I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! We came here to celebrate our 5th year marriage Anniversary and our baby’s 1st Birthday. The service was impeccable, the room was luxurious and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my entire stay. I want to give special thanks to Nathalie for her help during our stay. We also enjoyed the exquisite dining options and the stunning views from the hotel. Definitely a memorable experience, and I can't wait to return!

This is an ideal hotel for a long weekend away as it is so close to the airport and you can get a bus directly to outside the hotel, if you want. You can't hear the aeroplanes as they don't go over Llaut. Llaut is the hotspot for Germans and their main place to party in the summer, so not that many English tourists here.
The hotel was lovely. It's kept to a high standard. There's a display in the reception area to show you what activities and entertainment are on each day. The Japanese restaurant was very nice too but you are highly recommended to book in advance. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and it was all very tasty. My only gripe was that the chefs would fry eggs in advance and so when you wanted a fried egg, it was hard and crusty on the bottom as it had been sitting for so long. This happened at 10am on 3 mornings and so on our fourth morning when we went for breakfast at 8am, I thought I'd get a fresh egg but the chef had still fried eggs in advance even though he wasn't busy.
The spa and gym don't open till 10am which was also disappointing. I understand they are still in their winter months but I don't understand why they can't just unlock the gym so people can do a workout before breakfast.
Yulia is a lovely lady who does the exercises by the pool as well as other activities. Very approachable and helpful.
We had chairs on our balcony and looked out onto the main road. This can be noisy as the sound seems to echo off the buildings but it didn't disturb us when the patio doors were closed. The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. They provided you with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body cream.

We had an excellent three-night stay and would definitely recommend it! The hotel is beachfront and has a nice sea view. The bus stop to Palma was just opposite to the hotel, which was convenient to go to city centre for food. The room was spacious and clean. Also every staff here was helpful and friendly! We loved the breakfast which had a wide range of choices. Great value for money!

We stayed one week at the hotel with our little daughter. It was the perfect holiday for us. We were lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy swimming in the heated pool. From our spacious room we had a nice view of the sea and beautiful sunsets.
The staff was very professional and made us feel very welcome. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious and of high quality. All the service employees we met were very friendly and efficient, however the waiter Hector really stood out for us in a very positive way, always making sure we had everything we needed while making jokes with our daughter.
We rented a car and were always able to find a parking spot in the nearby streets. The bus stop to Palma is directly in front of the Hotel. The Hotel is very close to the Airport but there is no noise of airplanes.
