Amazing Stay at Illusion Calma & Spa – Highly Recommended!
Me and my family visited in mid August and
from the moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were given the warmest welcome, – a sign of the exceptional service we’d receive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, there is a mini fridge in the room and you can ask for a kettle. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice – even my fussy son found something he loved at every meal!
The hotel facilities are fantastic – the pools were crystal clear, the pools are not massive but big enough and havi ng access to the indoor pool, gym, spa, and sauna was a real treat. The evening entertainment was great fun, adding to the lively and friendly atmosphere.
All the staff we met were truly amazing, but two people in particular made our stay unforgettable – Benji and Jesus. Always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome at every interaction.
The location couldn’t be better – less than a 5-minute stroll to the beach. Illusion Calma & Spa is the perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and convenience. We can’t wait to return!

Overall a great experience! Came here through itaka travel agency. The rooms are a bit outdated and the floors are hard to clean because of linoleum so it was a bit dirty. The food was great, many options! The only negative about food is the lack of sweets. I would definitely expect more cake or fruits. For the drinks the basics are included in the all inclusive menu. The beaches are nearby, only a 5 minute walk and the bus stop to Palma is also 5 minutes from the hotel. The aquarium is also walking distance! The airport is also really close!! 🌴☀️ (If you want a luxury resort this is not the hotel for you but if you want a nice and decent holiday that is nearby everything this is your place!)

The room was OK, but the bathrooms need some renovation. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was OK. It was nice that they have many local options in menu, but everyday they are the same. The hotel offers many attractions like SPA, but we didn’t try it. Drinks in the bar were good for all inclusive. The location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and to the bus stop to Palma.

Short break, great location so close to the airport and Can Pastilla is a lovely area and some lovely walks nearby.
Hotel is pretty clean and tidy, did see the odd cockroach (dead mind).
All inclusive is great, great fruit selections, some bits are a bit samey from day to day and cocktails are average.
Insulation between rooms is not great particularly if you have inconsiderate neighbours.
Air conditioning is good though.
Main gripe would be the pool area, sunbeds are too close to each other, certainly not cleaned in a while, looking at the legs of them. Pool is small and was quite cloudy, not all that cool either. No one seems to use the showers either.

I spent a week at this hotel and I can confidently say — everything was absolutely top level! 🥰😍
The food was incredibly delicious — I enjoyed every single meal.
The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and kind — always ready to help with a smile. At the reception, I want to highlight Antonio and Alexander — incredibly kind and helpful people. They explained and showed absolutely everything, answered every question, and for that, they deserve special thanks.
Special shout-out to the bartenders! 😍 Not only are they professional, fun, and attentive, but also real cuties!
It was always a pleasure to chat with them — they’d give helpful tips, crack a joke, and mix the tastiest cocktails. 🍸I especially want to mention the man with the well-groomed beard at the bar — I believe his name was Ricardo. Such a friendly and lovely person who really knew how to make people smile!
The atmosphere around the bar was always lively and warm — all thanks to them!Ricardo was also very sweet.
The rooms were clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Everything was neat, pleasant, and comfortable.

Highly recommend to anyone who wants not just a vacation, but a truly delightful experience filled with great service, amazing people, and a fantastic atmosphere.
