Rooms are very nice, large pool area and plenty of sun beds. Food is standard all inclusive type but still nice. Majority of staff friendly, the receptionist Anderia extremely helpful and kind, good level of English also. A lot of the bar staff struggled with English when asking for drinks. Overall good experience and would come back

Very pleasant stay Feb 24. Any help/advice needed reception were very helpful. Rooms were good size & comfortable. Nice size indoor pool. Only downside we had was Jacuzzi by indoor pool was quite cold and not all the jets worked on it. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again. Stayed in room 501.

I recently had the displeasure of staying at Albufeira Sol, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behaviour of the manager. Throughout my stay, I encountered instances of commanding and rude behavior from the manager, which greatly detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the manager lacked basic courtesy and interpersonal skills. Instead of greeting guests with warmth and hospitality, he adopted a commanding demeanor that made interactions uncomfortable. His abrasive tone and dismissive attitude towards guests' inquiries were disheartening, to say the least. What was even more concerning was the manager's tendency to resort to dishonesty when confronted with issues. On multiple occasions, I witnessed him providing misleading information or outright lies to guests, presumably in an attempt to avoid accountability or responsibility for shortcomings within the hotel. It is deeply disappointing to encounter such behavior from a person in a leadership position within the hospitality industry. As someone who values professionalism and honesty, I found the manager's conduct to be unacceptable and detrimental to the reputation of this place. In addition to addressing the need for improved customer service training and interpersonal skills among the management team, I urge the management of [Hotel Name] to take proactive measures to ensure that guests are treated with respect and honesty at all times. A commitment to transparency and genuine hospitality is essential for fostering a positive guest experience and maintaining a reputable establishment. In conclusion, my stay at Albufeira sol was overshadowed by the rude and commanding behaviour of the manager, coupled with his tendency to resort to dishonesty. I sincerely hope that the management will take this feedback seriously and strive to implement necessary changes to uphold the standards of professionalism and integrity expected in the hospitality industry.

We just stayed for 6 days 5 nights. Our first experience of All inclusive in Europe. Over all it was an ok experience. The place is very clean to be fair to the staff. Our room was good and had all your basic needs. We did notice that the room service did slacken as the week went on and the qualify towels given at the beginning were replaced with smaller lighter towels. The bar/service & reception staff were terrible in my opinion. Lifeless unhelpful and very very slow. On the other hand the entertainment staff were absolutely excellent. We didn’t bring our kids this time but the kids in the hotel were extremely well treated. The food in the restaurant was very good quality. We just found it very repetitive and ended up moving to outside restaurants as our time wore on. Location is excellent and in walking distance from all the hotspots. Would I return, probably not. If they made some improvements it would make a fine spot.

We went 2022 summer , so review a bit late 🫢 but this was a great holiday. We really liked the hotel, staff , food , entertainment. Very kid friendly but we did notice that the some of the French entertainers were a little racist from their mannerism towards my boys compared to other European children. All the Portuguese were very nice towards us and my boys and involved them in the activities. Good range of food but as we’re Muslim we had to be careful what we chose. We went all inclusive and the selection of non alcoholic mocktails was decent as well as the flavour.
