We had a great trip! The staff was amazing. Food and drinks were great. On our last day Sully brought out all the surprises with towel art and drinks. Daniel helped us each day at the beach. All the staff was great. We had a wonderful time enjoying the relaxation of Cancun. Recommend this for couples, newlyweds, friend groups.

This is my favorite resort of all time. I just got done with my second trip here and it was amazing. In particular, Jorge from the Kitchen Table, was our favorite. He was attentive, kind and always friendly. He did an excellent job every day and always went above and beyond. The only opportunity for the resort would be to add a club so that people could dance and party a bit more. After 10pm all the fun sort of ends and there’s not much else to do. The music choice in general could also be better around the resort as it would be nice to hear more Latin music instead of cheesy American hits.

We had a wonderful stay at the Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres in August. Every single thing was above expectations! The pool and beach areas were meticulously maintained all day and the staff were attentive and friendly. Every restaurant was incredible. We had no bad meals and loved the Kitchen Table for buffet breakfast each day.
Beyond the resort itself, the people that kept the whole place running were over the top fun, friendly and amazing who always remember a face. A few stand-outs that we want to mention are: Raul at concierge for everything. Israel at Milo who took great care of our big group at two tables. Julybed who made a sand design on the beach for our anniversary was so creative! Daniel and bartenders for an entertaining time at Whisper. Every person at Excellence Coral made this trip and resort extra special. Thank you!
