Really enjoyed our stay. We chose an Exclusive Double room, which included pool view( also an amazing sunset view) and access to the lounge area. We feel the rooms are a little dated and could use a bit of TLC. A walk in shower would be better than the bath. The shower in the bath was a little temperamental so wasn't the best. We were really impressed with the extras in our room such as stocked mini bar, robes and the packs on the bathroom are fabulous. We stayed Half board, breakfast was lovely and the chef David was always there to brighten everyone's day. Evening meal was ok, just your typical hotel holiday food. Staff are amazing. Every single staff member were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Entertainment was great and we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay here! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, particularly appreciated when we missed dinner because of long travel delays and they made sure we didn't go hungry. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were great, loads of tasty options even for picky eaters, and we really enjoyed the Santa Rosa Grill one night too. Pools were lovely, especially liked the view from the rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi, and the cocktails at the rooftop bar were delicious. The suite was brilliant, loads of space with a lovely seating area and wonderful view of mountains and sea from the balcony and hot tub! We loved having access to the exclusive lounge too, to stop in for a snack and drink with a lovely seating area both indoor and out. Arcade and gym were much appreciated too, for the windier days.

First time at Tigotan and already booked to return. Location is excellent, just a short stroll to beaches and Golden Mile. Food very good: breakfast buffet is excellent with fresh eggs in all descriptions cooked to order, including omelettes. Rooms are very spacious and clean with excellent shower. Staff are excellent.. entertainment in the hotel was very good and surprisingly bar prices on site were very good, even better than some local bars!!! We didn’t try the exclusive services as they were a little over priced. The pool layout is very good and one thing we really liked was that the sunbeds aren’t all regimental, there are small groups in locations that are great if you like to move the bed to follow the sun.. Our only slight disappointment was our own fault, we didn’t t pick a pool view so our balcony view disappointed. it’s an excellent hotel that I’d recommend to anyone!! Thank you Tigotan!!

Gorgeous stay, would recommend. Great activities at the pool everyday. We were gifted a free bottle of Prosecco for our first stay here too. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had in any hotel, so much to choose from. Rooftop bar is also amazing for sunset drinks. Overall 10/10 experience and we will be back!

We stayed at the hotel in December 2025, and my birthday on December 17th was made truly special. The hotel surprised me at breakfast with birthday pastries, candles, and a song, and later in the day we also received sparkling wine in our room – such a wonderful and thoughtful gesture. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and a special thank you to Lorena who truly went the extra mile 🌟. She was always kind, caring, and positive, making every guest feel seen with her warm smile and positive energy. I felt genuinely cared for and happy throughout our stay. Clean rooms with sea views, amazing staff, and a great sense of community. Highly recommended!
