Great Value for Money with a Few Service Hiccups
We stayed at Selectum Family Comfort Side for 4 days and found it to be great value for money. While it's not located in central Antalya, the resort is in Manavgat—about an hour’s drive away—which wasn’t an issue for us.
The resort itself is well-equipped with multiple pools, a kids’ play area, a restaurant, a 24-hour café, and various food stalls. It's designed with families in mind, and there's always something to do. The food offers plenty of options, although there isn’t much variety from day to day, which can get repetitive over a longer stay.
Service was generally okay but a bit inconsistent. For example, during check-out, we had to carry our own luggage because there was only one porter who was prioritising check-ins at the time. Room cleanliness could also be better, and housekeeping requires a phone call rather than being done automatically.
There are several travel agents on site offering excursion bookings—just be prepared to negotiate for the best price.
One thing to note is that although the resort has several pools, only the indoor pool is heated. So, outside of summer, the outdoor pools are too cold to use comfortably.
Overall, a solid family-friendly resort if you manage expectations on service and food variety.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Antalya! We were a group of 17 people, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We visited in April, just as the season was beginning, but the service exceeded our expectations — attentive, friendly, and efficient. The staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We’re truly grateful for the warm hospitality and would be more than happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

I visited this hotel with my family – my wife and our two boys aged 7 and 9. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. We arrived late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find a 24/7 restaurant, so the boys didn’t go to bed hungry.
The hotel is located right next to the beach, although it is quite rocky and not the best for swimming. The outdoor pool was a bit cold, but the indoor pool was perfect for a swim. The hotel itself is a little dated, and the facilities feel a bit old, but aside from that, there is a great variety of food and drinks available. The 24/7 restaurant and the disco, which serves spirits all night, were definite highlights.
One thing to note is that in the pictures advertising the hotel, there was an amazing little harbour shown. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we saw that it had been partly dismantled, which was a bit disappointing.
The only downside for us was the room – it was quite small for two adults and two children. It was just one room fitted with four beds and a small balcony. Another minor issue was the cleaning, which could have been better.
Overall, we were very pleasantly surprised by our stay and had an amazing experience.
Tip: If you're visiting Turkey and plan to go clothes shopping, bring euros with you. Many places don’t accept cards, or they may charge higher prices if you pay by card.

The hotel was fine. We stayed for 1 week, we had a problem with our room, but it was dealt with and we changed rooms. The entertainment staff were great, encouraging people to participate in club dances and different activities with no pressure. The waiting staff were always asking if anyone needed a drink. The food was plentiful with lots of dishes to choose from.
