Since the first day we arrived, I’ve really appreciated the attention and kindness from the staff — they’ve been genuinely helpful and always around if you need anything. The whole vibe of the hotel is super relaxing and the atmosphere feels like a little escape from everything. Everything looks clean and well-maintained, and there’s always music or something going on to keep the energy up.
We also really enjoyed the entertainment team, especially in the evenings. They do a great job keeping the guests involved without being too pushy. The food has been surprisingly good too — lots of variety, and they always have fresh stuff. Overall, if you want to unwind, have fun, and be taken care of, this is a great place to do it.

I would 100% recommend Concorde deluxe hotel to anyone. It’s definitely somewhere that has something for everyone! I would specifically like to thank all of the pool entertainers for making the experience truly amazing for our whole family. The activity program is wonderful. I wouldn’t say the rooms are great value for money as our duplex feels a bit small considering how much we paid for it. Initially, we weren’t satisfied with the cleaning of the room but after mentioning it to guest services, the issue was very quickly resolved. The gym and spa are absolutely amazing. Throughout the hotel, every staff member we’ve met has been absolutely lovely. There is an amazing variety of food made to a very high quality. We loved our stay, thank you very much to everyone who made our experience so wonderful!!

I recently spent 5 days at Concorde De Luxe Resort with my friends, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel very relaxed and comfortable.
The resort itself is beautiful, modern, clean, and with so many details that make the stay special. The pool area was a favorite spot for us, with plenty of space to relax, enjoy the sun, and have fun together. The beach was also fantastic, with soft sand, clear water, and a really nice setup for both relaxation and activities.
Food was another highlight. Every meal offered a great variety, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Whether it was trying different dishes at the buffet or enjoying a snack by the pool, there was always something to look forward to.
What really made our stay memorable, though, was the atmosphere. It was the perfect balance of lively and relaxing. We could enjoy fun entertainment in the evenings, but also find quiet moments to just unwind and take in the surroundings.
Overall, Concorde De Luxe Resort gave us the perfect mix of fun, comfort, and relaxation. My friends and I left with so many great memories, and I would gladly return again. If you’re looking for a place that combines great service, delicious food, and a welcoming vibe, this resort is a fantastic choice.

We had good time at the hotel! The staff were always kind, smiling and ready to help, which really made us feel welcome. The atmosphere was full of energy – music too loud and not family with children friendly. There was a great variety of food at both the snack bar and main restaurant, and everything we tried was delicious. The kids’ club had fun and creative activities all day long – it was such a nice environment for families. Honestly, i tried this hotel, but there are others much better! Maybe with some new look it will be different! We'll go other places!

From the first day, we felt very welcomed. The energy at the hotel is really something special — it’s lively without being overwhelming. Every evening had a different touch, whether it was music, dancing, or just the atmosphere around the pool. The shows were fun and interactive, especially the Cuban dance night — so full of rhythm and spirit! Meals were fresh and well-organized, and we always found something we liked. The animation team added a lot to the experience without being pushy. All in all, it was a great mix of relaxation and fun. Definitely a place where you feel like you’re on holiday.
