THOMAS COOK COLLAPSE
The company THOMAS COOK and its Group of Companies has ceased trading. If you have a flight booked with us as part of an ATOL Bonded Holiday package, we would like to advise you of the following:
Firstly, in line with our financial protection and ATOL bond, in all circumstances, your monies are safe and secure.
On learning of the collapse, our Emergency Response Team immediately reacted to this most unfortunate situation and will be working throughout the night, weekend and beyond to ensure as little disruption as possible to our mutual and valued customers.
We must advise in advance that, unfortunately, our Reservations Team DO NOT have access to After Sales systems and more importantly your booking records. Therefore, please DO NOT call our Reservations Department as they are unable to help. However, and to reiterate, a dedicated team have been assembled to deal with this issue as efficiently as possible.
Our dedicated Emergency Response Team are dealing with all bookings in strict priority order and we would ask for your understanding in this matter.
For those in resort: The Civil Aviation Authority are organising repatriation flights. In the first instance, please visit https://thomascook.caa.co.uk/ which will lead you to the “Customers Already Abroad” section – please follow this guidance. If you have booked a transfer with us, and once the Civil Aviation have confirmed a time/date for your return flight, please ring the supplier as listed on your voucher to arrange your new time of transfer.
For those due to travel: As mentioned, our team are dealing with this issue in priority date order and will contact you in due course. We must advise you to not take any action until we have contacted you as our team are trying to source new or alternative flights that match your original Thomas Cook flight.

Please note; Regular updates will be sent to affected customers via the email address provided at the time of booking and we are dealing with bookings in departure date order.
