We stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for a business trip and were very positively surprised.
The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made us feel welcome and safe throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, we found a selection of snacks and drinks waiting for us in the minibar, which was a pleasant touch.
All the meals were excellent. The food selection was diverse and flavorful, catering even to the most demanding guests, including those with specific dietary needs. You’re guaranteed to find something you’ll enjoy.
The hotel surroundings are beautifully maintained. A lovely walking path leads to the hotel’s private beach, which is also clean and well-equipped.
In the evening, you can relax at the bar, dance in the hotel’s nightclub, or enjoy a live concert. During the day, there are various entertainment activities, all organized with great care. The young man in charge of animations and concerts even came by to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything—he was never intrusive, just incredibly friendly and cheerful.
Overall, everything felt professional and high-level. We were truly impressed and would gladly return, whether for business or leisure.

Amazing experience at this hotel. Great drinks and mocktails available everywhere all day long. Great food options. We arrived late and missed dinner so they gave us room service food free of charge. Love that they top up the mini fridge every day too. Anything we need; they had. Even baby food! Would love to come back. It does get loud at night, something to keep in mind if you are trying to keep baby asleep outside.

We recently stayed at Concorde De Luxe Resort in Antalya for 5 nights, and while the setting and service had the potential for a luxury experience, one major issue left us seriously disappointed.
The good parts first:
The food was outstanding – easily one of the best all-inclusive spreads we've had. Every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The beach access is fantastic, the location is ideal, and the staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive. The drinks selection was impressive and the resort grounds are beautiful. Evening entertainment was decent, though nothing extraordinary.
Now, the big problem – and it's a serious one:
There was no functioning air conditioning in the rooms during our entire stay. Despite each room having a temperature control panel, we were shocked to find out the hotel had the entire system set to an “air circulation mode” — meaning no actual cooling or heating. We reported this to reception multiple times and were given a portable air cooler, which unfortunately just blew out hot air. The room remained uncomfortably warm, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep for all five nights.
For a resort that advertises itself as 5-star, this was simply unacceptable. Climate control is a basic expectation at this level – especially in a warm-weather destination like Antalya. It's baffling that guests have no control over their room temperature, and that this isn’t clearly communicated during booking.
It’s a real shame because the resort gets so many things right – but being unable to rest properly really dampened our overall experience. If the hotel can’t guarantee working air conditioning, it should not market itself at this standard.
Would we return? Only if this issue is fully resolved – otherwise, we’ll be looking elsewhere.

Everything was very comfortable. Staff were amazing and very attentive to all visitors. Always polite and go the extra mile to meet your needs.
This is the 2nd time we are visiting and it has exceeded expectations once again. Good entertainment every night and food is exceptional & available 24/7. Only one thing I think they have new beds and mattresses very hard. Other than that a very good experience all round.

Concorde Deluxe is a fantastic hotel. Staff are so friendly. All of the staff in the kids club are exceptional with the children, the Easter programme with the kids club was so much fun. Bahar and all of the staff were amazing with the children and made my child feel so welcome and encouraged her to make friends and join on with the activities. The mini disco was so much fun we would love to return to Concorde deluxe hotel.
