A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location.
Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful.
The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. Thank you for making our holiday so comfortable and welcoming.

We just got back from a week staying here and it was an excellent, reasonably priced hotel. I would look to stay at an RH hotel on my next visit to Spain. My daughter turned 9 years old while we were there and she was so happy to find a happy birthday balloon in our room with a little message in a card. It made her holiday extra special and one of the waiters coming to sing her happy birthday in the restaurant was so wonderful for her. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and all of the facilities, particularly the swimming pool and the staff were excellent. The food was outstanding too.

The hotel has more than 10 floors, but only 3 very small lifts. Not ideal for a family with prams and suitcases.
Rooms are a good size but a little dated.
The staff were all polite and friendly.
Not too far from the beach and bars and restaurants.
The spa area was really good value for money.

From the time I went there It was absolutely spotless.The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was quite nice too.My bed was a little hard but the Pillows was so soft.
I stayed there from 17th until 27th and would go there again because it was so clean.
The only thing I would like to see there is maybe is a Disco or Kareoke at least once a week, being English speaking it is hard to enjoy Spanish singers.

A great hotel very central to old and new town very clean rooms staff very polite BUT the breakfast burnt bacon every day in the evenings meal were never fully ready they carved burnt roast beef joints expecting you to eat it.. mushy overcooked vegetables chips never ready always 10 minutes wait even the pizza base was burnt cold soup and a cold soup dish,, after staying last year for 14 nights of wonderful meals we did 28 nights this year so we had to make do complaining wasn’t listened too it’s a shame the dining area let the hotel down
