The location is great, opposite the beach and close to alot of bars, restaurants and shops. The pool area was clean with enough loungers and sun shades. The spa facility is very nice along with the adult only infinity pool and bar if you need to escape . The rooms are a good size with air conditioning and shower, they are Cleaned daily. The reason for the 3 stars is the food and drink, it's a great place to stay if you want to loose weight as you won't want to eat, the selection is poor and quite tasteless, they served what was like powdered mash potatoes, all the dishes are low on meat content and my favourite if you decide to have salad, was one night the sweetcorn was still frozen.The restaurant staff are rude and are in no rush to clean the tables resulting in having to circle the restaurant to find somewhere clean to sit or removing leftovers on to another table your self. The bar in the evening has cues that almost go back into the hotel reception. The staff are friendly and don't stop all night, there were only to people serving, which when you have hundreds of hotel guests is just not enough. The evening entertainment lacked any real atmosphere. The hotel could be great with adjustments in the right areas.

Hotel was lovely, room was clean and as advertised, with a nice sea view, pool areas are fine. Infinity pool on the second floor is beautiful too, if you get there early and get a bed, same goes anywhere though. Food by the pool was decent. Small percentage of the staff are helpful (mostly at front desk) the rest are rude and argumentative.
Right next to the strip, so if you struggle to sleep with noise, don’t stay here. Me and my partner don’t drink so we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the nightlife, we can sleep with noise also so it didn’t affect us, but it is loud.

Review for Troya Tenerife hotel :Very good! I spent a wonderful week at this hotel, at the beginning of August, 2025, I will gladly return another time. Thanks and appreciation to the entire staff for the pleasant and correct way in which they fulfilled their tasks. Daily cleaning everywhere, (in the rooms, inside and outside the hotel), good and diverse food, spa, infinity pool plus two other pools, various beautifully arranged recreation areas, good music, entertainers in the evening, superb holiday atmosphere. Everything is offered so that tourists feel wonderful!🥰 I Highly recommend this hotel! Only one aspect, minor for me: please, in the future, when I return, check the functionality of the facilities provided in the Club Alexandre rooms, the tea cup and the coffee maker, because the coffee maker did not work (luckily I do not drink coffee 😅). I announced it at the reception and immediately the manager Valentina came. Otherwise, everything perfect! Congratulations!🤗🙏♥️.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.
From the moment my son and I checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect.
All of the staff are amazing, always smiling, sharing a laugh and nothing was too much trouble.
Varied international breakfast (eggs, pancakes cooked to order) and a different choice of dinner each evening with the meat and fish cooked to order.
Two pools plus an infinity pool and no shortage of sun loungers. The beach is literally over the road.
Will definitely be returning.

We loved this hotel!
The room was very good and spacious and we loved the balcony with loungers! The mini bar included was also very useful and the rooms were very modern and clean, very pleased!
The food could’ve been better. It was nice but it was often cold which was a shame but we still enjoyed it. The all inclusive drinks at dinner being fizzy drinks in glass bottles was also a great touch!
The bar always seemed to have a lack of staff which caused long queues but the drinks were nice and the staff were lovely.
The pool was amazing! Probably one of the best parts of the hotel. It could do with extra loungers and definitely more umbrellas as if you weren’t uk early, you weren’t getting a sun lounger!
Location, staff and cleanliness was really good and we loved the use of the spa included in the room!
We would definitely visit again!
