Just returned from a last minute 4 night stay here and it was a gem of a hotel. The room was modern, spacious and spotless and the room maid was faultless and friendly. We had a lovely view of mountains, mini golf behind hotel and part view of the sea.
Took a little while to get checked in because the receptionist had trouble printing copies of our passports which would have been OK but she didn't communicate with us and was quite stony faced, but was maybe just under pressure. One small 4 person lift which was very small and inadequate for size of hotel.
Dining room was very well appointed, the main waitress was a star, very friendly, professional and quick and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the evening buffet, for what it cost, was value for money.
Nice pool area, kept very clean and obviously quiet because adults only.
Gym on rooftop light and airy and quite large and well kitted out but nearly all the machines were in need of repair so mostly had to rely on free weights. This definitely needs sorting if they are to continue to advertise the gym.
Although we didn't use it, the hot tub appeared to be in good condition and clean and was situated in a nice spot.
The hotel cocktail bar out front, Olivias, was a lovely ambiance and good selection of cocktails and drinks and food in the evening and live music some evenings but the service, although pleasant and friendly, was very slow and quite frustrating.
Location of the hotel is excellent, right opposite beach and in the middle of the main street of restaurants and bars and shops and only 20 minutes from the airport. All in all a gem of a hotel for the price.

I can fully recommend this hotel and can’t think of any real complaints.
From the moment we checked in, everything was smooth. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff are kind, welcoming, and always responsive to any questions.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 10:00, which felt a bit late for us since we were planning early bike trips. However, they kindly allowed us in at 7:30. Not everything was set up yet, but we could still enjoy a quiet breakfast and head out by 8. The food quality was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the staff were quick and efficient.
A special mention goes to the blond lady we saw regularly during our stay—she was always present, positive, and welcoming.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Our had a sea view—it’s perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee on the terrace. Housekeeping was done properly and consistently.
The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to be working (perhaps because it wasn’t the season yet?). The room got quite warm at night, so we had to leave the terrace door open. That said, we didn’t report it to reception, so it might have been easily resolved.
There is also a spa, which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but it’s a great added feature. The sauna needs to be reserved about 30 minutes in advance.
The location is excellent—close to Palma, right in front of a bus stop, just a minute from the beach, and near a large supermarket with plenty of restaurants around.
Oh yes, and there is a bike station that is locked, where you can store your bike:)

Reasonable hotel and well located. However, very disappointed with the service. I had money stolen from my room. I raised it with the hotel manager. He was defensive and wouldn't look at cctv or the room access data without a police report. He even asked me if I could have left my wallet on the beach! It's a concern there is a dishonest member of staff and it seems likely they will continue working at the hotel. Please be aware if staying here.

I have just stayed for four nights as a solo traveller. I didn't make use of all the amenities, so can't speak for the gym, bar or pool area. But the reception and restaurant teams are lovely and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, but unfortunately there is no soundproofing at all. The problem wasn't even necessarily noisy guests (although I was woken/kept up by this on several nights), just the fact that you can hear everything going on in the corridors and rooms around you. I could hear the shower of the room next to mine, someone's early morning alarm, talking and laughing.
It's in a great area, near to the bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Easy to get the bus to Palma and the airport. But I would imagine staying here as the season gets busier can be a bit of a nightmare, sound and sleep-wise.

Avoid this hotel. We booked a sea view room but were placed in a building with no sea views at all. The director, Alex, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
It’s clear from reading past reviews the hotel has made it a routine practice to charge guests for sea view rooms, place them in the annex without any view, pretend the hotel is fully booked when asked for a room change and refuse refunds when confronted. This is dishonest and misleading.
The hallways smelled of sewage, the rooms were dirty, and the street noise made it impossible to sleep. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had — stay away.
