We had a wonderful stay at Astro Palace Hotel in Santorini from 27–30 May 2026.
The hotel was beautiful, with a clean and pleasant environment throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start each day.
What truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Katrina, who personally showed us to our room upon arrival and took the time to recommend local attractions and restaurants. The staff also helped arrange our airport transfer and thoughtfully called us when the car arrived, ensuring everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend Astro Palace Hotel to anyone visiting Santorini and would gladly stay here again.

The only drawback to our stay at the Astro Palace is that we only stayed one night. This place is a gem just outside of Fira, with 5 star accommodations and a five star staff! From the ladies at the front seat to the gents at the pool bar, we were made to feel right at home the entire time. You’ll love the locals feel without the crowds of other spots on the island. We’re looking forward to our return.

I would like to highly recommend and thank Astro Palace Hotel for an unforgettable experience in Santorini. Beyond the beautiful facilities, what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff, who made our whole family feel completely at home.
From the moment we booked the hotel, the manager, Hope, contacted me personally to learn about our plans and even arranged a pickup for us. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade to an even more beautiful room, including a private pool and a private rooftop jacuzzi.
The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Ahmed at the front desk was always kind and helpful. Saeed and the rest of the breakfast buffet team remembered exactly how I like my coffee every morning and made us feel so cared for. Cleopatra was simply amazing, she greeted us every day with the biggest smile, made us feel like close friends, and always had wonderful recommendations for shopping and local culture.
I also cannot recommend this hotel enough for accessibility. Our mother needed a place with minimal stairs and elevator access, and the hotel was extremely accommodating and comfortable for her needs.
Hope, if you are reading this - thank you for taking care of everything we needed. We truly felt that you genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.
Now about the hotel itself, everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and delicious. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal: close enough to the lively center of Fira with all the shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. It’s only about an 8-minute walk to the center, with convenient car accessibility as well.
I honestly don’t have enough words to describe this place, but it absolutely made our vacation pleasant, memorable, and incredibly special. Highly recommended!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I have put off writing it because it was so hard to describe how great this hotel is. First, Georgia and her front desk staff are by far the nicest, most helpful people. We stayed here for a week and by the end of the stay we felt like family. Every person on staff, from front desk, to Dimitrios at the bar, to the cleaning staff was so incredibly kind. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. For instance, the shower didn’t have a place to hold my toiletry bottles so I
Moved the luggage rack in the shower. Not a great move but I needed something to also prop my leg for shaving. That afternoon someone had brought me a little plastic bench to hold my things. They noticed I had a need and filled it without my asking. They gave the best restaurant recommendations, made reservations and always got a car service for us. We felt so lucky to have them all.
Secondly the hotel is beautiful. It’s so clean, and peaceful.
Truly a gem. We highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

It was a very pleasant stay.
Ahmed, one of the staff members, was extremely kind and helpful.
The location is excellent—Fira’s main square is about a 10-minute walk away.
It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t use the pool since we visited in March.
The room was spacious and very clean.
The breakfast was also very good.
It’s an especially great hotel for couples.
