We had such a lovely trip to Akra.
The hotel is a bit out of the way of the town, only a 15 min cab journey (7 euro) but the hotel itself is just perfect.
Our room was spotless, the staff are so lovely and attentive and food was great. There is a choice of a few restaurants if you go all inclusive, one buffet and two service, all food was great. The spa was gorgeous, we had a massage which was well worth it (£77). We also had pedicures, the best one I have ever had!
We would definitely revisit.

Best holiday ever!
Absolutely delighted with our stay at this Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday memorable. Impeccable service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic location. I'd give it 5 stars without hesitation. Can't wait to return!

By far the best resort I’ve ever stayed in, this is our second time staying here and I would highly recommend it. The service from all members of staff is 5 stars, from the salon to the restaurants. A special thank you to the amazing hairdresser Olz who did a perfect full head of highlights for me (which I’ve received so many compliments for) and Zarina who helped translate, Amber restaurant Mercan and Ramazan made our dinner experience amazing, also Gurhan a lovely gentleman who remembered our juice and coffee orders everyday and looked after us.
Thank you all for making our holiday special for the 2nd time.

We went there in late March/early April as a family of four with teenage children and very much enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic buffet and food variety available in morning and evening, particularly in the main "Restaurant", but also great Turkish specialised Amber restaurant and lots of cakes/biscuits in Italian "Basilico". There is even a late night dining, so one can find food virtually any time of the day.
Staff were very friendly and helpful although we may have benefitted from this being very early in the season and the hotel far from being fully booked. The place was impeccably tidy and clean throughout and the wireless internet was fast. The rooms were spacious, contemporary in style and still quite new.
Very beautiful surroundings with mountains and of course the sea with many islands nearby. This also enabled us to take a boat on a 12 island excursion, which was fantastic experience. The only downside location-wise is that the beach is the large pebble rather than the sand variety, which makes walking barefoot a bit uncomfortable. But there are several pools available, some of them large enough to allow for more vigorous swimming.
We also went on two of the optional (for a fee) tours organised through Tui - the Safari one with a 4x4, which was great and the Fethiye half-day market, which was good, but a little too focused on taking us to certain shops rather than perhaps more sight-seeing/education. So best to check the reviews for the tours on the TUI app whether you like what is on offer. One can always take a cheap taxi ride to Fethiye or other nearby towns and explore by oneself.
And of course, price-wise, the hotel was extremely good value for money, especially when compared to resorts of similar standard in say Italy or Cyprus.

We went as one large family which included 1 x 0 age baby and 1 x 2 year old. Here are our pro and cons
PRO
1.Great location
2.Nice pools
3. Enough entertainment for the 2year old
4. Cot and sterilisation machine was available.
5.Great cocktails - bar cocktails where much better than restaurant ones.
6.Good options for food
7. Good clean room and hotel in general.
8. Access to sauna and steam till 8pm
9. Easy transfer
10. The time of year we went, we didn't have to fight for pool side seating, more than enough available.
CON
1. No next to me or mosses basket available for baby. Cot was too deep to put her in so she was in bed with us.
2. When I needed to find a quiet space for her nap (not in our room) the bar was a great location, but not once over 8 days did any bar staff come up to me to ask if I would like a drink, as I was nap trapped... baring in mind we were in there napping 4 times a day.
3. Lack of nut free food and deserts. My husband could only have creme brulee for desert as every single other one contained nuts.
