More than a few Spaniards are not now british fans and willing to show it by eye rolls etc happened in hotel and definitely at alicante airport ,very aggressive.Will be a long time before I visit Spain again.The reception staff at hotel were great but not the younger bar staff.

Lovely hotel and near all areas of Benidorm. Food good, staff lovely, rooms have great views. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed from December 28th - Jan 4th. My room was on the 14th floor with incredible views of the mountains and across to Poniente Beach. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable with daily maid service. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and checking in and out were quick and easy. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as we love the old town and we were just a few minutes walk from it's tapas bars, shops restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Walk in the opposite direction and you would soon be amongst some of the louder bars if that's what you prefer. We didn't use the pool as the weather wasn't warm enough, nor did we use the Spa facilities. We did have breakfast, and the choice was great. Lots of hot options as well as cereals, fresh fruits, cheeses, breads, meats, etc. The staff were friendly and efficient. We didn't stay in for the evening entertainment, but when we walked past it on the way to the elevators it always seemed to be well attended with couple dancing to various live performers. I would struggle to find anything to fault with this hotel.
