We stayed for one night in this lovely and very clean hotel, lovely balcony. Ideally located and the free parking is a bonus. All the staff were very friendly. We didn’t not have time to use any of the facilities but all looked nice and the pool looked very inviting. Hopefully next time! Thank you for a great stay.

Loved this hotel. Kept very clean in all areas. Staff are lovely and friendly and breakfast selection is fabulous.
Had a lovely spa treatment and some reflexology.
Food and drinks are reasonably priced also. Love the smell in this hotel lobby- credit to the operations manager.
Looking forward to a return. Great location for exploring the nearby madness or the beach and old town are all walkable

We came to Helios Hotel Benidorm for a weekend as a family.
It's a lovely place.
We were met at reception by very pleasant and professional managers who gave us a detailed introduction to all the hotel services, provided us with private parking, gave us towels for the pool and booked us into the spa.
Also in the restaurant and spa it was a pleasure to communicate with very polite and friendly assistants.
The heated pool and sunbathing area allowed us and our daughter to have a great day time.
The spa area is gorgeous, it was a real enjoyment!
I would also like to mention the great culinary variety of breakfasts and dinners. All the dishes were incredibly tasty and the food selection was professional.
In the evening we had the pleasure of attending a live concert performed by a great singer.
Very clean and cozy hotel. Left a great impression.
Will definitely come again.

Who ever employs the hotel staff must be good. The staff in the Helios Hotel are a credit to the company. Martijn and Diego and the reception staff are brilliant. Claudio who cleaned our room was very friendly.,polite and kept the room spotless. 10/10
I don't know where to start with bar staff. Jessica, Zunia, Marie-Jesus,Alex, Antonio and Juan are amazing people and super professional at their job. Nothing is too much trouble.
The restaurant staff are also great at their job. Everything is always kept filled and you never have to ask for something.
I started coming to the Helios in 1983 and it's always been the best in Benidorm.
I hope the owners appreciate having such wonderful staff.

Me and a group of 12 came on a long weekend away and couldn’t be more grateful to the staff who went above and beyond for us.
Eduardo on reception was extremely friendly taking time to interact with us asking how our day has been and giving us recommendations, William the lifeguard was also exceptionally friendly and we will miss the team loads! We will 100% be coming back based off the service of the staff the Room qualities and the amazing food thank you again!
