Fantastic hotel. From check-in to check- out, you were made to feel welcome by everyone. The rooms were spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows available if needed. The hotel is great for families with children as well as couples or friend groups of all ages.
The selection of food was great, as were the drinks, including the cocktails. The entertainment was good with a different act/show each evening after the usual mini-disco. Lovely small harbour and a few shops/bars etc for a stroll and the bus stop is right across the road from the hotel into Ciutadella.
Would definitely stay again, which is something we rarely do.

We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon at the end of April/start of May. For anyone wondering what to expect from the weather at that time, it was around 20-23 degrees C for the whole time with the first week being sunny and the second week less so. It was a very pleasant stay and exceeded any expectations! In particular the food was not only decent, but really great quality, with a wide selection for every meal. We were always excited to try the foods, specially desserts (the cakes were amazing!)
The hotel is an 8 minute walk from the beach, with a bus stop and car rental places and a supermarket across the road. Which was great.
The staff were all excellent to us, particularly the entertainment team (and especially Mirel and Alex! They were always super enthusiastic and accommodating, they make the activities a lot more fun and worth going to)! We enjoyed the activities very much, the archery inspiring us to hopefully buy our own bow and arrows at some point soon. The evening entertainment is also worth going to.
One thing: it would be great if the pool table and air hockey were included in the all-inclusive! As it is, it's €2 per game for pool and €1 for air hockey. Also the tennis court is in poor condition, enough to make playing difficult, which was disappointing. The other facilities were great though. Overall, if we ever come back to Menorca we plan on staying here again!

Amazing location, beautiful grounds, great pools for kids, fab entertainment team but awful experience with the food and restaurant. The restaurant is too small for the hotel, you have to queue to get in, queue at the one food station for hot food and queue for drinks at the one bar in the evening. It's a shame the restaurant experience let's down the rest of the hotel but when you pay for all inclusive you don't expect to be forced to eat out a few nights to get a nice meal and to be served quicker. Limited food choice in the restaurant for children and adults. Limited alchohol and soft drink choice too. Wouldn't return here due to the restaurant situation. X

What a phenomenal holiday. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel. The Hotel is beautiful, clean, and all about being environmental friendly/ considerate- perfect for families. Our toddler was so happy to be there. The food was always delicious. We had a wonderful experience, and felt very sad to leave. Shops nearby (right across hotel) if you needed anything, as well as a Doctor / clinic. Beach is close 8 min/ 600m walk, through the Marina. A fab kid friendly holiday. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from a week at Paradise Club for our first holiday with our 20 month daughter. The hotel grounds & rooms are spotless & maintained to a very high spec.
The food was lovely - just be prepared to queue for dinner as it opens fairly late if you are holidaying with children (7pm).
The staff are very polite & friendly - big shout to the entertain team (sensi crew) who were amazing with our daughter and tried to involve her in the activities & disco, despite her being so little. She got so excited when she saw them around the hotel, shouting frieeeeendsss!! So cute.
The location is great as well with a small marina opposite the hotel, which had several restaurants, bars, shops as well as some car hire companies. There is even a beach a small walk away through the marina which we visited one morning whilst on a walk.
The pools are lovely, although slightly cold this time of year! Whilst the kids splash pools look great fun our daughter preferred the main pool, as did a lot of the other smaller children, as they could potter about in the very shallow end and play with their toys etc.
Only thing I said to my partner that could be improved/expanded is the play area but our daughter had a great fun on the slide.
Overall, great hotel for families - especially those with very young children.
We would 100% recommend to others & return in the future.
Thank you for a lovely first family holiday :)
