I DID NOT LIKE THE HOTEL VERY MUCH.
Half of the hotel rooms are actually UNDERGROUND. That is, the balcony is immersed in the ground a meter. As a result, you have a room full of ants, beetles and other crawling insects, including in your personal belongings. Also, you cannot leave your things (swimsuits and towels) to dry on the balcony (if you can call a hole in the ground that) or open the balcony door for ventilation, since anyone has access here. When it rained, the balcony flooded; water poured into it directly with the soil.
A minute after checking in, we told the reception that we didn’t like the room and wanted a replacement. We were told to come tomorrow after breakfast. The hotel, by the way, was not full at all, maybe only half. Then they told me to come after lunch. And so on for several days in a row. They just lied to our faces every time that they would change our room. As a result, we did not unpack our things throughout the entire vacation, constantly hoping that they would finally change our room.
There is also almost no lighting in the room, there is only one light bulb and it is very weak. The curtains cannot be opened, because there are always people walking around there, and everyone will be able to see us.
There is no place in the bath to hang a towel or put a bottle of shampoo.
No wifi. Nominally there is one at the reception, but the signal is very, very weak.
Safe is available for a fee. Umbrellas and sunbeds are available for a fee.
Pros: good food, close to the beach. The beach is spacious and almost empty at this time of year (end of September). The sea is beautiful.

Cons: The hotel is decent, but the food is bad. There’s really not too many option and the difference between lunch and dinner is almost zero. They would often reheat what wasn’t eaten at lunch and serve for dinner, but so many times they don’t seem to taste what they serve. The coffee is also horrible, the juices from the restaurant are warm.
The internet or the phone data won’t work from the room - there’s no signal whatsoever ( at least in those sea view rooms);
The pool is nice, clean, not too deep, - but you can’t enjoy it after 6 pm. The guy from the pool bar will make sure everyone gets out at that hour 🙄, even if there’s still 45 degrees outside. If I were them, I’d prolong those hours.
It’s a place with great potential, still they have a lot to learn about hospitality.

Perfect hotel for peaceful vacation. Staff is very friendly, supportive and helpful. There is a Mini Market within the hotel with good prices. Our room was clean, the towels and bedsheets are changed regularly and room was cleaned on daily basis. The food was always fresh and delicious. The bar is great, always has good music playing and Yiorgos (the bartender) is very cheerful and friendly. Will definitely come again! :)

Very quiet, comfy place with a lovely landscape and cool, clean beach. Food was tasty and local beer and wine were great. Would recommend it for sure. There was a problem with our room at first day, but to compensate our lost time they gave us free beer and air conditioning for free for 7 days. They know english and a little bit polish, so its easy to communicate. Would say that this place is 8/10, so yeah, you can choose it without any concern.

It’s a very cheap all inclusive. Room is ok, food in the restaurant is absolutely the same everyday. Bar all inclusive but drinks are not very good. Full of sugar and cheap alcohol. I don’t recommend if you are planning long holidays in Rhodes, there is nothing to do around the place and the hotel is just a bed to spend the night.
