Possibly the best value hotel I've ever stopped in.
While the rooms are small and storage not the best... This was my only nitpick.
Its VERY clean. Loads of sunbeds, pool area is nice. The bar is cheaper than most bars in the area.
The food shocked me most. I wasn't expecting much, but it really was good, and I'm a seriously picky eater.

We're having a fantastic stay here. Buffet breakfast is superb, fantastic selection and never runs out. Room excellent. Only minor complaints...bit noisy early morning with the bins collection, lots of sound of glass bottles and banging which could be heard from 4th floor. Cleaning of our room was a bit substandard ( but not terrible). Staff excellent, great facilities.

I’ve booked this hotel for my family for Easter weekend. After the check out they went out to enjoy some sun, the receptionist said to leave the luggage in the locked room because it was safer. When they came back someone had stolen EVERYTHING from their luggage. The receptionist said they couldn’t do anything because the director wasn’t there. I will NEVER book this hotel anymore for my family, the customer service is disgusting and they are thieves. Never again !!!!!

Spacious, clean and well-equipped hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 3 am and we were surprised by supper prepared by hotel staff. During our stay we had breakfast and supper included. The meals were tasty, various and they differed every day. The hotel staff was very helpful and we communicated with them in English easily. We had late departure so it was possible to store our luggage there and even we were able to take a quick shower which was absolute relief. We definitely reccommend you this hotel for couples without kids (few swimming pools and steep descent to the beach)

We booked directly and got a renovated room. Room was large, clean and bright with a spacious balcony and bathroom. Room was serviced regularly and all staff we encountered were friendly.
Breakfast and dinner was buffet style. Both had a selection of cheeses, meats and fruit. Breakfast also had cereals and yogurts, and items like sausages, eggs, bacon. Freshly cooked fried eggs and omelettes as well as pancakes and churros. There was also a selection of cakes and pastries. Dinner changed each night with a theme of hot and cold dishes, with a mix of vegetables, meat and fish. Also live cooking of some meat, fish and pasta. There were always 8 different desserts as well as ice cream. The dinner area could get busy but staff were friendly and worked continuously to keep everything replenished as well as keep the tables cleared to minimise queues getting in.
The hotel areas including the pool was always kept clean and tidy. The staff in these areas were also very friendly and created a good atmosphere.
The hotel is halfway up the hill so ~ 10 minutes from the main shopping area and less than 10 minutes to the beach area/bars. There are also bars and restaurants as well as a supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel at Bonanza.
We wouldn't hesitate to return and actually looked into possibly extending our stay.
