We had a great time at this hotel in February. On arrival, we organised a room upgrade and while we were waiting discovered the soft play area between reception and the restaurants, staffed by one of the animation team. The kids loved it and it set the tone for the rest of the wonderful holiday.
The kids club is fantastic, the best we've encountered as a family. It was sad for me to have to say goodbye to some of the staff who put so much love and effort into making the kids' time special.
The guest experience, reception and waiting staff were all terrific. The room was spacious, well maintained and we loved the style. The hotel facilities and food exceeded expectations and, the icing on the cake, the location is perfect for experiencing everything within Playa Blanca.
We would definitely come back again :)

I don't know how to begin to describe this hotel. It's simply perfect. It's huge, spacious, has multiple pools, different restaurants, and its location is perfect! Just steps from the beach. Breakfast is included and has everything you could ask for and more. If you have children, this is the perfect place for you and your family. They have a team of lovely entertainers who will keep your children busy all day long! They have a Kids Club for children of all ages, soft play, and a mini disco. They literally have so many activities that your children will never be bored, and parents have several hours a day to relax and enjoy the adult activities. I can't recommend this place more! You won't regret it! I'm coming back in July! :)

Had a wonderful stay at the Princess Yaiza. Third stay here and it didn’t disappoint.
Came for 8 nights and attended a friend’s wedding held at the hotel. Fantastic venue and a very special wedding. The following day we went to the hotels vineyard and carried on the celebrations. This was also a great day.
Our favourite rooms are overlooking the pool area, which also give you a sea view.
The hotel is now a few years old, has a prime spot in Playa Blanca and the grounds are well established, which is what we like.

it would be four stars but due to the absolutely unbelievable work of the entertainment team it’s gone up to a five. They’re all super friendly and kind, in particular, the best of the entertainment team - Angel. He was always willing to join in and was super kind to the younger kids so he turns this review into five stars, well done!

What a great hotel first time in Lanzarote and so glad we booked this hotel as it had everything we needed the food options were great right opposite the beach, multiple swimming pools
And plenty of things to do for the children. The family suite was perfect with two bedrooms and a mini kitchenette we had a sink, fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. We had a balcony view of the pool and plenty of things close by. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options and a local mini supermarket right outside to buy. Would highly recommend the hotel. Tennis courts paddle ball and gym were all great.
