We had an excellent family holiday at H10 Mediterranean Village in September. My partner is a dialysis patient and had to have vital medical equipment delivered to the hotel in advance. The team were great with communication both before and during the holiday, and assisted us in moving the delivery to our room, and with clearing medical waste afterwards. What could have been a very stressful time was made much easier thanks to the team at H10. We found the room, food, pools and entertainment all great, as well as the location. Slightly away from the centre but with easy access to the main town and port Aventura world. Highly recommended for families.

Large very clean one bedroom apartment well equipped. Great little on sight supermarket but bigger one nearby. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily even though they said towels twice a week. Cleaning staff were great. Good pools and child activity. Reasonable priced drinks at poolside. Excellent well priced snack bar and on site pizzeria but they close at 4.30pm. Restaurant was not recommended but great restaurants nearby, follow google maps to route 66 or mex & co

Amazing resort with outstanding staff friendly and helpful. The food is good everyday something else good enough for a 4 star resort. The rooms are spacious and clean perfect I would say The location is abit outside Salou but with the bus you are in a few minutes in Salou. Don't forget to buy a bus pass it's 10,50 euro for 10 trips. There are also a few points i didn't like. The pool is freezing cold haha The wall's of the room are paper thin you can hear everything the nebours say. Beside that it was a great stay

Just had a 7 night stay at this place not the best place around but not the worst. On arrival very nice checked in fine went up to rooms at first glance u think looks OK. Then after spending a little time in the room i noticed long hairs on my pillows and on the sheets. in the bathroom the mirror had all stains on we're people had been squeezing there spots I also had a big dribble stain on my pillow case which was lovely after a long day traveling so the rooms are not cleaned properly nor are they cleaned properly during your stay wipe round and change towels at best rooms do feel gruby. They also enter room while still asleep sign is on the door .We had 2 rooms on the side of hotel just down from the main entrance not a good view at 12 am till about 1 am every night you have very loud bin lorries driving up and down the road loud enough to wake a child if paito door is open. loud even if door is closed. Directly opposite us was a house were two killer dogs lived in the garden barking through out the night at times. if those dogs got out they look like they would do some damage we also had pets in our room cockroches in both rooms on a couple of occasions throughout the 7 nights. The food was hit and miss it wasn't the worst it wasn't the best the frozzen in the middle hash brown was lovely and a lot of the food is cold kids will strugle plus the glass cleaning machine is broken or dirty because i had to clean my own glasses before using them.its a half board hotel water is not free at dinner times but breakfast yes along with all other drinks juice coffee tea.the pool areas no toys no jumping in no fun really and if u do they tell u off do not go in the indoor Pool unless you like cold water it's that cold you don't even get use to the temperature after a while. Limited entertainment for kids I'd like to mention the wonderful girl facepainter who did a great job of getting my mad 2 year old grandson to sit still. On the other hand the little spanish fellas were rude and need a customer service course i think it's awful that they would make children and parents wait longer while they painted each others arms while children waited there turn when i asked if it was right for staff to do this while there was a que i got a very rude reply two very strange odd men i also felt staff favored there own when it came to waiting at the bar we were also charged differently at the bar for the same order by pounds so watch that one and if you haven't got a drink coaster under your drink they will pick your drink up by the rim with finger tips and put one under I don't want some picking up my half drank pint and doing this not good the beer was at best average. Salou it's self is lovely and will return but just not to this hotel.

Worst holiday. We asked for a quiet room, we got a room above the bar which meant that until 23.30-00.00 we could hear the chairs and tables being moved around. The rooms are dated, relatively clean. The food is edible but tasteless, deep fried or burnt. There are no vegetables for breakfast. The restaurant looks and smells like an old cafeteria. The kids swimming pool is overcrowded and there are not enough umbrellas so it’s rather uncomfortable in July. Our kids didn’t really like the mini disco and preferred doing other things. Some of the evening shows were nice. The Italian restaurant on site has good food so at least the lunch was ok. The whole place feels cramped and dated. First time when I was actually happy to leave.

