This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag.
Staff were excellent, guys on reception in particular. Allowed me to check in and use facilities early. The hotel is in a great spot, 2 minutes walk to the beach a few restaurants, shops and a 15 minute walk to the aquarium.
The hotel itself has a lovely outdoor area with loads of sun beds and two led lit pools (one quite small).
There is a nice spa (free to use which was a surprise). Small gym and quite a decent size bar and restaurant areas. Food is ok not great not terrible. Usual all inclusive stuff. Drinks included a fair selection of cocktails.
Rooms are basic but do have everything you need.
My only criticism would be it is in need of a little maintenance and TLC. There are examples of this in rooms most areas.
However considering what you pay it is good value for money.

It is a 3 stars hotel, but it is has an outside pool, and an indoor pool and a jacuzzi too. the are a lot of sunbeds. The all-inclusive is not expensive. The room was large but simple. There is a fridge, but there is not coffee mashine or water boliler. The room towels are old and you had better if you bring own towel for the pool or beach, because they have not enough outside towels. There was three terraces for the room. 2 pieces with pool view and one with city view. The bed was comfortable. Everyday was cleaning. The bathroom was correct. The staff was kindly. The quality of the free cocktails is not high, but it's tasty is good. There is a billiard table in the hall. The restaurant is nice and it was cooled with AC-s. The breakfast is average, but the lunch and dinner is not too variable and the quality is neither a high. But everyday you can find one of the food that you can eat. The beach is near to the hotel about 100-200 meters. The airport is about 8-10 minutes and the city center is about 10-15 minutes distance from hotel with taxi. The local taxi is not expensive, the prices are as at home. Also after the checked out you can use the all inclusive bracelet. Summary: It is not a wonder qualty hotel but it has good location and it provides corrrect services in good prices. Very good price value rate.

Amazing Stay at Illusion Calma & Spa – Highly Recommended!
Me and my family visited in mid August and
from the moment we arrived in the early hours of the morning, we were given the warmest welcome, – a sign of the exceptional service we’d receive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, there is a mini fridge in the room and you can ask for a kettle. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice – even my fussy son found something he loved at every meal!
The hotel facilities are fantastic – the pools were crystal clear, the pools are not massive but big enough and havi ng access to the indoor pool, gym, spa, and sauna was a real treat. The evening entertainment was great fun, adding to the lively and friendly atmosphere.
All the staff we met were truly amazing, but two people in particular made our stay unforgettable – Benji and Jesus. Always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely friendly, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome at every interaction.
The location couldn’t be better – less than a 5-minute stroll to the beach. Illusion Calma & Spa is the perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and convenience. We can’t wait to return!

Spent 5 nights here over October half term, all inclusive. Nice little hotel. Staff are all amazing. Very clean. Plenty of sun-beds. Good entertainment. 5 mins walk to a lovely beach. 5 minute taxi ride from airport, so expect the noise of planes (you get used to it). Variety of foods, catered to french, german, spanish and English so you can try different cuisines. Lovely little spa and gym. Extremely impressive for a 3 star hotel.

It was a good stay.Great location, not far from the town centre, beach and airport. The staff are great, polite and helpful. The food was hit and miss, too salty for my taste but the breakfast was very good. Our room was too noisy near the extraction chimney [ 205 ] and a little dated, a bit dirty and rusty in places. Overall its a good hotel, 20€ in a taxi to Palma. A road train is cheap enough to travel up and down the coastline and in walking distance to the aquarium. The bar staff are good and there drinks too. You get what you pay for
