We had a wonderful time at Excellence Playa Mujeres! We did the Excellence Club upgrade which was well worth it for the private pools and bar. Sully and Isabel were amazing at the pool and bar by building 8. Next time we come we’re staying at that building! The resort is beautiful, the food is fantastic, the service is amazing. The beach is big and clean. It was fun but still had a nice chill vibe. We would definitely come back!

Excellence Playa Mujeres is a fantastic adults-only all-inclusive resort, and our experience was elevated by the exceptional service from our beach server, Gustavo and Yeudiel. Their warm, genuine attentiveness made every moment by the beach unforgettable. Gustavo was quick to remember our drink preferences, delivered them with a smile, and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for without being intrusive. His friendly chats and thoughtful gestures, like bringing extra towels or suggesting new cocktails, truly enhanced our relaxation. The resort itself is stunning, but Gustavo annd Yeudiel’s outstanding service made our beach days extra special. Highly recommend!

The excellence Playa mujeres was so wonderful!!! Everything about the excellence club was so fun!!! Our room with a plunge pool and second story was well cared for, continuously cleaned, and the mini bar remained fully stocked.
At the pool, our pool concierge David was so helpful! He helped us find a new location out of the sun, and cleaned our sunglasses, and then also set up each seat for us to relax in. Our waiter Alberto was so fun!!! He never failed to continuously smile, engaging all customers with laughter and great service!!! He was responsive and timely!!!

We rented a beach cabana one day of our stay due to the difficulty of finding a spot on the beach. Best decision we made!! Alberto was an amazing beach waiter! I’m currently pregnant and can’t drink alcohol, so he replaced our complimentary sparkling wine with an ice bucket full of waters. He was so friendly, helping us practice our Spanish and being so attentive!
Food has been great! Rooms are always nice at Excellence. Beach was beautiful and we especially loved the lazy river. The evening entertainment was always amazing! We will definitely be returning!

We loved every minute of our stay! The resort is absolutely gorgeous but the staff is what makes it exceptional. We stayed in the excellence club swim up and while
all of the employees go above and beyond, our pool attendant, Sully, was absolutely amazing! She not only made certain we received what we wanted but also anticipated the things we would need or want for later. She made you feel truly welcome, pampered and comfortable and created the perfect vacation environment. She really elevated our trip and made it one we will never forget!
