This is my husband's and I 3rd time vacationing at Excellence Palya Mujeres and to say it's our favorite Adult only All Inclusive Resort is an Understatement! From the Beauty of the grounds to the Exceptional Service they always make you feel right at home! To name a few if you decide to visit, these are the people that made our trip most memorable: Jose and Ceasar at the Lobby Martini Bar took such amazing care of us every night! While Oscar, Roman and Leslie took extremely great care of us everyday poolside and at the SOL Bar! Eduardo & Roman hooked us up at the Blue Pool Bar(yes a Bar in the pool)! The wait staff and staff period are just amazing, everyone and everything is exceptional!!!

My wife and I just returned from the Excellence Playa Mujeres resort and it was amazing. The resort is immaculate, every detail is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly and polite and they truly give you the vibe that they want to no just help but to make your stay special. The food is well prepared and beautifully presented. We ate at The Kitchen Table, The Grill, Agave, Spice, and the Hibachi table at Spice. All were excellent. The Sports Bar ended up being a hidden gem in the resort, with good food, a great staff and a fun atmosphere.
We spent most of our time at the main pool and it was great. The pool was clean and fun. The vibe was nice not too much if you wanted to chill but also exciting enough to be entertaining. We can't say enough about the pool wait staff and bar tenders, they are amazing. Las Olas was a great place to grad a bite by the pool. The wood fired pizzas at the pool bar were pretty amazing as well.
The entertainment staff was wonderful and made our stay really special. We aren't super rich people who rented a whole wing of the resort, but the sure made us feel like we were important. From activities like making bracelets, archery, painting, and dance lessons, we had a great time. The evening entertainment was nice and well planed.
The room was perfect. We got the room with the roof top terrace, it's a bit more but we enjoyed it. The house keeping staff was efficient and unobtrusive. I can't think of one detail that they missed.

The pool bar staff has been amazing. I especially want to call out Yessi, who was our pool server on our first day. She was incredibly attentive and really fun, and constantly had a smile on her face.She definitely helped make the first day of our trip extremely enjoyable. Honestly, if you come here, ask the staff what area she’s serving in and set yourself up there. They rotate areas throughout the week. You won’t regret it. Yessi Rules!
Vincenzo from the entertainment team hosted a fun and engaging archery event for couples, starting with a relaxed practice round, followed by a friendly tournament that brought everyone together with cheering and laughter. The blindfolded challenge at the end, where one partner guided the other, was a highlight and made the day truly memorable. His energy and creativity elevated the whole experience!
Sergio at the sports bar is amazing! He made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in—super friendly, engaging, and genuinely fun to be around. His drinks were excellent, and he brought great energy that made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time, we can’t wait to go back tonight!

EPM has treated us wonderfully. We chose the Excellence Club upgrade, which was 100% worth it for the building 8 pool service alone. The pool concierge Yeudiel worked very hard to make our experience relaxing and happy. He checked on us and our comfort constantly and made sure we were taken care of. Roger and Emiliano at the bar serve up some amazing drinks. We came for the beautiful beach but ended up spending most of our time at building 8 pool because of this amazing team.
The picanha at The Grill was amazing. Flank steak for lunch at the Lobster House was also very well marinated.

Wow! This is the first word that I can think of when describing our trip to this resort. By far the best all inclusive experience my wife and I have shared.
I'll start with our concierge Fernanda who was an absolute pleasure. Kept our drinks topped off and comfortable while we enjoyed our swim up.
The next stand out employee was our waiter (x2 nights) Eli at The Grill. Super nice guy and authentic. Really enjoys serving and does anything to please his patrons.
I would 100% recommend Excellence for an adult get away. I really don't think we will go anywhere else from here on out.
