We really enjoyed our stay here - the rooms were a good size and clean as were the restaurant and pool area. There were also fun activities planned every day at the pool - in particular Loïc who ran the activities was so friendly and energetic! We were lucky to have good weather and although there was a free shuttle bus it was only a 15 minute walk down to the town and beach. Would recommend 👍🏻

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are talking about! My partner and I have stayed here for the past 4 nights and we’ve enjoyed it that much that we’ve actually booked an extra night! The staff are amazing, facilities are faultless and food has a lot of variation. The literal only thing I could say is I wish there were a few more cocktails for all inclusive but other than that Beatriz Costa & Spa has been absolutely fantastic! Room is a tad dated but spotless with clean bedding and towels every day. The entertainment is brilliant with something all day for everyone!

So we describe the hotel... huge space inside, lots of plants and glass walls thanks to which we have blue sky and garden when sitting inside and it's great. 2 bars offering a lot, restaurant with a rich menu but many dishes are not too hot... they are simply not warm enough. A plus is a different cuisine from another part of the world every day and this is additionally not as the main menu. Service very helpful and friendly. For us the hotel is only for the night, breakfast and return for dinner so during the day we are not there but considering the location not too much in the area to have fun. Evenings are interesting, music, DJ, classics... depending on the day and this is another plus. The pool is large and clean everywhere, the rooms could be a better standard but it is a huge and old hotel so it would not be cheap to renovate it... I think that this 4 star hotel has one star too many. Generally ok. For our time it was ok.

Disappointed with this hotel, the swimming pools are great but the food is terrible. Nothing is hot, I had to use the kids microwave to heat up my food. Not much variation with the food and they don't have snacks as you would expect in an all inclusive. They have no ice cream throughout the day unless you pay for it (something I promised my daughter she could just have whenever she wanted, like at any other all inclusive) and only ham rolls as a snack option. This holiday costs me a fortune and I feel robbed. The hotel has lovely plants everywhere but is massively let down by the food. The communication is also poor as you need to pay for cups for your drinks. I wouldn't stay here again.

Rooms are very spacious but very old and tired but cleaned every day. Shame there's no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Beds very old fragile frames that move a lot when someone moves in the bed.
Pool was great but still cold. Very quiet around the pool but no issues getting sunbeds although pool doesn't open until 930am so you can't go to the sunbeds before then. The animation team work hard and offer activities in the day.
Entertainment was OK but not enough tables so you sit in rows like in the cinema.
Seem to be quite short-staffed on all the bars so sometimes a very long wait to get a drink.
Food in the hotel was OK. You may struggle if you're a fussy eater.
It felt like maybe the hotel wasn't fully occupied and isn't quite ramping up yet for summer so the selection of food was limited. However we had no problems so will eat anything. We were only here for 4 nights so fine for us but any longer and we would have eaten out a bit more.
Location is at the end and back of the resort so maybe 20 min walk to town, however they do have a bus service to take people down for free which was a nice free surprise.
Nice they have some sports areas, tennis, football, golf, french bowls and chess which were all free.
Overall ok. Would I go back? Probably not.
