We loved our visit here, it has everything you need and more. Very clean all over the hotel, and the room was nice and clean and spacious. Food was great, even if you are a fussy eater you won’t go hungry, the snack bar was brilliant, so much choice compared to other ai hotels we have stayed in. Plenty of sunbeds, they do get reserved around the children’s pool early but everywhere else is fine, no sunbed wars. Drinks were great, think I tried most of the cocktails, and an iced coffee every morning from the pool bar. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Lovely beaches close by, we loved the one behind the hotel with all the steps, it was beautiful. Restaurants, shops and bars nearby, and easy to get taxi out to other places. We most definitely will return again.

Hmmm...
Not really what I had hoped especially as we had paid over £1200 per person for 10 nights AI.
The rooms are quite small with very poor A/C. Although we visited in May it was 26-29C each day and the A/C was on the highest setting very weak. The family room was a nice double bed and then the fold out beds were like very rough camp beds to be honest. Haven't had a good night's sleep since been here.
The food is very mediocre and is sustenance without a lot of flavour or choice. No special nights or themes were put on.
The entertainment was average.
Getting drinks was pretty much self service all the way through. Pool bar closed until June despite hotel being absolutely rammed with people in the pool all day!
Location is nice and quiet and more refined that Albuferia.
Overall, I have seen this type of resort multiple times in my life. I would avoid this place and visit somewhere like Haydapasha Palace in Turkey or Zafiro hotels in Majorca instead as both are better. Also much better options in Makadi Bay in Egypt and for a much lower cost!

For starters this hotel is vast and extremely well equipped for such a remote part of Portugal. We truly appreciated the friendly service and excellent room cleanliness. However, the noise is terrible, I may be an exception but the music was almost nonstop in aid of the hotels many activities. I, we did however, go on holiday to break away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy reading my the pool in quite (bar the odd family discussion). Here however, there is near constant music. In my opinion, have quiet and if people enjoy a dance bass drop in their holidays, they can put headphones on and enjoy their bespoke music. Furthermore, the noise was so bad at one time, it made my little boy (1 year, 9 months) cry with discomfort; specifically the abhorrent bingo chants. Avoid unless you are a musical sheep who has no taste. Otherwise the food was good, we really enjoyed the salads to stay trim. Although I would've liked more exotic food, but for that I'd book the speciality restaurants in more time. The staff worked really hard to tidy up or little one's mess with food and were very friendly.

What an amazing place this is! This was our second visit here with our son, daughter-in-law and grandsons. It's a fabulous place for the children who loved the pools, splash park, playground and mini disco, but it's also great for adults too. Food is great, no limit to drinks and food allergies were brilliantly catered for. We did find the labelling on food a little confusing but the staff were very helpful and if we weren't sure we asked. The sports bar was a particular favourite of ours and is a lovely place to chill out and have a drink. There are 2 beaches a short walk away and supermarkets, pharmacies, gift shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for one week and everything about this hotel was superb. Very clean and well maintained hotel with respectful staff. One evening my little son lost his favourite toy Spider-Man by the big pool and he was so upset and I saw a guy who was cleaning the area and I just asked him did you see a spider man toy and he found it and gave it to my son and made him so so happy. I asked his name to thank him here with a good review ,his name is Arruna. Thanks Arruna again.
Anyway I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be back soon.
