As early as 11am we were checked into our room. The staff were so welcoming. The receptionist (Kenia) was so amazing- she upgraded our wristband because it was my birthday.
Our room was also decorated and treated with a bottle of champagne as a birthday treat. Thank you so much Marcos.
The day time pool parties were so lit. Not to mention the night themed parties. It was just good vibes and a non judgmental space.
The staff in the restaurants/bars were so friendly. Leo, carol and Diego we appreciate y’all. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The action and fun is the pool and the events every evening. They do a great job with with the entertainment and people enjoy dressing up for the theme nights . Food is very good for breakfast buffet, Sutra is consistently good for hibachi and lunch around the pool is great for fresh sushhi and burgers or hor dogs. Dinner is ok but great if premier member for the beech cook out or dinner at sky. The butler service was very good this trip. Azul was lovely and very attentive as our butler . People are friendly and will strike up conversations . This was our 4th trip. I recomend the tower as not only arecthe rooms nicer but its quieter.

My time and experience at Temptation Resort will be one to remember. I spent 5 days and 4 nights at this luxurious resort, where I was able to check in early at 12 instead of the usual 3. My Trendy Garden room was conveniently located near the gym, and I loved the modern rooms with automatic screens. The porch was perfect for relaxing with a book or simply taking in the surroundings.
On my first night, I dined at the Flame restaurant and was blown away by the amazing steak, worth the extra cost. I absolutely adored the fresh buffet, especially the delicious fresh fruit. Those seeded grapes were so irresistible I just couldn't get enough of them!
Navigating the resort was like a maze, but after 3 days, I finally got the hang of where everything was located.
The poolside was like a playground for adults, and I appreciated the all-inclusive nature of the resort.
For those thinking about booking a stay at Temptation Resort, I strongly suggest opting for the premier package - simply mention my name, Caprice, after you book. You won't be disappointed! I made the decision to upgrade to the premier package, and it was well worth it. This package provided me with access to a private jacuzzi, a more peaceful pool area, discounted rates for future stays, and at other locations. A special thank you to Angel for enhancing my experience during my stay!
I also treated myself to a photo shoot with Provoke, capturing memories that will last a lifetime and a spa treatment that was very relaxing.
I highly recommend doing a photoshoot at Temptation Resort to add some excitement to your stay, whether you're solo or with a partner. A big thank you to Zu for making my experience even more enjoyable & memorable! The concierge team, especially Manuel, was fantastic - always polite and ready to assist with any requests.
During my stay, I went on a twelve-hour tour, and the concierge team made sure I was informed about the bus and even helped me locate a nearby grocery store. The Premier team was also a great help, answering any questions I had and assisting with booking reservations at the resort's restaurants.
There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. Firstly, the DJ in the evening seemed to only play house music, which limited the variety in the music selection. Additionally, the transition to my new room was not very convenient. I had to check out at 11 am. and wait until 3 pm. to move rooms, which made it feel like I had missed out on a whole day of my stay.
Overall, my time at Temptation Resort was fantastic, thanks to the excellent staff and amenities.

Our 5th trip! Always gets better. Kris Jones (sutra) is absolutely the best server we've ever had in any restaurant whether it be the US or Mexico! That guy should be a manager.
Eddy at the quiet pool was amazing! Adolfo as well. Armando is an amazing bar tender too!

My spouse and I were looking for a sexy and spicy getaway, and we stumbled upon Temptation Cancun while browsing on Expedia. We had pretty low expectations going in, especially after reading some mixed reviews—but to our surprise, it turned out to be a great experience!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Emmanuel greeted us warmly and gave us a brief orientation, which was appreciated after a long day of travel—we were definitely hungry and ready to eat! One thing that caught us off guard, though, was the pressure to attend an hour-long presentation for the Premier Membership. It was presented as a mandatory session with a $40 deposit to hold our spot, which made us feel a bit uneasy. Thankfully, the morning staff was honest enough to clarify that it was completely optional. That transparency was appreciated.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a very sexy vibe that set the mood for the nights ahead. The evening parties were definitely the highlight—very fun, flirtatious, and full of spicy performances that kept the energy high. Even though I’m not really into drinking, the party atmosphere was still enjoyable and welcoming.
The food was also a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed both the Mexican dishes and the international buffet options, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of—always helpful and friendly without expecting anything in return.
One thing to note: as a couple in our late 20s and early 30s, we were hoping for a more younger crowd, but most guests seemed to be in their 50s on average. It made us feel a bit out of place at times, but we still made the most of it.
