Great resort and well done. Needs a little more space for clothes and personal effects in the room. The place is a party all day. If you're looking for something outside of the ordinary, this is it.
Get the rooms with butler/VIP service. Super helpful. Our assistants were Ivan amd Alex. We couldn't ask for better guys. They waere on top of everything we needed. Thanks guys.

Loved our trip! Location is nice with several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Food is great (other than the dinner buffet). Drinks were easy to get and good. Music is very, very loud. This is more adult spring break than sexy adult. If you’re not looking for a wild, loud party you might prefer Desire. The crowd was respectful, even the single guys.
The extra service was lovely and worth it. Oscar did a great job helping us book dinners and keeping us informed.

First time visiting, to be honest... I wasn't impressed! A lot of the planned activities and communication with staff was pretty bad. There's hidden fees in everything even when you get the all inclusive. When going to restaurants that require reservations, the food is tasteless and very VERY small portioned! The buffet area isn't any better, I had large amounts of hair in 2 of the dishes I picked. The 2 star rating that was given goes to the ONE bartender that made drinks how you preferred them whether you tipped or not, all other bartenders give horrible drinks and service. Please stay away from the hookah as well, for $52 it should be better than what was presented. It's half the amount of hookah and it's tasteless regardless of the flavor you pick.

We had an amazing time meeting new people, Very respectful guest. The food was excellent and services were great! There were a few things we didn’t like. The room was very small, too much noise from the guest while we were sleeping, the AC wasn’t cold enough, our door battery died on us and we were locked out until someone came to fix it, and the pool needs to be regrouted. Too many missing tiles that we were scratched by it.
All the staff members were outstanding especially Oscar/ Maria concierge, Giovanni our pool server, Salvador’s our breakfast waiter, Veronica the spa masseuse and the dancers.
