I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel itself is massive and absolutely beautiful, and I was impressed by how clean everything was. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Karim and Yasin, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!!. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience!!

We didn’t even complete our first day that we knew we had to leave, the rooms are horrendously styled, the bathroom had a toilet that randomly flushed without warning, moisture was all over it.
The buffet was chaotic, and the choice was very limited mainly fast food that is adapted to 10 year old kids.
Definitely needs to be re-evaluated as it is NOT an hotel worthy of 4 stars.
Needs an urgent renovation as i can clearly see it was a fancy hotel in its days of glory.

It is a good hotel, works well as a nice place to lie by the pool or on the beach. The breakfast is good and all the staff are very nice. They don’t let you bring any food in, and the restaurants in the hotel didn’t look great and the shop is very expensive so you have to be sneaky to bring anything in. The music by the pool is the same 15/20 songs played on repeat which was very annoying by the end too.

Good service and good location. People in the restaurant were very polite and friendly, The receptionist (I think he was lead of reception) was very helpful, he straight Ofer to move us to a different room and he moved us to one of the suites. The issue is the rooms are really outdated, and has very bad smells. We use the spa massage, not really a spa experience… very outdated as well it was feeling like old communistic hospital.. I wouldn’t recommend.
One more negativity it was the very laud music around the pool, if your room is facing the pool forget for peace.
The only playing this hotel was the food. Always fresh and plenty of options and different variations every day

Iv been to this hotel and have to say never ever again. The room was filthy curtains that big they were all bundled up on the floor lumps and cracks in walls paint slobbering everywhere. Big spit stains on balcony doors .toilet all lose on floor,, chip marks on sink,, toilet wouldn't flush it was a shed not a room noway was it 4star. . Then the food was disgusting 2days sick with food poisoning . It was supposed to be all inclusive but when u asked for a drink or anything you had to wate the paying guests came first all the time . Sandwiches in pool bar no covering flys landing on them .to me it was not fit to be a -1star never mind a 4star . .I would highly recommend nobody visit this kip. This holiday was booked through sunway holidays and sunway needs to checkout these places before recommend them to people . Iv seen sheds cleaner slobbering on glass of lifts also pure disgusting
