Had a very fun and relaxing trip at Excellence Riviera Cancun. Unfortunately my trip was short but the service provided here is impeccable. Staff is very attentive and polite. Since I have arrived the bell man who took in our luggage went the extra mile of showing what our room offers and answering questions that we had. They take great care of all their customers, it definitely cannot go unnoticed. All the staff I have interacted with were energetic and charismatic. It is truly above and beyond. They have scheduled activities throughout the day at the resort. My personal favorite was bingo because of the amazing host, Mark. Mark called himself King Bingo and made the game very enjoyable and fun with his playful jokes all while teaching then players some espanol! He really kept the pump up and his positive/funny energy is contagious. Overall, I would come to excellence rivieria again. The location is great, the resort is well-maintained and very cleanly. For this being being my first all-inclusive resort, it definitely did not disappoint.

We love staying at the Excellence Riviera Cancun, we have been there at least 9 times. The moment you arrive you are greeted by friendly staff who make you feel special. I want to give a shout out to Leylan Velazquez, Guest Service Manager, who always pays attention to the smallest details to make our stay outstanding. She is one of first people we see when we arrive and she even takes time to say goodbye as we depart. Christian Pool, The Kitchen head waiter/manager, is always friendly and supportive of his staff. It is a pleasure to see how positive the staff work together. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, the entertainment is unique, and the grounds are beautiful. We want to thank all of the staff for caring so much about your guests!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Excellence Riviera. The food was amazing, the entertainment was excellent, but the best thing about the resort is the staff and customer service. Every single person goes above and beyond to make your stay the best possible experience. Jesus at Agave was so kind and attentive. Marcello at the Lobster House was the best server we’ve ever had. He remembered our drinks and preferences from the first night of our trip three nights later. He made our stay truly special. My husband and I had such an amazing time. We’ll definitely return.

Excellent and beautiful stay overall, with elegant and spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. Staff were wonderful and attentive across the board, from the lobby to the room service to the restaurants to the poolside service. Especially want to give a shout out to the restaurant Oregano, where the hostess Amelia, our server Edgar, and the manager Wendy went above and beyond to ensure terrific service for us. We enjoyed our visit there so much that we went back the following night just to get dessert.
The resort is really fantastic in general, a great place for couples and groups (or solo travelers) to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

We saved the best for last! Magna did not disappoint. The service was top notch, and Wilbrix was so kind and helpful. When my husband asked for a recommendation for a drink, he suggested an Old Fashioned, and it was perfect! I had the surf and turf, which was cooked to perfection. My husband had the Tomahawk, and exclaimed it was the best steak he's had in his life after literally every bite! We will be bacj tomorrow for our final dinner, and we already planning our next visit to Excellence Riviera Cancun!
