Great budget hotel. For the price we paid, absolutely no complaints. Most of the staff are polite. Be nice to them and they will in return!! Rooms are large, we managed to make breakfast in the kitchen area most mornings so adequate utensils. Location for us was perfect.

Honestly was quite impressed with the hotel, apartment was pool view, cleaned every day , nice comfortable beds, small kitchen but don't need bigger, plenty of space for up to 4 ppl sharing , nice private balcony, free shuttle bus 3 times a day to oura Beach or oldtown albuferia, very nice hotel staff, pool area was lovely 😍 nice cocktails from the bar, especially the pinacolada . Would book again no problem

Hotel was ok but quite dated and not many facilities. The biggest issue I had was the unexpected €200 deposit on arrival. Didn’t see any mention of this when booking. António who works nights was very friendly and helpful hope he gets paid well.

The hotel is in a prime location, fairly close to the strip. The rooms are fine but basic, no issues. appeared reasonably clean. We were a large group and as brits I assume we have a bad name for ourselves so we were given a list of rules upon arrival such as no guests after 10 etc. The one staff member seemed very serious however we never had any issues with him and generally staff were friendly other than the one very serious staff member. I will say the security guard Amtonio is amazing, very helpful, always smiling and quite funny. That made the hotel experience more memorable and the guy needs a raise. He helped us when my friend required and ambulance and again when my other friend cut his finger. He even gave us helpful suggestions and overall changed my opinion on the staff as at first I thought we would be treated like criminals based off our initial meeting with the serious guy with all the rules. All in all the hotel provided the service they advertised and I cannot complain one bit!

Place itself is situated around the back from Erin's Isle which is great. Anyway. The rooms are spacious and clean. There's a lift to all floors. There is a bar area and it serves snacks. The pool is ok. But freezing.
They ask for a 200 euro deposit before giving keys over which you get back if there is no damage at end of your stay. Providing you keep the voucher they give. Plus they ask one of your group to walk round room with them before giving money over.
Make sure you take your own towels to the pool or they try to charge you 20 euros to use theirs.
Strangely enough you could tell the manager didn't like the English. But was a different person when we were leaving. Yet the other staff very helpful.
