Stayed here for 7 nights just me and my boyfriend and cannot fault it! The staff/entertainment are amazing and so friendly.
Loads of sun loungers and plenty of space around you, has a few pools and an indoor pool and they’re spotless as well as the rooms!
The food there is a good amount of options but I’m a picky eater so just went with the simple stuff!
There’s 2 game rooms one with arcade one with two pool tables. Only down fall is pool table/cue needs upgrading as there wasn’t any chalk for the pool cues either.
There’s water dispensers around the hotel which you get a free bottle on arrival to keep.
The alcohol side of options are not too bad but they’re made from a machine to make the cocktails quicker but they’re still really nice!
There’s a moon bar that states it’s opened max 6 nights a week but I think it’s only weekends and that’s for adults and anyone 16 or above.
There’s music played daily around the activities but it’s the same songs every single day so does drain you a little bit.
Depends on your cleaner but they leave little things on your bed which is adorable.
The nightlife is absolutely amazing and the scenery is stunning!! Overall such an amazing stay.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel as a family of five. The hotel is super geared up for kids with great entertainment and a fantastic kids club. I want to give special thanks to Catarina who my four year old Reuben took a special shining too ❤️ all of the staff however are fantastic and really went out of their way to ensure the kids felt special, it was actually hard to drag them away from the kids club they had so much fun!
The hotel and pool is super clean, everywhere! Probably the cleanest resort we have been to, there are lots of staff and for this reason everything runs very efficiently.
The buffet and restaurants are fantastic (we especially rated the oriental restaurant and wished we had booked more sittings!)
The one criticism which I have to mention is that the hotel does not cater particularly well for those with allergies or vegans. My daughter has many food allergies, and although the allergies were labelled on lots of foods they were quite often wrong (for instant chips said they contain all allergens from milk to seafood), I get that they are covering their backs but clarification of ‘may contain’ and ‘contains’ would be helpful.
The deserts are plentiful and delicious but not if you can’t eat milk, with the only option often being an ice pop for my daughter. The chef in the Mediterranean restaurant did go out of his way when we were in there to create an açai sorbet and fruit dish for her which we were super grateful for but I really think the resort would benefit from some more sorbet options.
Oat milk is available in request but not readily available from the buffet, and we had to by vegan butter from the local shop our self so we could make her toast or ham rolls. For this reason we would be unlikely to return as our daughters diet is a priority and I’d like her to feel more included with more options, but if you don’t have a special diet then this hotel is absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Excellent hotel there is not a negative thing to say about it. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are so friendly nothing is any trouble. The food was amazing and well presented and food kept hot, which is unusual for buffet food we were there a week and there was something different every day. Both the main Restaurant and the Snack Bar Restaurant were good. There are plenty of drinks stations around the hotel and the wine, beer and cocktails are great. The Oriental Restaurant was also good. The Entertainment team were brilliant there was entertainment throughout the day for Children and Adults and also during the evening. Our room was cleaned every day and our towels replaced. This hotel is brilliant for families with younger children. Close to bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk to a lovely beach. I highly recommend

My family of 5 including a teenager, a 10 year old and a toddler have just returned from this beautiful hotel after a 7 day break. I cannot praise it enough. As people have previously mentioned it is impeccably clean and well run. Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. This hotel caters very well for all ages. There is a fantastic toddler pool with a huge canapy for shade hanging over the pool. Both toddler pools have toys to keep them busy. The main pool has good entertainment. The music wasn't overly loud and intrusive. The pool party was brilliant fun. Very enjoyable and light hearted. No idiots ruining it for others. The entertainment team were fabulous. I found the food to be wonderful. Good quality and well cooked. Lots of choice. All my family found meals to enjoy each day. Food is served all day from 7.30 until 11pm. You cannot go hungry!
A beautiful beach is short walk way, reachable by steps or by a slightly longer way by road/slope. We took a bus to Vilamoura. Easy enough to do. The little town around the hotel has everything you may need. Little shops, cars and restaurants. Would we return?... Without a doubt!

The staff at this hotel are excellent, great facilities and entertainment.
The food was delicious and fresh.
It is a great hotel for families .
The room was very comfortable, very clean with a fridge to keep things cool.
Not too far from the beach and again the staff are brilliant from the receptionist to kid's entertainers to the bar staff.
We will definitely return.
