Came here in April 2025 for 7 nights
When we arrived it was around 10pm so we missed dinner however, the staff were very friendly and directed us to the 24hr food/drink station which had some sandwiches and soft drinks etc.
Rooms were very clean and cleaned each day by very friendly staff. The hotel itself was clean and well presented with a modern look.
Breakfast was the same each day with a hot food selection along with breads, fruits, yoghurt and pastries. Lunch changed each day but there was normally pastas, meat, fish and vegetarian option along with salads, fruits and bread. Dinner was again, always different however, contained an option for all.
The snack bar was similar each day with burgers, hotdogs and pizza. The pool bar was well stocked with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks.
The pool areas had plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool were cool which was nice due to the weather. We didn't use any of the day entertainment however, it seemed really good for the children using it.
Evening entertainment was good with a mixture of local bands, drama performances and karaoke. The evening bar was very well stocked and ran as well.
Location was good with only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach or a 15 minute walk to the main beach and strip by the Dunes. Shops right outside the hotel as well.
Only issues we found with the hotel was some of the staff were a little rude. Also, there was no information of food times or what we could get on our all inclusive plus wrist bands and it was a few days before someone could explain this to us. Maybe a small pack in the room would have helped.
All in all we had a great time and for a last minute holiday it was lovely. I would say the hotel is more suited to family with younger children.
Thank you Abora Continental

We arrived in Late March and Left in Early April, we came for 4 nights and booked with jet2. The check in process was easy and transfers are close to the airport, so that’s a bonus. The people at the check in were helpful and very delightful.
The hotel is in a great location, about a 2 minute walk to the beach, sat along a lovely promenade that follows the length of the sea front, with a perfect view of the beach and the Maspalomas dunes. Inside the hotel they have 2 main pools, one of them is a “fun” pool in which all of the activities take place, mainly aquagym. There is a second pool which is more of a relax pool, with a jacuzzi next to it, with seating areas. However, these pools are quite small compared to others you may find in other places, but for the time of year we went, it wasn’t busy so it was ideal. Renting the pool towels is free but it costs 1€ for fresh ones on the next day. It is an all inclusive hotel and therefore most of the bars and all food areas are self service. The serviced bars offer chargeable drinks such as alcohol (excluding the local beer which is free) and cocktails. The hotels reception is 24h and the self service drinks are too.
The entertainment team offer daytime and night time activities and shows, such as archery and darts in the day, and shows such as a theatre type musical on the greatest showman and interactive participation games such as reverse bingo and music quizzes. There is also an arcade room within the hotel which has pool tables, basketball machines and air hockey tables at a fee. The team are super friendly and really welcoming.
Checking out you can extend your room, with a fee of 10€ per extra hour past 12 noon, however when the hotel is busy, housekeeping may decline.
Some cons of the hotel are that this hotel wouldn’t be as good had there been more people as I don’t think the hotel could accommodate for the amount of rooms that there are. The hotel is very stair heavy, but there are lifts between rooms and the fun pool. Pools are quite cold and not heated (this would be less of a problem should we have come during summer months) and the area is quite prone to high winds, meaning that it feels cooler than it actually is.
The hotel overall is amazing and clean, the staff are super friendly and pools are great, location is amazing for walks into the city and other areas around. Buses and taxis are good for going into different places as well, the prices are reasonable and are quick.
I had an amazing time and would definitely recommend to others and would visit again soon.
Thank you too all of the team, especially the ones at receptions they are absolutely bundles of joy.

We arrived here end of January 2025, first impression very nice. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Restaurant was clean and choice of food was plentiful, we never had a problem with any of our meals, although some restaurant staff could smile and be a bit more pleasant! We made a manager aware that a waitress had wiped the floor with a cloth then used it to clean the tables! This is a no no in my cleaning skills. This did not put us off the hotel. It's prime location for beach and shopping. Good all round hotel fabulous holiday We'll definitely return to this hotel

It is a good overall value. The rooms are spacious and have everything. Tje rooms with ocean view are nice. The beds are not the best quality and are a but hard. The pols are nice but water is cold. The all inclusive is overall alright though if you don't go early for lunch or dinner are not many meat or fish options left. Pizza and pasta seem to be the thing. The meat or fish are usually fried. The salad selection was decent though and breakfast was good.Staff is overall attentive. The cleaning was good too

What a beautiful hotel, normally when we go all inclusive we do go out a few nights cause the food can be a bit competitive. Not here different every night staff very friendly and get to know you very quickly. Entertainment on everyday and night starts off with a kids disco then onto adults Entertainment. Hotel is in a perfect spot shops right next door also a shopping mall just over the road along with a little bus station. It's just perfect 👌 we will definitely be coming back very soon.....