Perfect location. Just 10 mins from the PortAventura park and 10 from the beach. Hotel was nice enough. Evening entertainment was a bit meh but maybe because is now quiet season . Food was not too bad but a little basic. Nice pool area , drinks very cheap . Diana on reception was very helpful especially with helping us with train timetables. No kettles or coffee in room but I read this before I went and bought a foldable kettle before we went and took coffee . Would definitely go back again .

Just got back from two amazing weeks here! Everything about this hotel is amazing. 10 minute walk to port adventura, the shops and the beach it’s the perfect location. You have beautiful rooms, big range of food and drink, little book corner with really comfy seats, beautiful pool and roof top but the real credit to the hotel is the staff! The animation team does an amazing job keeping the kids and the adults happy and occupied. The kitchen and bar staff give you the best experience and always have a smile on their faces! The best part of the hotel is Esmeralda, she will go above and beyond for you, any help you need go to her! Can’t wait to get back next year to my second home!

We’ve just spent a nice week at the H10 Salauris Palace and really enjoyed most aspects of our holiday. The positives include: Friendly relaxed atmosphere but looks smart. Lots of choice at meal times. We really enjoyed the food! I couldn’t fault it, breakfast or dinner. Way too much choice to go into on this review but I can’t imagine anyone being unable to find something they enjoy. I loved all the slow cooked meat dishes! The braised beef and pork in lovely gravy or sauces, the spare ribs, the steak and fish off the grill, all delicious! Freshly made pizza was my husband’s favourite. Breakfast was great too. They could do with an urn for dispensing boiling water as their machines are REALLY slow and most people made tea while we were there but the coffees the machine made were nice. My only quibble with dinner was why put the soup station right in the middle of the queue for main courses? People either have to queue for soup then again for their main course as there are no trays, or ask if they can push in to get soup which wasn’t always welcomed I noticed. I didn’t have enough appetite to try any of the lovely smelling soups unfortunately. Air conditioning great, very easy to work. Wi-Fi excellent, no dropping or weak spots that we found and it’s free. Beds firm but comfortable, two large singles pushed together to form a super king size. Good toiletries, you really don’t need to bring any. Nice towels. Location good but would be better if a bus stopped anywhere nearby. It’s a good 10-15 minute walk to the nearest stop outside the H10 Salou Princess, another 7-10 minutes to the main stop outside McDonalds. Ok if you have no mobility issues and it’s not boiling hot. I would have given 5 stars for everything but for our only issue. It was that despite requesting a quiet room when booking and again on check in, and the hotel being half full, we were given probably the loudest possible room in the building? Floor one, right on top of the bar where people talked, laughed and screamed until 1am inside and outside, and directly in front of the loudspeaker used by the unnecessarily loud and booming daytime animation team! Everyone was talking about how loud these people had their volume up, you could hear it halfway to Salou! And yes we’re were lucky enough to get the room right in front of it. The noisiest night by far was the flamenco night which we were exhausted from a full day out so went to bed a bit early (adult entertainment starts at 10pm!) The room was literally shaking from the unbelievable stamping of the dancing and loudness of the music! The Facebook group for the hotel was full of complaints asking what the awful noise and banging was from people on the other side of the hotel on floors 5&6, we were directly above on floor 1! I would still highly recommend this hotel just insist on a quiet room unless it’s not an issue for you. I’ve never had a problem with finding rooms too noisy in 40 years of hotel holidays. If you have mobility issues consider somewhere closer to the main drag and definitely don’t stay in Cap Salou as it’s all hills.

