Very nice hotel, with beautiful pool where you can sit back and relax. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, nothing but the best. This place is also extremely clean, no matter on this regard whatsoever. The reason we rate this as a 2-star review is because we were tremendously disappointed with the food. For a 5-star hotel, it’s a shame that they serve you the exact same breakfast every morning and that during our 7-nights stay, the dinner choices presented almost no options of seafood. On the rare occasion that there was a fish choice, it would be emptied quickly by the clients and would not be replaced by another tray of fish(unlike other dishes). The dinner dishes would be the same, but with different stuffing/cooked differently. The fruits and vegetables were nothing out of the ordinary. The desserts were really bad, most of them were made out of whipped cream. What was not so terrible was their selection of Greek halva and baklava. The meal choice would rather be of a 3/4 star hotel. Aside all food complaint, this hotel was unjustifiably expensive for the drinks menu that was available on the bar located next to the pool (a decent cocktail was priced 15€). For the money we paid, we were extremely disappointed. Would not recommend staying this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 wonderful nights. The rooms are amazing, new, spacious and clean. The food is delicious. Both breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the hotel's restaurants were exceptional! The central pool is huge, clean, with a great view. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant because the hotel is mainly intended for adults. The staff is excellent, attentive to every detail. Thanks to all the staff who behave in an exemplary manner, but especially to Mr. Dimitri, who is truly a special person, willing to help and offer 5-star services to the hotel's guests. Choose this hotel for a dream stay!

Beautiful place, best service, very nice stuff, very clean, the hotel look stunning from the inside and outside, best for people who want quite place and not children. There is only 2 things that bothered me: 1. The gym is very nice but not well maintained, some if the devices screen is not working. 2. I am vegan, and the verity for vegan food was very poor and dull specially for a hotel that mind all the small details. But in overall I must say we enjoyed the hotel very much!

We had an amazing experience here, the staff were so friendly and welcoming especially the manager for food and beverages (Dumitru), I especially loved the food and the restaurant Avàlle. Highly recommended one of the best experiences I’ve had.
