Great location !! Rooms standard but clean ! You have to queue to get in for breakfast !!! Same entertainment most nights only cater for Spanish guests !!! Same singer same act!! Extremely poor!! Building work across road so make. Sure you book the side of the hotel away from Building work ( not hotels fault but should make guests aware ) as very very noisy early morning into evening !! I would personally not rate the hotel more than 3 star at best !! Staff nice and helpful great friendly waiter ! I honestly think the pelicarnos beats it hands down! But as I said great location ! Pool and terrace closed ! But one small terrace was open!! Food wise only had breakfast’s and was very nice food!! I would not return

First time in Benidorm and we stayed at this hotel. The location is brilliant with everything being within a walkable distance. Our room, although basic, was clean. It was mostly peaceful, occasionally there was some noise late at night when trying to sleep- but I assume it's mostly the same anywhere in Benidorm. The pool & rooftop was closed due to being out of season. The food is the only letdown for this hotel as it was mostly lukewarm, bordering cold by the time we sat back down at our table. Some food did change each day but there was repetition. Unfortunately one evening of our stay my partner had fish served to her from the show cooking section that was raw in the middle. Not something you would expect in a 4-star.

Looks nice, but bought because it had a pool, only to find out on check in that it's closed. The receptionist smirked and tried play it off, which didn't help. Small room, no balcony, can get better for less in the area.

We started our evening with load shouting in the corridors which turned out to be a group from Holland. I complained to the receptionist who apologised for the disturbance and immediately upgraded our room and moved us to another floor well away. I can't overstate the professional service ..with a smile. The hotel itself was very nice, good breakfast and great location. Well done Voramar

Jan & I booked the Vorama for 8 days from the 6th March through On the beach. An uneventful flight and transfer saw us dropped off about 500 mtrs away. there is plenty of disabled access to the reception. We were given room 122. Please try to avoid it because the only views are brick walls with no sun. The rooms are fine with maid service daily. After a stroll round the Harbour (very nice) we decided to see what the hotel could offer by entertainment. Oh dear, ALL the months acts are in Spanish!!. Luckily, one of Benidorms oldest pubs, " Vincents" is across the road . Its karoke is loud but the menu makes up for it with "home made) pies. we decided to check out the rooftop which offers a pool, bar and sunlounges only to find that the first two were closed!. I was informed thatthe opening date was April.Very disappointing as Old town hotel pools are rare and was partly why we booked. Please check with your agent first. I would probably mark this hotel higher if we were here in the summer months. great location but you should check the small print.
