We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. Everything was perfectly maintained and well structured, creating a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The meals were tasty with a good variety, and the cocktails and drinks were expertly made.
The entertainment program was also a highlight, with fun activities during the day and fantastic performances at night. A special shout-out to Giorgia, whose positivity, warmth, and vibrant personality stand out. She brings so much joy to every moment and truly enhances the whole experience!

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the hotel and everything was very well organized. We especially appreciated the beautiful pool areas and the attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made our holiday feel truly special. The service from all the staff was excellent, always attentive and professional.
The entertainment team deserves special recognition for creating such a fun and lively environment every day. The shows were entertaining and full of energy, and we were truly impressed by the performances. A very special mention goes to Giorgia, who does an excellent job, her talent, professionalism, and stage presence made every show even more enjoyable. We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights in early March. There were some positive aspects, but unfortunately also several issues that affected our overall experience.
**Positive points:**
The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Our room had a comfortable bed and pillows, which made resting easier. The restaurant offered a good variety of food stations, including options for kids, meat, fish, salads, and desserts. We also appreciated that the hotel organised different activities on different days of the week, which was a nice touch for guests looking for entertainment.
**Areas that could be improved:**
One of the main issues was the noise. Our room faced machinery, and the constant noise made it difficult to sleep at night. The view from the room was also disappointing, mainly facing air-conditioning units and pipes, with only a partial view of the pools from the side.
At the buffet restaurant there were often long queues, and unfortunately the food was frequently cold and lacking flavour. We also noticed that some cups and plates were not always properly clean.
Maintenance could also be improved. Our bathtub had rust, so I could not use it and had to rely only on the shower. Additionally, on the third day we left our towels to be replaced, but although they were taken, no clean towels were left. We had to go to reception to request new ones.
The key card system was another inconvenience. During our 8-night stay we had to visit reception six different times to reactivate the room card. Staff suggested it might be caused by keeping the card near a mobile phone, but my card was always kept in my wallet while my phone was separate.
The bar area also seemed too small for the number of guests, with limited seating available, even though this was only the beginning of March and not peak season.
Having travelled to many hotels in different countries, this was unfortunately the first time I felt unable to recommend a hotel based on my overall experience.

My wife and I had a 2 week winter break at Elba Carlota.
We booked a junior suite. Which we found spacious, comfortable with a fantastic sea view. Junior suite has the added benefit of a spa bath along with a separate shower, which we found lovely to have.
We had a few minor issues with the facilities, but these were sorted out quickly by staff.
We also booked all inclusive as this is our first time at Fuerteventura and thought we would explore cautiously. The all inclusive offers a buffet for all meals (with various themes changing daily), snacks through the day and soft drinks, water and selected alcohol available throughout the day. The food was better than a lot of buffet food we have previously eaten and was always fresh, well prepared and presented. We did notice that most drinks, besides coffee and fruit juices, are served by staff and need to be ordered. The dining room staff are brilliant. One can see they are very busy, but are still very polite, friendly and efficient.
The poolside bar and snacks are open from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Once again brilliant staff looking after patrons.
The entertaining crew are outstanding. Constantly announcing what activities are coming up. They regularly circulate amongst the guests and keep the information flow updated and pertinent to the days activities.
The cleaning staff also need mention as they are constantly busy and perform an important part of keeping the resort flowing. The cleaners are always friendly, helpful, compassionate even though they are so busy.
The reception desk staff are very helpful and will help with whatever they are able to.
The bar staff, although always busy, will take the time to give everyone excellent service.
Overall the resort has brilliant staff that keep the resort running smoothly and efficiently.
The island itself has a lot to do. From dolphin and whale excursions, through wild life park to lovely restaurants and snorkelling.
We found Fuerteventura to be a more relaxing holiday than a lot of other package holidays and have come away feeling rested and de-stressed.

We loved the hotel's location, as it's excellent and allows you to easily enjoy the surrounding area. We especially want to highlight the quality and variety of the food, which was always delicious, as well as the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The hotel's atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, ideal for both resting and having fun as a family. The facilities are very well maintained and offer many leisure options throughout the day.
A big thank you to the entertainment team, who fill the hotel with energy and a great atmosphere with music and games. A special thanks to Giorgia and Dan; we loved the Lion King show—it was one of the highlights of our stay.
