Went on holiday in April 25. Great location, close to the beach, main strip/restaurants on the beach front are maybe a 10 minute walk. Pool was great - big area, decent breakfast selection. Moroccan flat bread was 10/10! Room service was good in terms of cleanliness. However, rooms were VERY dated, toilet is separate to bathroom, mini fridge was not cooling AT ALL. AC spat out hot air and hotel wouldn’t do anything about it (it was cooler to leave the balcony door open in the April heat than having the AC on). It sounds silly but pretty basic - no tea mailing facilities or ironing facilities in the room (I.e. kettle). You have to pay a daily charge to use the safe. Considering how big the hotel is, there are only 2 lifts so going anywhere is a bit of a trek. All in all had a great holiday thanks to my partner… price was fair considering the condition but DO NOT BE FOOLED BY CAT FISH PHOTOS.

Good hotel in a good location. Rooms clean. Traditional style with a modern twist. Convenient o site shops. There are shops across the road where items are cheaper but everything you need is in the hotel. Didn't go all inclusive. There is plenty of restaurants within a short distance. The hotel has its own roped off bit which is great because all the beach sellers do not cross the threshold so no mither. The pool area is great. Steps all around one part so very easy to get in and out. Currency exchange in hotel. You can change euros, pounds, dollars, probably others as well. So bring all your unused currency with you. Taxis outside all the time so very easy to get around.

Went for a quick 4night stay to celebrate our anniversary but very eager to leave by the end. We were soooo very underwhelmed with everything. Would unfortunately not return, nor recommend it to my family or peers.
All inclusive? Sadly, no value for money here. All we could eat for breakfast was eggs, bread and pancakes. No other options made sense as breakfast, and all tasted bland. Drinks? Very limited options, eg Rum, Brandy, were extras as were most cocktails, eg mojito were extra prices and even those were made wrong. No sugar in the mojito and was given my own white sugar sachets to add to it! There were no snacks outside of mealtimes. Lunch was the best meal, more food options and a little tastier. Dinner? I added salt and pepper to everything for taste but also ate fries constantly to prevent starvation. Service? Only 2 staff members (?motsi & another bar guy that replaced my mojito) were nice & friendly otherwise we received rude, blunt “we don’t have the time for you” impatient attitudes from everyone else. It was sadly a theme with most of the staff members we interacted with.
Carry a bag to hide your purchases from outside shops to bring back to your room i.e water. They have their own expensive shop on site that they want you to use.
The room was def not a four star accommodation, three stars at a push, shabby, paint peeling, stains, not very clean. The bed was very comfy though. 20DH per day to hire the room safe!
I just asked hubby if he had any positives to add…..the pool & activities were nice, & the proximity of hotel to the beach….will update if he remembers any else! I am so very disappointed with this place.

Hotel was okish, but they wanted to charge for everything. Room safe 2 euros a day, no iron, you must use the paid pressing service provided by hotel. No tea / coffee in room.
You are not allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside to consume in your room. No complimentary water provided.
The bath tap in our room did not work. Despite asking 4 or 5 times they didn't fix it.
Wifi doesn't work.
On the plus side, the breakfast and breakfast staff were brilliant. The ladies that cleaned the room were fabulous.
Front desk staff utter waste of time.
I won't be back.
