Really enjoyed our stay. We chose an Exclusive Double room, which included pool view( also an amazing sunset view) and access to the lounge area. We feel the rooms are a little dated and could use a bit of TLC. A walk in shower would be better than the bath. The shower in the bath was a little temperamental so wasn't the best. We were really impressed with the extras in our room such as stocked mini bar, robes and the packs on the bathroom are fabulous. We stayed Half board, breakfast was lovely and the chef David was always there to brighten everyone's day. Evening meal was ok, just your typical hotel holiday food. Staff are amazing. Every single staff member were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Entertainment was great and we will definitely return.

I stayed here solo and had an absolutely fantastic time. In my opinion, the Tigotan Hotel could easily be rated a 5-star hotel based on the sheer quality of everything they offer. I've already recommended it to all my family and friends!
Here is what made my stay so memorable:
The Food: Simply superb. The quality, variety, and live cooking stations were top-tier. Honestly, the food inside the hotel was much better quality than almost all the restaurants I tried outside.
The Rooms: Newly renovated, very spacious, and incredibly comfortable for a solo traveler.
Outstanding Service: The staff is very pleasant and goes above and beyond. On my last day, they kindly gave me access to a courtesy room so I could refresh and shower before my flight, which was a massive help.
The Rooftop: The rooftop bar with the infinity pool is an incredible experience—perfect for relaxing with a view.
Value: On top of everything, any add-ons or extras had a very reasonable and affordable price.
An absolute gem. Whether you are traveling alone or with others, this place is highly recommended! 🌟🏊♂️🍹

A lovely hotel, all staff are helpful. Room is nice, paid extra for pool view, then paid even more extra for sunny side. Breakfast and evening meal lots of choice and very nice. Plenty of sun beds. Clean everywhere. Unable to get pool towels, wanted 40 euros deposit, wouldn’t take card payment, I use my credit card for everything and won’t be drawing cash on it, so purchased towels elsewhere. A bit archaic I thought. Otherwise all was great and had a lovely week.

Lorena and Joselo were the perfect waiters, attentive, friendly, remembered all our drinks and names and we couldn’t have asked for a better service.
Chef David greeted us every day with a smile and a joke and made our holiday memorable.
Such a warm welcoming hotel. All the staff looked after all your needs. Highly recommend.

Second time staying here. Great staff, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Fantastic location.
The pool area is lovely to lay out in, comfortable and a variety of different areas and beds to choose from. Pools are fabulous. Outdoor toilets and showers are handy to have.
The entertainment is amazing. The entertainment team in particular were fantastic. I don’t have their names but there were two men this week leading out on all entertainment and they were incredible at their job!
I would recommend not getting the food. We have done breakfast and dinner on both stays. The food is very repetitive, and compared to home (Ireland), it is bland and not the quality we are used to at home - especially in terms of meat.
We ended up eating out for all meals all days. Some mornings we would get a plate of fresh fruit as this was a safe bet, but other items are poor.
