advantage, especially for families with children.
The rooms are clean, renovated, and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, modern, and nicely designed. The hotel staff deserve praise – they were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The food was average, but adequate for the price and the hotel’s standard. One downside is that drinks at dinner, including water, must be paid for separately.
Parking at the hotel is paid. There are free parking spaces available about 300–500 meters away, but they are not always easy to find.
The evening entertainment organized by the hotel was rather weak and did not leave a strong impression. I did not use the swimming pools, so I cannot comment on them.
A major advantage, but also a disadvantage, is the hotel's location close to bars and nightlife. Everything is within walking distance, but music can be heard until around 4 a.m., which may be disturbing for guests who prefer a quiet night's sleep.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The excellent location, clean rooms, and friendly staff outweigh the minor inconveniences. I would recommend it to people who want to stay close to the beach and the lively tourist area.

So far, the best hotel we have stayed in Tenerife. And we have been a few times. Great location, clean in public areas and rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, many food options.
Would give 5 stars, however they have this strange way of ordering drinks with lunch and dinner. We went half board, meaning no drinks included, although I thought normal still water with the main meal, would come with the price. Nope, each time waiter had to come to the table, read our cards, ask for drink order and then bringing it- sometimes we'd almost finish our meal before some got to us. This system does not really work.
And each soft drink is chargable 2.50€.
Which in my opinion is a little overpriced for a 500ml bottle of still water.
But, other than that- all good

Love this hotel.
So clean, friendly and feels like home!
Staff are amazing, Olivia is cracking, she works in the bar, every year she welcomes me. All staff are happy to help.
The food is lovely, good choice, always hot and tasty.
This is my go to holiday EVERY year.
Yes it's close to the night club strip but your told that when you book!
I find house keepers are pleasant, clean the room in the allocated time.
The entertainment is hit and miss! In my opinion too much off their own Spanish singers...
But ....
When you get a good show the night is good..
Good size pool, the newer part infinity is very nice,
I don't think we should have to pay to use the spa tho, this should be within your package!
I don't think it's fair you have to pay for a room if your not being picked up till late afternoon or early evening to catch your flight ✈️ other hotels let you shower in a room free, €65 is a lot of money......
I feel this should be free
But over all great hotel....
And YES I would give it a 4 star

A super stay. We were luckily near the infinity pool end, so it was nice and quiet. Good double glazing blocked most of the sound outside - couldn't hear anything with the slight hum of the air conditioning. We enjoyed the all inclusive option and had no further expenses at the end of the holiday. Pleasant, helpful staff and themed food each evening. Lovely location with plenty of places to sit, eat or drink and gift shops of varying qualities. The beach is just across the path and mini golf just 5 minutes walk away. I read some negatives about the hotel and location, but was glad that it didn't change my mind. As a family of 5 we really enjoyed our stay.
