We had an amazing stay at Ailos Hotel with our two young children. Everything was excellent from start to finish.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and well looked after. The hotel offers plenty of space and several pools, including a large main pool and quieter pool areas for those looking to relax. If you prefer even more peace and quiet, the beach is just a short walk away.
The food was fantastic, and we especially loved the Grill House. The cocktails were also delicious and a real highlight of our stay.
Whether you are looking for family fun, relaxation, or a bit of both, this hotel has something for everyone. We created wonderful family memories here and would highly recommend it. We would happily return again! 🌴☀️❤️

This stay has been absolutely magical.
We are a couple who live extremely busy lifestyles, and high stress jobs , so to walk into utter relaxation is just what we needed.
We always choose start or end of season, for a quiet atmosphere, and this resort did not disappoint. It was quiet, some days feeling like we had the luxury of a whole pool & beach to ourselves, but the hotel kept full service as normal.
We chose the premium rooms , and they were comfortable with stunning views , especially sun set.
The staff were so friendly, every staff member, from shop, kitchen, waiters, maintenance and of course the lovely reception staff, nothing was too much , from friendly chats , to local knowledge or helping us hire a car . We also had a frequent cat visitor, who ended up getting injured, he also was not neutered and the hotel arranged for him to get treatment, I also found out that the hotel paid for cats to get neutered, to help take the pressure of the local rescues, i just find this amazing.
The food was beautiful, we were really worried about this reading the reviews , but it was just as beautiful as the town taverns, im happy they keep it authentic Greek.
I have not got enough time to describe how much i love this place, I always say I would never visit a place more than once, and I always find beautiful places , but nothing that gives the feeling this hotel did, I can't wait to visit again.
The only small thing I would change is the blanketsn/ toppers , they are single and we would prefer to be under the same one , but that's preference, the beds were very comfortable.
I have no idea how this hotel can get any negative reviews as it is perfect.
Thankyou for a magical stay

Great hotel. Food was flavoursome, though if staying for a couple of weeks could become repetitive. Pretty isolated so you'll either need to hire a car (driving is really easy in Kos) or other transport.

Rated five stars... this is an all-inclusive four star hotel, and suited us perfectly. We stayed in a first floor "premium bungalow." It was a beautiful room, serviced daily, with a big balcony overlooking the quiet area pool and over the sea. The layout of the resort makes it feel so spacious - wide paths, grassed areas; there seemed to be plenty of sunbeds with guests free to move them near the sea.
The beach is a shallow strip with pebbles to get over to the sand - my sensitive feet needed beach shoes to get in to the welcoming waves of the Med.
The food... not nearly Michelin starred, but very tasty and plentiful. If you're disciplined (I'm not!) and don't surf the buffet, you could have a different decent meal every night and there are good varied salads... I've certainly had worse food at all-inclusive hotels - and paid a lot more for similar food. The wine however is fairly grim - buying a bottle of the local wine in the perfectly located Tranquilo (and presumably the main) restaurant cost 16 Euros and was delicious.
Walking... you can walk along the beach for about 5 minutes north to a bar that serves food and a bit further on in the road is another. You can walk south along the beach for less than an hour to Tigaki with a wealth of Tavernas etc. A walk north along the road for about half an hour will take you to a gift and food shop and another taverna.
A walk of just over an hour would take you to the resort of Lambi and on into Kos - also reached by renting a bike or e bike at the hotel, the hotel shuttle, or the island bus service.
All staff were friendly and helpful - remarkable as most seemed to work every day from 7 am - 11 pm.
We had a lovely holiday!

A Very relaxing hotel in a good setting.our room was a very short walk along smooth paved walkways to the beach which was a mix of smooth pebbles and patches of sand. The sea was warm. The food is varied, there are 3 theme nights and the variety was good.we used the shuttle bus to Kos town which costs 4euro per person each way.A taxi costs 12.all the staff are very friendly.we had a very relaxing September week.we would come again. We woke up to an amazing view of the sea and to see just how close the nearby islands are.The inclusive drinks are limited to local products but they are satisfactory. The snack bar serves a hot dogs, gyros and burgers etc on an alternating daily basis. Pool bar is where entertainment takes place, karaoke,Greek dancing and music, vocalists and musicians were some that we enjoyed. There is background music at the main pool.but not at the smaller pools.
The only aspect I would criticise is the cold snacks available for late arrivals which were past the point of freshness by some margin. The town of Kos is Very pretty and is a joy to walk round day and night. AIGLI cafe restaurant in kos town is very good indeed. The harbour is very nice. The hotel rooms are spread out along the whole site connected by smooth wide pathways.there is a colony of cute cats around the site but create no nuisance and are quite cute. Room service was effective and discrete.mobile and WiFi signals were good. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
