Absolutely fantastic place, the resort is gorgeous. The staff are amazing, the food is really extraordinary. If you like it lively the main pool is the area to be. If you like your own space and quiet the huge lawn below the bungalows is brilliant. Sunbeds and parasols dotted about, take your pick. I cannot fault this hotel, it's cleaned constantly. The rooms are comfy and modern with a huge walk in shower with a rainfall head. The beds are very comfy and the pillows are too. The big balcony to our room had the mesh doors over the glass, so you can have the doors open without the insects getting inside. Clean towels and room cleaned daily, there's nothing negative about our whole experience. Holiday heaven and we are so happy without choice

We booked an 8 night trip to Aeolos Beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary last September. We were really looking forward to our trip however unfortunately, our holiday was anything but relaxing.
We checked in & were told we had booked a “bungalow” room, despite our booking not mentioning the word “bungalow” anywhere in it. We had booked a room in the main hotel which is what the room description stated this when we had booked the room. The photos of the room we saw when booking were not a bungalow, but instead showed a modern, clean looking hotel room, which stated location was in the main building.
After arguing with the reception, they were adament we had booked a bungalow, therefore refused to give us the room we had actually booked.
We were taken to our room & horrified at the state of the room when we walked in. The room was very outdated, we found a lot of mould in the bathroom, grouting and tiles which looked filthy, brown stains on the bedsheet & bedspread. There was battered furniture in the room & the bathroom facilities were discoloured (yellow) & old.
The hotel reluctantly finally agreed to move us to another room. We were moved to the room next door (room 583) which was just as bad as the first room we had been given (582). All of the above issues mentioned were also issues in the second room too - damp, mould, dust in the corners, cracked bathroom tiles, dirty grouting, etc.
The hotel also tried to charge us to use the safe in the room - €3 PER DAY. How ridiculous is this? Upon our complaints about the room & then the safe, the fee was “waived” - however the safe then broke & our valuables got locked inside it twice in the same day. At first we were blamed for not opening / closing the safe properly… It was later discovered that the safe (which was old, yellow & discoloured) was just so old, it had finally just died.. we were promised a new one to be delivered to the room. It wasn’t until after 3pm the next day that we got this.
The TV & phone didn’t work - despite repeated interactions with staff, our complaints about the broken facilities in the room were initially ignored (the phone was never fixed for the entire duration of our stay), & only after 3 complaints about the TV, did the hotel do anything about it.
The cleaners did the absolute bare minimum - all they did was empty the bin, changed towels and made the bed. One day the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
These “bungalow” rooms are absolutely NOT 4 star standards in any way.
On the last day, the manager asked us (in a very sarcastic tone) how was your stay.. knowing how unhappy we were. I confronted him again about the mould in the rooms & his response was simply “I know, I have seen it” - so he admits to knowing about this problem, yet has still not done anything about it. This is a health & safety nightmare. I am shocked to see how much mould there is in these rooms and the hotel seemingly uninterested at rectifying the problem.
The food at the hotel is below average and not enjoyable. We mostly ate bread, cheese, Greek salad or pasta salad for most meals.. avoiding meat wherever possible in fear of becoming ill. We went into Kos town for lunch twice and 4 nights for dinner because the food at the hotel was so bad. We paid a lot for all inclusive, and then had to pay more for dinner out because of the poor food quality. At every meal, it just did not taste good and was not enjoyable.
It’s safe to say we are not happy with our experience here. Even more disappointed as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The issues experienced cast a shadow on our trip & left us feeling stressed, frustrated & helpless as the hotel did very little to help and we kept experiencing issues throughout our stay which meant we had to keep interacting with staff who were not the most friendly or helpful. We felt as though we wasted our money on this whole trip.

Wonderful hotel who accommodated us after we had to move hotels due to the one we were in not being accessible for my husband. Fantastic manager who really pulled out all the stops and offered us a fabulous sea view bungalow (renovated) with almost no notice. It had an accessible shower, was extremely spacious, very clean and they even brought us a shower chair which was a real surprise. Staff are amazing, nothing was too much. We will definitely be back, thank you again for being so flexible and accommodating 🙂

The rooms and pool area are great. Overall, the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly enough.
However, I was extremely disappointed with the food selection and didn't have a decent meal once. All the meals were very repetitive and overall just do not taste very nice. Furthermore, the all inclusive drinks are not great either (very cheap alcohol, terrible beer & wine).
In the evenings, the indoor bar area is very congested. The entertainment is dire so we went out most nights
The location is okay (€12 taxi into Kos town).
Overall, I don't think I'd return; I can't see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Really beautiful hotel. We were lucky, they accommodated us in the newest bungalows - modern, tastefully furnished, spacious bathroom, perfectly cleaned every day. The food was absolutely excellent, tasty, enough of everything, I also chose it as a celiac, each dish was excellently marked with allergens, great. Helpful, smiling staff wherever you find yourself in the area. The beach is not maintained, but the sand and the sea are great, gradual entrance, I always found a free sunbed. The hotel pool is large - for swimming and diving, children are happy. Plenty of sunbeds at any time. The children also used the outdoor chess :-) We had a wonderful holiday, thank you very much.
