Such an overwhelming amazing place to experience!
Everything is Grand!!!
First us the checking in Experience, if your there at a good time, you can plan on waiting at least 15-30min to check in. If your in the rear of the line it can be up to an hour due to customers asking questions, looking for places or just general info.
Afterwards everything is vibrant and accessible for use but it requires some walking. I've walked over 12 miles in the course of 4 days which is great if your into fitness like myself.
If not " pace yourself ".
If you venture out onto the strip, know that there are working people all around you .." hustling for business ". Make wise choices with your finances and get clarity of price before engaging. The food is spectacular and far from ordinary depending on location.
The rooms are clean and spacious and offer mini bars for the party goers and drinkers.
Room service has a fee to deliver but the food is also great for late night hunger desires.
Outside of some of the particulars, enjoy!
Absorb the experience
Be safe
Budget wisely
Stay blessed!!!!

Very nice place. It's more to one end of the strip than the middle. Makes it nice if you like walking. If you want to go see things you're getting your steps in for sure. Enjoyed my stay. We were here for a conference. And the conference center is a nice long walk from the rooms. Definitely getting your steps in if you're into that.

We were given a lovely room on the 17th floor which included a safe and a small refrigerator in addition to the stocked mini fridge. The 17th floor was quiet and far away from the casino, so great for sleeping. We were able to call our breakfast order in the night before and morning room service delivery was timely. We had a terrific view of the new Athletic's baseball park that is being built. It was a lovely experience from check in to check out.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at MGM Grand Las Vegas and I can confidently say it exceeded our expectations in every way. Traveling with my wife and two kids, we were looking for a place that was both exciting and family-friendly—and this was exactly that.
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and attentive. Whether it was check-in, navigating the property, or getting recommendations, the level of service really stood out.
What impressed me most was how accommodating the hotel is for families. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained, and we always felt comfortable bringing them around the property. The atmosphere struck a great balance—fun and lively without ever feeling overwhelming for a family trip.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, giving us a comfortable place to relax after long days exploring. Everything felt organized and thoughtfully designed, which made traveling with kids so much easier.
Overall, this was a 5-star experience from start to finish. If you're visiting Las Vegas with your family and want a place that combines great service, comfort, and a welcoming environment for kids, I highly recommend MGM Grand. We’ll definitely be back!

This is one of the better casinos on the strip. It's freaking huge! It's built in such a way that it's easy to get lost and that's probably what they just want because if you're lost in a casino you got to sit down someplace. You might as well sit down and slot machine because there are no sofas or chairs visible anywhere. I went to the Brad Garrett Comedy Club and the show was excellent. I'm a Vegas local so I can't tell you about the rooms, i don't drink so I can't tell you about the bars, and I don't gamble so don't expect me to review their liberal slots. The word is always been, if you want liberal slots, gamble downtown not on the strip. I did stand and watch Blackjack for a while. These days at the MGM Grand they have a $25 minimum. Need I remind you, Las Vegas is built on gambling losses from people just like you, so, try your luck, cuz it ain't about skill. One more thing, the bag of popcorn that I bought in the comedy club, tiny as it was, cost $12. If you're staying in the rooms on a budget, go to Walgreens or CVS and buy your snacks there. My guess is a bottle of water costs around $8 in the room. Yep, you read that right. It's Vegas baby!