Just returned from our second trip to this hotel, honestly have no bad words about our stay, the first time just me and my husband went then we returned 2 months later with our 3 children. The hotel itself is just perfect, absolutely spotlessly clean, very very well run and organised, staff are all 10/10 ! Extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are just perfect, as a family of 5 and my children still at the age I want them with me our room was huge and we all had enough space without being under each others feet. The hotel entertainment is just out of this world ! The animation crew are fab ! Each and everyone of them are great ! So much to do for the little ones, and the entertainment in the pool is just great, each and every member of the team just know how to be with the public and know exactly what to do to get everyone in the mood for games :) we all thoroughly enjoyed our selves here! Kids were sad to leave, we will be returning next year with even more members of our family ! Cannot wait to go back ! Thank you for such a perfect and enjoyable stay x

We stayed at H10 Salauris Palace for 7 nights and it was one of the best holidays I’ve had in the last 15 years. This time we wanted a relaxing break without travelling around, and the hotel offered more than enough to keep us entertained the whole week. The standout was without doubt the staff. Every single person we came across was friendly, helpful, and genuinely upbeat – it made such a difference to the holiday. The entertainment team, in particular, worked tirelessly from morning to night, running activities in and around the pool during the day and putting on fantastic evening shows. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was always positive and welcoming. I also really enjoyed that this was one of the few hotels where I could practice my Spanish with the staff – and they encouraged it, which I loved. The hotel itself is very clean. Some areas feel a little dated, but everything is well maintained and functional. The food is typical of an all-inclusive style buffet, with variety from day to day. Personally, I don’t think you can expect endless change from one restaurant, and if you fancy something different, the strip with lots of dining options is less than 10 minutes’ walk away. We never waited for a table, and although one morning there was a small wait for coffee, overall the restaurant service was efficient and guests respectful. Entertainment is where the hotel really shines – it’s brilliant and varied, catering for both adults and children. The spa was the only slight letdown: the indoor pool and jacuzzi were both very cold and the jacuzzi only had a couple of jets working. That said, the full body massage was excellent and highly recommended. Check-in was simple as I had already completed it online, so on arrival it was just a case of paying and receiving our wristbands, which double up as a handy cashless payment method at the pool bar. Checkout was even easier. The location is ideal – a 6-minute drive to PortAventura, a 3-minute drive (or 10-minute walk) to the beach, and shops nearby. The beach and the strip are immaculate and lively. I can’t comment on public transport as we used a hire car. Highlights for us included meeting new friends (both international guests and locals, which was great to see), the atmosphere around the pool, and how well the hotel managed sunbed reservations to keep things fair. Overall, the only real downside was the cold jacuzzi, but it didn’t spoil what was an incredible holiday. I would absolutely recommend H10 Salauris Palace, and for the first time ever, I’m already planning to rebook a return trip

Bus stops outside the hotel, didn't spot it easily as the name isn't very transparent in the dark. Walking into the hotel was like walking into a nightclub, entertainment in the reception area which was so loud, volume 100, how do the poor staff think let alone work. The staff were polite and check in was quick. The room does have lovely beds with quality bedding and relieved that there's no sweaty quilt on the bed, air con works well but then gets very cold despite altering the temperature but blankets als provided. . Toiletries are nice and not tested on animals. You need to ask for towels if you want them. Provided with a fridge. Issue in room resolved quickly. 4 star hotels provide coffee and tea making facilities, not sure why this hotel expects you to pay more. There's no mini bar. We booked directly and there wasn't any transparency about the fact that you have to pay for all your drinks at dinner even though we opted for half board. Close to beach, shops and eateries. The buffet food has a selection but food isn't labelled so no idea what's vegetarian. Tonight I asked whether something had alcohol in it to five different members of staff who didn't know. H10, don't say things if you don't intend to change things.

What an amazing hotel this. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly reception staff and check in was quick and easy. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and always smells fresh & clean. Each and every member of staff are a credit to the H10 Chain. They go above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean, airy, spacious and extremely comfortable with towel change everyday "if" required. Each and every member of staff works so hard to keep their clients happy. The food choice in the restaurant at breakfast and evening was fantastic, with a whole range of different foods suitable for all kinds of diets. Drinks in the bar areas, indoor & outdoors are very reasonable with extremely pleasant staff. Location of this hotel was perfect for us too👌. There is a supermarket next door to the hotel, again very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay at the H10 Salou Princess that much, we have already booked up for 2 weeks September 2026. Sincerely, thanks to each and everyone of you for making our holiday so enjoyable 🫶😊 x

