I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, and it's all thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff, Yiorgos and Maria, were not only efficient but also went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met.
The housekeeping team deserves a special mention for keeping my room impeccably clean and comfortable throughout my stay. They paid attention to every detail, making me feel like a valued guest.
The restaurant staff provided exceptional service (I mention Eleanor but there were many incredible people) always eager to cater to my dietary preferences and recommend delicious dishes. Their professionalism and friendliness made dining a delightful experience.
In summary, the hotel staff's dedication to providing exceptional service made my stay truly unforgettable. I can't wait to return to this hotel, knowing that I'll be in the capable hands of such a remarkable team. Thank you for making my stay so special!

Alexander the Great Beach Hotel fully recommended for family, especially who have small kids, between 3-12 years.
The sea is very clean, the coast is shallow and small children can play easily.
The food is Mediterranean cuisine, there are many vegetables, all the dishes are delicious.
The service is very friendly, all the waitresses are polite and patient. Despite the fact that they were young from Albania and Italy, they were professionally trained by the hotel staff. One of the waitresses I would like to single out was Leonardi, who never got tired of serving, smiling and working.

The hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The beach is beautiful. The staff are lovely, attentive, and willing to engage in conversation. The restaurant food is good and has enough choice for half board. Beach cafe provides a decent lunch. We didn't eat at the taverna, but we sat out there every night, and the waitress was amazing with our family, suggesting a local juice mix for our kids, which they loved. The pool is deep plus two meters, but our kids had no issues. Pool staff were great, especially the lifeguard who helped our kids with cuts, stings, and ice creams. Our rooms were clean, perfectly equipped and connected so we had plenty of space. Our kids were never bored here, so no screen time required. We would recommend going to Afitos, €10 in a taxi beautiful village, recommended by a staff member who came to our aid after a local bus didn't arrive. I wrote this review because I couldn't understand some of the bad reviews. We would definitely return.

The staff is friendly, but there seems to be a shortage of them, and everyone is multitasking, which can lead to some disorganization.
The hotel's beach is absolutely stunning, and that's the only redeeming feature of this establishment.
The hotel rooms are in need of renovation as they appear quite dated. The breakfast is monotonous, and after a few days, it becomes a bit of a problem, especially for people with young children. Additionally, there's a bar where you can order food, but it's both expensive and of poor quality.
Overall, the impression is that this hotel can barely pass as a 3-star establishment, not deserving of its 4-star rating. It might not be worth the money.

A Pleasant stay for a week half board.
Room was good and comfortable beds.
Although I would say they could do with coffee making facilities. Although they do have a fridge.
Room cleaned daily.
Bar prices are on the high side , but a great little store only 700 m away north of hotel, where you can purchase snacks and alcohol.
Town is 4.2km walk . And very busy road to walk on .
Food was tasty but never really piping hot.
Beach is beautiful, but there is a 20euro per day charge for sunbeds.
If you are staying 7 days or more and buy for the week it reduces to 10 Euro per day
Over all ok stay . Staff are friendly and willing to help.
TAKE MOSQUITO REPELLENT!!!.
