Just sat in reception with our sad faces on after checking out of TL&F. We had a great 10 days holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed in the romance room which came with the exclusive package. Not sure the room itself was worth the upgrade as it wasn’t much better or bigger than a standard room, just a few extra touches like fancy lighting, hot tub bath, built in speakers etc. if you can get it for a good price then go for it, but if it’s excessive then just opt for the standard room plus exclusive package. What was definitely worth it was the exclusive package which provided us with free food and drinks all day from 10am until about 6:30pm. The only downside to this was that you could only drink and eat in the exclusive lounge, and were not allowed to take drinks or food from there out by the pool, so unfortunately we still spent a fortune paying for drinks at the pool bar as we didn’t want to be sat in the lounge all day. It wasn’t very comfortable being sat in the exclusive lounge with the sun beaming down on you as it was a bit of a sun trap - bright white tables and bling decor everywhere made it a bit blinding, but still, I’d say it was worth it. Entertainment was really good and on all day All staff were friendly and very attentive The buffet was literally on of the best we’ve ever had for choice and quality of food . Honestly we travel a lot, and this was the best buffet food we’ve ever had. The attached restaurant, Santa Rosa Grill, was absolutely unreal! The food was top level food and I’m so surprised that more people do not use it. If you get the complimentary meal, like we did, I would 1m% recommend you go and enjoy the food. Huge portions too, so I’m glad we saved it for our last night so we could pig out and not worry about the extra 2000 calories! Location was decent but I’ve had much better. Would be perfect if it was beach front, but can’t have it all. The hotel Gym is very basic. Good enough but just 3 minutes walk is an amazing gym called Minimal Fitness. Probably the best gym I’ve ever been to.

This is a fantastic hotel. We paid for the exclusive service and a pool side view. I had e mailed hotel a few weeks ago asking if we could have a room on the higher floors. Was allocated room 574 on the top floor. Great start to the holiday. The exclusive service gets you access to a separate restricted lounge, with drinks and snacks from 10.30 to 18.00. You also get a separate check in process. My advice would be to pay the money and get the exclusive lounge access. It is really well worth it. ALL staff are incredibly helpful, polite and very professional. Rarely have I stayed somewhere where EVERY single member of staff was so helpful. Absolutely recommend this hotel. We have booked to come back in October.

Really friendly and attentive staff. Location is ideal. Short 5-10min walk to the beach and main area. Quiet that it’s far from the chaos at night. We stayed in the romantic room with the jacuzzi bath and to say it was a treat. Such a nice touch to add to the relaxation. Food is incredible in the hotel. Dinner was chefs kiss. Such choice and flavour. Could not fault the place. The vibe is a mix of young couples and older generation. The events seem to cater for all which is quite nice. Also the policing of beds - absolutely love love love. If you are gone for more than 30mins it’s adios. Nothing worse than people taking beds and gone for the day! Would come again and only on day 2.

One word. AMAZING. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Everything from the room to the food was probably the best I’ve ever had from a package holiday! I would like to say a massive thank you to the entertainment team (Debbie, Melissa, domenica) for providing the best entertainment every day and night! Always so friendly and making sure there is always something going on to enjoy! Will definitely be back!

Rooms were clean, just very dark. No main lights above the bed only dim lamps and natural lighting. We were on the ground floor so our balcony wasn’t very private as we were behind the exclusive part of the hotel. Service was great, our safe stopped working and someone was sent to fix it straight away. Great service at dinner time, called what we would like to drink as soon as we sat down. Entertainment was great, caters for all. Any entertainment by the pool in the evening was done by 10:30pm. Day activities were great fun, Dominica and Melissa were great hosts for all the daytime games. Location was great, far enough from the strip that it’s not a distraction but walking distance for all night life and the beach.
