Extremely disappointed with how a serious food safety issue was handled at the hotel restaurant.
We were served visibly undercooked chicken and had already eaten a significant amount before realising - including my 5 year old son, as I initially believed it was pork due to the colour and texture. Only after eating more myself did I realise it was supposed to be chicken.
We immediately reported it and showed clear photographic evidence. The waitress' just threw their arms in the air as if to say "What do you want me to do about it?". While the reception staff were polite and sympathetic, the manager’s response was shocking. He offered just €10 compensation on a €50 meal despite acknowledging the issue, then walked away and left reception staff to deal with the complaint who could only say "We were only authorised to refund €10".
Mistakes in kitchens can happen. Serving raw chicken is serious enough on its own, but the dismissive handling afterwards was what really ruined our confidence in the hotel. We were left worrying for the rest of the holiday whether we or our child would become ill from food served by the hotel itself.
The most frustrating part is that this could have been resolved professionally with a fair refund and a genuine apology. Instead, we were made to feel like we were being unreasonable for complaining about unsafe food.
Take this as a warning - if you do have issues expect to be left dissapointed with the resolution.

Located on the outskirts of Alcudia, but a 5 minute bur ride away. Absolutely spotless and the staff were so helpful. The food was really fresh and tasty.
Only gripe was the pool. Very hard to get into and impossible to get out of, if you have any form of disability. Pool area very clean and not one towel on empty sun loungers. I would highly recommend this lovely hotel if you want a lazy easy going holiday.

Our stay at this hotel ended with a situation that seriously compromised our sense of safety. However, what is even more shocking than the incident itself is the way the hotel responded to it.
After reporting the issue, the hotel limited its response to stating that it was “unable to verify anything” and, on that basis, completely avoided taking any responsibility. No real effort was made to investigate or resolve the situation. The matter was simply closed.
Even more concerning was the tone of the communication. We were clearly told that if we chose to share our experience publicly, the hotel would “defend itself in court if necessary.” This kind of response to a guest raising a serious concern is difficult to accept and raises serious questions about their standards of service.
In practice, this sends a clear message: in a problematic situation, the guest is left alone, and the hotel feels no obligation to act if something is inconvenient for them to acknowledge.
In hindsight, the biggest disappointment is not the incident itself, but the complete lack of accountability, empathy, and professionalism on the part of the hotel. If you value genuine safety and support in difficult situations, you should seriously reconsider choosing this place.

I just checked out today and returned to Germany to go back to work. I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, but I felt very uncomfortable with this hotel. I was very tired and not smiling much, but the people at reception were extremely unfriendly.
Honestly, I already had a bad feeling from the beginning and even thought about canceling my reservation and moving to another hotel that same day. I didn’t want anything from them, but one time I simply asked if they could charge my Samsung tablet because the battery was low and I needed to do some work. It was already late at night, so I couldn’t go out and buy a charger. They said they only had one cable. In other hotels, they usually have several chargers available for guests who forget or lose theirs, so they can help. They still did it, although they looked reluctant, but still, thank you for that.
Even when I checked out today, I asked if everything was settled so I could leave, but they repeated what I said. Were they mocking me? I don’t know, it felt very strange.
For two days, the weather was very bad, so I had to stay in the hotel, and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. It was quite sad, especially since I paid full price for the stay.
And please do not reply to this message with an apology. That would be embarrassing.

Rooms were good apart from if you want a bath (they don't have any rooms/apartments with baths). Pool, gym etc close at 7pm which is very limiting. Pilates in morning was really the only activity for us and rep was really good but the place provides no mats or anything so leaves us with a certain impression. I think it's poor they provide no drinking water for guests. Location wise it's a small walk to the beach but much further to the port d'alcudia which is worth going to and has everything there you'd want. Overall not bad though, just probably not got enough benefits to book again.
