Hotel was okish, but they wanted to charge for everything. Room safe 2 euros a day, no iron, you must use the paid pressing service provided by hotel. No tea / coffee in room.
You are not allowed to bring in any food or drink from outside to consume in your room. No complimentary water provided.
The bath tap in our room did not work. Despite asking 4 or 5 times they didn't fix it.
Wifi doesn't work.
On the plus side, the breakfast and breakfast staff were brilliant. The ladies that cleaned the room were fabulous.
Front desk staff utter waste of time.
I won't be back.

Terrible Experience at Beach Club Agadir
I booked an all-inclusive stay at Beach Club Agadir through eDreams, but what I received was far from it. I was told the package only included breakfast, lunch, dinner, and soft drinks—everything else (alcohol, snacks, etc.) was extra, which completely defeats the purpose of an “all-inclusive” package.
The food was terrible, repetitive, and low quality. The hotel itself was outdated, poorly maintained, and nothing like the pictures. The atmosphere was boring, with mostly elderly guests, not what I expected at all.
I felt misled by both the hotel and eDreams. Definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from the 2nd to the 4th of May 2025 and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere welcoming and every member of staff we encountered was kind, professional and attentive.
A special thank you to the pool bar restaurant manager, who made our lunchtime visits particularly enjoyable. The service and hospitality were outstanding.
We felt genuinely well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you all for making our visit so memorable, we’re already looking forward to returning!

Brilliant resort. Food/location excellent. The entertainment team went out of their way to make all the guests feel special. They were especially amazing at ensuring Rory, who has Down Syndrome, always feel included and part of the team. Thank you so much

Location: Really nice. Close to the beach. Nice walk by the beach in both directions from the hotel.
Rooms: Very simple but clean and smells good. Beds are quite hard. Blankets not super nice. Free shampoo and shower gel every day but no free water.
Restaurants: We tried both the buffets and they were generally good. One day out of five I didn't find anything I liked. Breakfast is good. Tried the meat at restaurant Roma and it was terrible. Most of the other food was good.
Staff: Really nice overall.
The major downside with the hotel is the prices for water/soda/beer. In the end I was pretty annoyed with the high prices.
