I give 4 stars but I’m not sure I would highly recommend it, only to those who really know what to expect. I was a bit disappointed. *The staff is overall very kind and helpful and flexible. * activities are not too much, but it’s acceptable. Music was extremely loud in the evening, I wonder how the people staying near feel, we just felt it was harmful to the ears who sat close. * kid’s club is fun, the animators are super nice, they’re flexible and not like in other hotels where you leave your kids and then don’t get to be together. - the drink selection is so poor it ruins your overall feeling. At least I really missed a quality drink. For kids basically you can only get water that is not sweet and tasteless. No proper juices. - serving of the food looks good at first but then you really miss the nuances (like small containers for jam etc) - desserts were practically very low quality - they take adults only places very seriously, good for seniors but for families it feels like you’re disturbing if you just pass by The hotel is nice but lacks a view to the sea which I missed. There’s also no meeting point where you can feel the atmosphere since the main restaurant is hidden below ground level. Overall it’s a good hotel, you find parking easily. It’s good but not great id say. The airport is very very close, expect regular air traffic nearby. Please improve desserts and drinks for the sake of humanity!

Great location, a few minutes walk from the beach. Shops and bus stops very close by. We had a ground floor apartment in the quiet (adults) area. Good terrace with sun loungers provided. Very fast wifi in room. We were half-board, the choices at meal times were very good (although I am not a foodie). One bonus we weren’t aware of was that the restaurant we used was adults only. Would definitely recommend.

Loved this hotel, was there on an all inclusive basis for 5 nights. The rooms are a good size, clean, great lounge area, although I didn't really use it. Lovely views from the large balcony. The all inclusive is okay, the food good and plentiful but more variation and show cooking would be good. It's a busy hotel and that was just in January. I would definitely return, the location was great...I didn't enjoy drinking out of plastic cups in the adult only bar but I understand the location is by/near a pool but it would be good to be given the option of sitting in the chill out area... which we really did enjoy atmosphere and Claudia was very attentive and friendly to all.

Lovely hotel with nice staff and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Food is good. Room is spacious and hotel is spotless clean. Nice part of Puerto del Carmen and not over crowded but still enough near by to keep you entertained. Would definitely go back again. Only negative which is fixable is to better manage the queues at check in. I couldn't get to reception to access shower I had booked on leaving as a load of people had arrived so both reception staff were taken up with check ins. If you segregated check ins to itself and check outs / other hotel queries to separate staff member it might work better.

Fantastic hotel, we have now been twice, once in September 2022 and we have just returned in January 2024. Check was very smooth and easy, the reception staff very friendly. The room was very nice, we requested the room to be made up with a double bed rather than 2 singles which was provided. The pools are all very nice, the water was nice and warm even in January. There’s no need to wake up early to reserved a sun bed. There were still plenty of choices later in the morning. The food was fine, nothing special but I have no complaints, we always found something we liked. The main part for us were the entertainment staff, especially Christina, she was brilliant during both of our stays. Our daughter Jessie loved her at the mini club and mini disco. We would definitely return again for a 3rd visit in the hopefully near future.
