I spent a week at this hotel and I can confidently say — everything was absolutely top level! 🥰😍
The food was incredibly delicious — I enjoyed every single meal.
The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and kind — always ready to help with a smile. At the reception, I want to highlight Antonio and Alexander — incredibly kind and helpful people. They explained and showed absolutely everything, answered every question, and for that, they deserve special thanks.
Special shout-out to the bartenders! 😍 Not only are they professional, fun, and attentive, but also real cuties!
It was always a pleasure to chat with them — they’d give helpful tips, crack a joke, and mix the tastiest cocktails. 🍸I especially want to mention the man with the well-groomed beard at the bar — I believe his name was Ricardo. Such a friendly and lovely person who really knew how to make people smile!
The atmosphere around the bar was always lively and warm — all thanks to them!Ricardo was also very sweet.
The rooms were clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Everything was neat, pleasant, and comfortable.

Short break, great location so close to the airport and Can Pastilla is a lovely area and some lovely walks nearby.
Hotel is pretty clean and tidy, did see the odd cockroach (dead mind).
All inclusive is great, great fruit selections, some bits are a bit samey from day to day and cocktails are average.
Insulation between rooms is not great particularly if you have inconsiderate neighbours.
Air conditioning is good though.
Main gripe would be the pool area, sunbeds are too close to each other, certainly not cleaned in a while, looking at the legs of them. Pool is small and was quite cloudy, not all that cool either. No one seems to use the showers either.

All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, and the bed’s comfortable, however there ought to be shelving in the bathroom as there was no storage. Excellent location. The breakfast and evening buffet had a great variety of options and we could sit outside with a beach view. We'll definitely be back!☺️

Me and my partner stayed here last week and had the most amazing holiday to date. Each and every one of the staff members are amazing and very helpful whilst also providing you with an entertaining stay. The pool and pool area is very clean, the rooms are amazing and very clean. The food is also amazing, the reception staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing!!!

Proximity to airport is fantastic, it’s only 3Km so possible to walk along a bike/footpath the whole way. Not perfect if you have baggage but lack of transparency in the taxi pricing and a very unhelpful aggressive reaction from the drivers made me decide to walk. Hotel price is very competitive for the area but it’s still expensive for what you get. No tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Room is very simple but clean and bright and well maintained, perhaps new showers are about due but it worked fine. Reception open 24H so very late checkin from the late flights into PMI is great. The gentleman on reception when I arrived was excellent helpful and very engaged and charming. I got to bed around 3:30am so left breakfast till the last 45mins… the layout in breakfast area is all over the place so be prepared to walk and hunt around for what you want but selection is very good although lack of fresh fruit juices in favour of cordial type juice was a disappointment. I overstayed my welcome at breakfast and was very aggressively and rudely really with by one of the staff… all he needed to do was smile and say could I leave please as they have to do cleaning/preparations or whatever they stead of making a fight out of it 🤨
