Having read some negative reviews I was a little concerned about this hotel. I should not have been - I had a spacious, clean room overlooking a garden which was perfect. I was told I had been upgraded which I think meant a bigger room from the superior originally booked. The hotel staff were friendly although check out was disorganised, the pools were great as was the pool bar and restaurant - breakfast was however nothing special. I do think the hotel should have a water station in the reception for those having to wait around. As for the location it is all down to personal taste - Kata beach was far too busy for me - but if you like busy the hotel is well located for everything you need.

We stayed here one year ago and loved it , the pool was very clean , bed comfy and lovely room. This year stayed again , the pool was dirty & cloudy. Bed was hard as a rock , Saying this the staff were exceptional and kind to move us to another room. Should really be 3 stars

Location is good. Room is extremely outdated. No WIFI in rooms. Myself and my boyfriend had to walk to lobby just to use wifi which was extremely inconvenient when trying to plan our days. Staff were nice, except for reception staff who were abrupt and would frequently be sat on their phones. Pools are okay however really busy and congested so struggled to stay there. Air con was a MAJOR issue! Only given one room key so as soon as you leave, air con turns off and room is boiling. Air con throughout hotel is virtually non existent. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again. Breakfast was ATTROCIOUS! Awful food and no air con (again) worst breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel!

Most staff were friendly and pool was nice, but that’s about it. I stayed in 2 rooms, one for a week and one for a night before my flight. There was such an overwhelming stench of mold in my first room that I had to buy air fresheners just to make it tolerable. After going out for a 12 hour tour one day, came back to a massive cockroach on my wall that 100% did not come from outside since no one came to clean my room ever despite me placing a “make up room” sign on my door for intervals of 3-4 hours daily and I kept the balcony door locked tight. There’s many cracks behind the bed more bugs could be hiding in - slept with lights on for remainder of my stay to try and keep them in hiding. Stains were all over the bedding in both rooms, one on the back of a pillow that was hardened and raised so I’m almost positive they don’t even change the sheets between guests. Disgusting. Wouldn’t allow late check out when I had an evening flight because they said someone else was checking in the next day… duh. It’s a hotel, of course more are coming to check in, but every other hotel in the world can figure it out to allow late checkouts so why can’t they? There was 15 to 20 groups of people waiting to check out at 12pm the next day which meant plenty of rooms available..: they didn’t even get through the line of people until close to 1pm anyway. Most disorganized process I’ve ever seen. Posted more detailed review on another platform.

I didn't like the hotel. The rooms are not bad, they require some minor cosmetic repairs. not friendly and helpful staff. Meager and tasteless breakfast, constant queues for eggs, coffee constantly running out (no coffee machine), there always seems to be a shortage of staff. Upon arrival they required a 50 euro deposit. The only positive thing is that there are 2 beautiful pools
