Just got back from 11 days. Wish could have stayed. Lovely holiday. All staff are lovely, friendly and efficient. Thanks to our chamber maid Teresa who did a great job and dressed the room for my birthday with balloons etc. Bottle bubbly and fruit. I had my 65th there and was made to feel very special by everyone. The food is good and plenty of choice. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. Security also and at night. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from the staff. From cleaners to management all good. Bar staff and resteraunt staff were friendly and efficient. The entertainment team were brilliant. There were lots of activities i.e. archery, shooting, aqua erobics, pelates, zumba, boules and some lovely shows in the evenings. The team are lovely dancers and singers and we enjoyed all the shows. Manuel is a lovely person on the outside and in. Was my birthday there and he made me feel so special with his big hugs and kindness and interacted with everyone, a great guy. We love you Manuel. And also Maria was great getting us to join in the activities and so nice. Enjoyed the sangria demonstration and tasting also. All the entertainment team are brill. Will miss it all and hope to be back soon as possible. Cannot fault anything.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Sentido aequoroa!
Location is great access to the beach and shops, nice walk out along the strip.
Rooms are nice, cleaners are efficient.
The entertainment team was Amazing - BIG SHOUT OUT TO - Moa and Alina who our daughter loved always making an effort, all staff were fantastic, the mini disco was loved by our daughter - nothing is to much trouble!
The pools are great, we visited all the family pools during our stay- as we liked to change, our daughter loved the splash pool- very good and safe for children, the entertainment pool was great too, we joined in the games!
Food was good and all staff were polite and helpful!

We have just returned from a 10 day holiday here and we did not want to leave at all! Myself and my partner came along in a group of 15 of our friends/family and we all felt very welcome and very safe the whole time we were here. Firstly, the hotel is beautiful and very close to the airport, shops, bars & restaurants, etc. From the moment we arrived, the male receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, spoke great English and helped us out with any queries. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony, large bed, plenty of wardrobe space and more. Our room was in a perfect location as we were in the middle of everything (the pools, restaurants, reception) which was very handy for us. The food had good variety each night and we were very satisfied with breakfast, lunch, dinner & the snack bar by the pool - there were also vending machines dotted about too. There are several pools around including an adults only one with a bar which was a lovely area, but we spent most of our time at the pool by the theatre, where they carried out several activities for all ages, including water basketball, aqua Zumba, darts, cocktail demonstrations and lots more - these were all advertised very clearly too which was good to keep track of on our phones as well each day. I also attended the ‘beach yoga’ activity ran by Moa, which I went to on my own but felt very relaxed with the group and Moa was a great instructor and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room was cleaned to a good standard each day and the cleaners were friendly too and all seemed to be happy to work there. We have to give a shoutout to the barman who I think was called Servine? (Really sorry I can’t remember if that’s right) but he was so friendly and knew our drink orders each time we went to the bar and chatted and had a laugh with us ( a group of 15 ). They even had a large cinema area with comfy seating by reception which showed children’s movies each evening too which we thought was a lovely idea.
Now the entertainment team were something else. A massive shoutout to Alina, Moa, Maria, Manuel, Svan who now feel like friends for life. They are absolutely amazing performers, putting on great shows throughout the week all thanks to their great entertainment manager who was also very friendly, as well as all of the daytime activities too. They all made such an effort to chat with everyone and made us feel very welcome. They are all very talented and very friendly and hardworking and they deserve a lot more credit than they are given - they helped us to have the best holiday and we are forever grateful. Thank you so much to every single one of the staff, we will see you again next year!

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights - although we wouldn’t return for a couple of reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless!
The room was great size wise for us both - the air conditioning isn’t the best but we managed to get it cooler by night 2. Powerful shower which was great and you can request how often you want housekeeping for your room.
The food - although we done All inclusive, we didn’t really test much of the food and what we did have was okay. The drinks were really disappointing though - pre-made cocktails that were lacking in alcohol / overpowered with sugar. The cava tasted of vinegar too which was a shame. The beer was great though!
There are numerous areas throughout the hotel with different pools for different vibes. We chose to spend our time by the main pool where the entertainment was. The pools are all quite small in comparison to what we have experienced in hotels in the past but great for a dip. No big inflatables allowed which I’m guessing is due to the size of the pool.
Although there aren’t any parasols which I was quite nervous about, the breeze was amazing - my husband and I managed perfectly fine without the need for shade (my husband usually struggles in the heat!)
The location of the hotel was exactly what we had hoped for - an easy 2 minute walk to a lovely strip of bars and restaurants which we went to each night and a spar shop right next to the hotel accessible via a gate by the main pool.
My biggest nightmare was the ‘shower room’ we used on the last day due to a late flight as we were unable to pay for late check out. The room was like a literal sauna - so getting showered & changed to travel was awful - we were drenched in sweat. And the shower was broken! Along with water going everywhere on the floor. Such an awful and frustrating experience!
The staff around the hotel are amazing - so friendly and helpful! And the animation team are the best animation team I have ever came across on a holiday before. They absolutely work their socks off like I’ve never seen, even entertaining on the evening for shows as well as working tirelessly by the pool all day!!!
Special mention to Svan on the animation team who truly is someone special - the only person who has ever got me involved in things whilst on a holiday and such a genuine, funny guy who gave my husband and I plenty of laughs during the day around the pool. Also to Moa who was so lovely to chat to - you’re absolutely smashing it girl!

We've had a great week here. Staff have been brilliant. They have been so friendly and helpful throughout our time here. Also the kids club and disco were so good. Very good with all the kids here. Some names are Stefi , Emilia and Ali who were great with our kids.
Food was a good selection every night and the staff there were so helpful and cleared our plates away quickly.
Our daughter needed a doctor and the reception staff were so attentive asking if we were ok and if we needed anything they would help us.
Rooms were cleaned to a high standard every other day.
We will definitely be back, thank you so much!!!
