Had a lovely time. Went in October which is the winter all inclusive. Although not as many options as the summer, there is still a wide range of choices to pick from. More than enough for a week. Location is near the town which you can find further bars and places to eat, not something we explored but they looked nice.
Dinner at the El Mexicano was lovely. Our waiter TidJone was very funny and attentive. Fast service. ! Would recommend.
Jack's buffet changes from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Many options with them changing night to night! Great for those who like options.

I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews but myself and my mom in her 60s had a fabulous stay!
Yes the hotel is big and if you have mobility issues, depending on where your room is you may have a walk up a big hill but we cant complain about our lovely large apartment that was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and staff constantly around working and maintaining it.
We loved the food in the main buffet area ( some reviews said it was samey but we always found something lovely to eat) and loved our dinner at the sea moon with the gorgeous view.
You can get free WiFi everywhere and went on walks most days but ubers come right to the reception and are super cheap. ..and the sea is right on your door step.
We didn't have much noise in the evenings either, the beds were so comfy we were out for the count most nights.
Yes it was quite busy at times but with 3 pool areas we just went to the quietest one.
We were very happy with what we paid and with what we got for that.
I'd say our only grumble was not having any tea or coffee supplies in the room( there is a kettle and cups but nothing else) and no hot drink facilities in the main restaurant in the evening.
Thank you for a great getaway (8th of october 2025 for a week)

Rather disappointed if I'm honest...
Staff attentiveness: Not the best, unfortunately. Camilo was okay and so was another guy who was fair skin, short and wore glasses. Given a card 'key' and then told to get a physical key from Reception confused me as I have no idea what the card key was supposed to be used for.
Reception is not at the enrance, it's to the left. I did not know this, so I was waiting in a queue unnecessarily.
On my first day, I was searching where to get 'Bakes & Cakes' and a staff member just replied "Over there" pointing her hand in a direction (that I was unfamiliar to having just arrived) and walked off. I tried to find it myself but my anxiety took over as I realised just how big this hotel was. I thankfully found her again and asked again, quickly explaining that I just arrived (before she would walk off again) to which she apologised and gave clearer guidance.
So many flies around the Bakes and Cakes and hot drink machines were VERY off putting.
Going to the restaurant, I waited to tell someone my room as that's what happens in a lot of hotels but no one showed acknowledgement of me waiting, so I just went in and found a seat.
We had a mixture of sunshine and rain and for some reason both doors and fans were open/ on which meant food was getting cold quickly.
Restaurants: I arrived on Monday and was informed about the different restaurants that guests can book and go to however it does not tell you the days or times of opening/ closing. On Tuesday morning, I went to find the place and then tried to make a booking but it was fully booked. I suggested Wednesday then, told it's closed. I questioned Thursday, told it's closed and the next day it's open will be Friday which was my return day (in the morning).
House keeping: Kind and friendly lady
Amenities: States 'tea and coffee making facilities' in room yet all I had was a kettle, 2 cups with spoons and 2 glasses.
Air con: On my first day, I was hot, so as I turned on the air con, black dust or something flew onto the other bed. Thankfully I was one person, so I slept on the one bed but this put me off having the air con on again.
Jacuzzi: Quite disgusting! I could feel I was sitting on grainy bits and when I got out, I had various bits all over my body. This is the first time I have experienced that from a Jacuzzi - really disgusting and unhygienic. Also, it's not hot so you can't have that relaxing pressure on you. It's not even warm! Shaded by trees, does not help.
Entertainment: POOR! On my first official morning here I was really looking forward to 'Aqua gym' and had double checked at reception that it was still going to go on despite the light rain. Reception told me it was, so I went to put on my bathing suit and waited by the North pool side (once I found it) and it was still spitting but I thought, "That's okay.. we'll be in the water soon". Aqua gym never happened! So I sat in the rain for 30 minutes for nothing! I was there 15 minutes before start time and patiently waited in SPITTY rain for another 15 minutes for it not to happen.
Felt safe: YES!
Room clean: YES!
Revisit: No

I had issues regarding my booking before I arrived which I won't go into however I can tell you about my experience whilst staying here.
Positives
Staff were superb, extremely friendly and helpful, even had a kind gentleman show me to the room when I couldn't find it.
Location is fantastic, right next to the beach with great views. Very lively vibe more suited to younger adults due to it's proxy to the new town strip.
Great choice of restaurants and bars and had all local shops and coffee shops a short walk away.
The gardens were beautiful to relax in, especially when lit up at night time, well looked after to provide a nice chilled vibe.
Negatives.
I implore this hotel to review it's cancellation policy.
For non refundable bookings, it is wrong to charge people the full price of the room to cancel their booking. Even if you don't show up, they will charge you the full amount to cancel, on top of the price it cost you to book the room.
This results in situations where the hotel will take twice the amount for a room booking that they can sell to someone else.
To me this seems exploitative, I felt forced to attend this hotel to avoid these additional charges that effected my overall feeling of the hotel chain.
Just something to bare in mind for people booking here.

Stayed here with girlfriend for a few days. Apart from at first being given the wrong directions to our room and needing to go back to reception and get the porter to show us to our room, and ordering a kebab the first night, telling reception I was waiting for it and 40 minutes later they realised it had been delivered and was going cold behind them (I dropped 1 serves star for that) we enjoyed everything about this hotel. Free juice, tea and coffee, friendly staff, nice room, good view, kitchenette in the room complete with oven, hob, toaster, kettle and fridge with ice box. Also has a private beach as well as various swimming pools onsite. Would stay here again.
