We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel: friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and overall good value for money. Everything went smoothly.
The only downside is that there were no halal meat options available, which is a bit disappointing considering that many nearby hotels do offer it. This is actually the main reason we’re hesitating to return this year.
Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there.

Today we returned from the vacation. I would always recommend you. I'm not a person for whom food is particularly important on vacation, but I definitely give the highest praise to your cooking team, because what they prepared every day was phenomenal. I have never eaten with liking everything. It was literally like that. Admittedly, I should send you a bill for a month of gym, and given that I'm definitely in the plus with the kilos after this one 😊

A beautiful hotel overlooking the beach/sea in Sa coma. One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. A good selection of food. Restaurant is very big so does feel quite busy but as the hotel is adults only its not too chaotic. We also tried the tasting menu in the a la carte which was very nice and also made a lovely change getting waited on ( this is the pool/beach restaurant of a day and then serves 2 different tasting menus 4 times per week). There is a lot of beds around the pool and can feel a little cramped, this is the only downfall for me but is much the same in most hotels. We needed an adapted room which was as requested and the bathroom met our needs with a roll in shower and drop down seat. Toilet with toilet rails. It was a little tight on space getting through the door and turning. We managed it but I think a powerchair would struggle. Hotel is accessible throughout as is most of the resort. Overall a great hotel

Lovely hotel in great seaside location. Rooms and common spaces are kept impeccable. There is an abundance of staff who work really hard to make your stay pleasant. Everyone is very friendly and almost all are very attentive. Food at the buffet restaurant is very good, tasteful and fresh. It is a big hotel, with a big buffet restaurant so it does get crowdy and a bit noisy (no outside dining options). However no seating issues and the setup is roomly enough to avoid conjunctions. As my visit was in May I have no idea how this feels in peak season. I had a wonderful few days at this hotel and will be planning a return visit.

Very nice hotel on the east coast, highly recommended. Right by the beach. Bus stop in front of the hotel, local transportation (TIB) very convenient. Nice and comfortable rooms with spacious balcony and beautiful sea view. Great hotel amenities and services. Very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Excellent food and drink selection at breakfast and dinner. Good hotel bars. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. I stayed in the hotel a week ago for the second time, and I will happily return in the future. Thank you for making my holiday a very pleasant experience.
