We spent an amazing week at this place, the hotel staff are the friendliest bunch, they make you feel at home. While the rooms were basic, nothing really was missing so can't complain there. The all inclusive service wasn't bad either, restaurant could use a bit more variety in their menu but food was good, didn't eat out once. There were two pools available, the main one was absolutely fantastic. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Just came back from spending 5 nights here with a friend. We were a bit worried about staying here due to the negative reviews, but we were so pleased with everything! The staff were so lovely and welcoming, especially the man who's often on reception in the mornings who checked us in and was so friendly and informative. The food was really good with something for everyone. We really enjoyed chilling out by the pool. While there are a lot of young people there were also families staying so it was a nice mix of people around the hotel. It can get a bit lively but it didn't bother us much at all. Brilliant location as it was a relatively short walk from everything nearby (beach, shops, the strip, etc). We didn't use our safe or AC so can't comment on them. Good WiFi downstairs in the communal areas. Rooms were kept clean and in good condition, the beds were a bit hard but we didn't have any problems with sleeping. Bar staff were brilliant and the drinks were lovely. We had such a lovely stay as a first girls holiday, couldn't recommend this hotel enough!

Rooms a bit dated, but aside from that, we honestly had a great time. The swimming pool area was fantastic, and most of all, the hotel staff, especially bar and reception, made this vacation a blast. They're definitely the hotel's biggest asset. Food was a bit repetitive but overall good, never ate out once.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Where do I start - 8 of us paid for 3 rooms got here the first night and they said sorry we only have 2 available even though we booked and paid for it 6 months in advance, didn’t offer us any discount or anything just said it was tough. Immediately took our passports off us and locked them away for 7 days which I’m fairly sure has to be illegal, and said if you don’t give us your passports we are not giving you a room key.We were here for 7 days and I had a knock on the door 2 out of those 7 asking if we wanted it cleaned, ran out of toilet roll multiple times, had to go down and ask for it as well as towels everyday. The pool turned all our white swim shorts green, can see the mould round the side of the pool, same as the shower curtain, bath and walls of the bathroom, the bathroom door was rotting away from the bottom. Loads of rats outside running around the pool during the day. Stray cats and dogs laying on the sofas in reception, the ceiling was leaking downstairs also. Food is all stone cold, and inedible, even the ‘fresh’ trays that get put out, paid for all inclusive and couldn’t stomach one meal, genuinely, I will eat any type of food but this was beyond a joke- usually with these all inclusive I don’t expect the best food anyway but you couldn’t eat one mouthful of anything. When you try and mention these issues to reception they laugh at you and say I eat here all the time and disregard anything you have to say, almost laughing in disbelief, the staff working there are not only rude and ignorant, but must be registered insane as they are in such denial that anything it’s wrong, I’m concerned for them more than anything. If you have this hotel booked and you’re thinking of risking it - I’m telling you, don’t!! Your week will be hell all 8 of us have been really unwell since arriving, and it’s due to the fact of how germ filled this hotel is. The only thing that keeps this awful hotel going is the location it’s in as it’s a 10 minute walk from the strip but honestly, if you have to stay further out an walk a bit further, do it. This review doesn’t even come close to justifying just how bad it is, I’m reading some good reviews and I’m struggling to see what planet these people live on.Forgot to add- Also talked to a lot of people when I was there and said they had money stolen from their rooms on the first day of arriving, this wasn’t just the odd person a good 7-8 people said the same thing, that isn’t just a coincidence, no matter how much the owner seems to think so.

This hardly can be considered as a hotel, the rooms were completely dirty ( my bedsheets had blood stains, the bathroom didn't have light , you had to shower with an open door so you could see). The hall of the hotel was constantly smelling vomit. Food was in acceptable levels of quality, but they had a very poor menu. The same things served over and over again, even if it was all-inclusive after the second day we began eating outside the hotel. Lastly the location is OK, it's a 5 mins walk to the laganas beach.
