We were a little apprehensive about our stay as we don't usually do all inclusive. However I must say that we had a great time. Location was perfect . Only 10 minutes maximum walk to the beach, restaurants , bars & shops.
We had booked two rooms as my hubby's 81 year old mum was with us. We were attending a family wedding at one of the villas nearby. Both rooms were double rooms , much to mum in laws surprise as she was expecting a pokey single. Super comfy beds, that were changed 3 times a week. Towels changed every couple of days. Well furnished in white & clean white decor. Huge shower that was always hot.
My hubby is a fussy eater but there was something for him to enjoy every night. A huge choice. Breakfast : Omelettes are made fresh with your choice of fillings , as are fried eggs & bacon. I had Greek yogurt most mornings with some fresh fruit etc. Huge range from breads, waffles, meats , cheeses & so on.
Lunch: we actually never went up for lunch, instead we sat at a table in the snack area outside. There we would enjoy a soft or alcoholic drink with a slice or two of the freshly made pizzas. They are made every day from 10.30 til 6pm. We also enjoyed an ice cream or few that we could make as big or small as we fancied.
Dinner: Huge choice again & certain nights there would be more fish dishes or BBQ dishes ,a Cretan night etc. All fresh & plentiful.
Fruit juices, wine , beer , water, tea & coffee .
The only downside was all the stairs. My mum in law struggled at times but she still says she had a fab time.
Staff were attentive, polite & worked damn hard.
Pool was big enough. We managed to get sunbeds every day but we were usually up early. Otherwise they were usually all occupied by 10am. However people come & go all day so you can drop lucky.
All in all we had a great holiday & if you enjoy all inclusive & don't mind stairs then I would not hesitate to stay here.

Such a beautiful group of people who work there. Amazing reception staff, manager was so so so helpful to me and my family. Restaurant staff 10/10 service, so kind, very efficient and professional. Very good selection of buffet food catering for all ! Cleaning staff was lovely lady’s fabulous at their job amazing service again. Bar staff again purely happy people so chatty and polite ! Moved me and my family rooms without us even requesting to a room better suited for my young baby amazing and greatly appreciated with 0 extra cost. Through and through lovely hotel with the best people.

Had a lovely stay at Alexander House Hotel. The views are stunning over the bay, but there arequite a few steps if mobility is an issue (it wasn't for our group).
Food was varied and interesting, we never had an issue in finding something to eat. Very good for an all inclusive.
All the staff were brilliant, so welcoming, friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel!
Close to the beach and town if you leave through the bottom of the hotel rather than via reception. The town is quiet, exactly what we wanted for our holiday. Sunbeds available on the beach for €5 a day if you want a change from the pool.
Rooms are clean and functional, linen and towels changed regularly.
All in all, we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend for a relaxing break.

At first this hotel was a bit of a shock but it's quirkiness grew on me during the week we stayed. The room was very small with a double bed for 2 friends sharing. No shelves or drawers, only a cupboard with 4 hangers for 2 girls staying for a week! Nowhere to put anything in the bathroom either but we made do with a spare table we took from outside.
The Aircon didn't work to start with and the night porter wasn't going to change our room, said we just had to deal with it.
At first we thought our room was very far away but due to the nightlife at the bar and poolside it turned out to be a blessing as it was quiet with not many people passing by.
However, the food was good, always something different. Fortis and the staff from the dinning room were excellent 👌🏼. Always smiling and joking and very helpful. The kitchen staff too were great.
The pool was nice but small and if you weren't there but 0800 or before you weren't getting a sunbed. Not enough for everyone. This also applied to a seat in the evening at the bar.
The all inclusive drinks weren't great. Limited choice and taste wise not great.
The location was good. For excursions we were last pick up and first dropped off so less time on the bus. Also close to the airport. And the beach was very close however absolutely mobbed so we didn't go.
The last day we got to keep our room which was great as our pick up wasn't until evening time. We made the most of what we had and enjoyed ourselves but if you are picky or are expecting a lot this is not the hotel for you.
A great thank you to Victoria on reception, very friendly. Fortis and his staff in the kitchen, always smiling. Denis, Anastasia and the staff at the bar. Very good service!

Our stay at the hotel was simply outstanding! The room was spotless, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, with everything we needed to feel right at home. The mattress was very comfortable, the space quiet, and the view absolutely breathtaking.
The food was a true culinary experience, a rich breakfast buffet with great variety, from fresh fruits to traditional local delicacies, and the meals were always of high quality and expertly prepared. I’d like to thank Evgenia at the restaurant for being so kind and always with a smile. She is a great cook! And of course all the people at the restaurant were friendly and we were having fun !
A special mention goes to Soula and Natasha at the reception. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. They were always willing to help with any questions or needs we had, offering valuable information about the area and providing outstanding service throughout our stay. Their presence truly made a difference!
We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience!
