Lovely hotel. Rooms are dated but impeccably clean. Food is fantastic. You pour your own drinks in the restaurant. Pools are amazing. Really good experience. Plus most of the pants you see are actually real! I'd come back in a heartbeat. See you again soon.

Really amazing hotel! It's so gorgeous with live plants all around. Great location, it's about 15 mins walk to the town, really easy to do, so the hotel isn't loud. The pool is split into three parts, with a small ankle high pool for young kids. The food was good, as expected for an all inclusive buffet (shocking amount of people just having chips, nuggets or plain pasta when there was actually really nice food). The staff were excellent, rooms were very clean and the cleaners came everyday. The views around the area are lovely. Definitely would recommend and would definitely go back!

I honestly wish I had done more research before visiting here. This was the first ever holiday I couldn't wait to come home from! Firstly we arrived late and thankfully there was something to eat but it was cold meats and stale rolls, there was no water in our room on arrival either along with no tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast was the better meal of the day for all inclusive, the rest of the food there was diabolical, all the same every day and the weirdest concoction of undercooked cold pasta in gross sauce. Meats were sometimes undercooked and always cold. We ate out every day on the end and spent a fortune. Ice cream is not available at the poolside on all inclusive and you have to buy separately. Trying to get a sunbed is a nightmare and the ones left are normally very broken, Tiles sticking up round the pool, which is dangerous. Tables were dirty at the poolside even in the mornings. The rooms are very outdated and there are no plugs near the beds, we had holes in our ceiling. No ashtray for the balcony, we had to ask for this especially. There are cockroaches alive and dead all downstairs in the piano bar and entertainment areas. Loads of the chairs are broken and all covered in dust, carpet looks about 30 years old! With 3 days left to go I ended up paying extra to upgrade and the stay was a little better after that but still not 4*. Most of the staff were good but they are clearly overworked and exhausted, they were snappy at times and one shouted at my daughter because she spilt her drink at the poolside and asked for a cloth. Didn't see any active cleaning other than someone wiping the lift inside. Spa facilities were shut during our stay, jacuzzi was not on at all. Very disappointing holiday! We did make a complaint and to be fair the PR lady was wonderful and polite and had some great points but it didn't really cover the damage done. Definitely would not return!

The whole place is very good but a little dated, not enough to put me off coming again. There's plenty of cloud when it comes to food and the all inclusive package is great. Pools are clean and the facilities are well cared for. Costa Teguise is one of the nicer areas and there's plenty within walking distance. Big car park if you have a rental car, which for the cost of them I'd recommend, but there's also a plus car booth in the lobby if you want to rent one while here.

The hotel is a bit dated but its clean and you can see how impressive it used to be. When booking it said there are 3 restaurants and 3 bars, I only saw 1 restaurant and only 1 bar is open at a time. Only stayed for 1 night entertainment all the other nights we had a taxi into town and found our own entertainment. There was plenty of choice with the food but I found a lot of it cold so ate out most nights. The rooms were clean and spacious.