Hotels is in a great location. 10 minutes from the beach and town. It is spotlessly clean everywhere. Rooms are good. Ours had a bath as well as a shower, and a fridge. Picturesque pool area but lots of shade from the trees if you don't get the right place. There is an area at the top of the steps which is completely un covered. No-one is allowed around the pool until the doors are unlocked at 9am. We had no problem getting a sun lounger in October but this may be different in the Summer. Beach is only a short walk if all else fails. There is a nice old fashioned separate pub bar at the end of the hotel, also open to the public. Both the hotel and bar have entertainment. Reception staff and bar staff are excellent and all very friendly and polite. Not sure how many of Manuel worked at the hotel. He was everywhere everyday in whichever bar we went in. Works his socks off. The only thing that stopped me giving this a 5 rating and not making it, in my opinion, a 4 star hotel, is the food and restaurant staff. Yes there was plenty of choice but at whatever time you went in there the food can only be described as lukewarm at best. We queued up on our last morning, waiting for the restaurant to open at 7:45am and the food was already cold. The restaurant staff and chefs were totally different to the rest of the hotel staff and generally found it hard to raise a smile. Salou is nice but I would probably try a different hotel if we went again just because of the cold food.

This is a great hotel in the centre of Salou, our room was very clean with nice bed and quality bedding. Everywhere is very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed half board, the selection of food every day was amazing. Nobody does English breakfast like the English but it was a decent effort with lots of other options available, continental, cereals, wonderful selection of fruits, freshly fried eggs, tea, coffee, juices, even a variety of milks etc. Evening meals were also great, lots of choice with different dishes throughout the week. I don't think my waistline appreciated it but every night was a treat. 100% would return to this one or be confident when booking a stay at any other H10 hotel.

I had a really nice experience at this hotel, lovely buffet, everyone who works there always looked at you with a smile. The rooms are nice and clean, bed was nice and holy moly the showers was so nice and powerful! They have shampoo, shower gel and conditioner. Toothbrushes, combs.. its was really lovely. We were members of the H10 hotels, got a free cocktail, was lush! And biscuits with water in our room :)! The hotel had a lovely pool and nice entertainment at night times, lovely atmosphere. Aswell the hotel is in the center of everything and 15min walk to Portadventura Park. We will definitely be coming back. :)

Very clean and tidy hotel with vibrant colours, sweet cart, books and a relaxed cool feeling about it Rooms are nice - the bathroom doors could do with an upgrade to actually shut properly but no huge problem. Balcony are nice. Next time would probably ask pool side. Pool is nice with plenty of sun loungers with bar area . Rooftop pool is nice with another bar area - don't have to pay extra to go up here either. Plenty of drink choices , selection of lunch items too, food is fresh and lots on at dinner and if you have an allergy we noticed the chef takes you around to clarify what has what in it and makes them feel at ease with eating etc. Can sit outside when having breakfast or dinner. Entertainment and activity staff are great. Entertainment in evening ranges. There is a board telling you what is going on. Take a water bottle as there is a water machine Card only but can put money behind reception to put onto your room key which is actually a write band . Hotel staff are friendly. Would return in a few years. Location is good with plenty of walks and bars and shops to visit. Taxi, buses and train station within walking distance too

This hotel offers a great location walking distance to portaventura theme park and to the beach + close to the shops, a great hotel that has a lot to offer i would definitely recommend it to anyone travelling to salou.

This is a beautiful hotel spotlessly clean ,very helpful staff at all times, then the purple band brigade arrived these people are rude, and because they pay extra for the privaliage of an upgrade, rule the pool , sunbeds, and have reserved tables in the restaurant then pile around one area in the lounge area taking all the comfy chairs leaving people to sit on plastic stools and iron tables ,reserving sunbeds are not allowed but these get away with it ,also disable people put notices on thier beds ( hence reserveing beds ) 2 people have 3 beds one each to lay on and one for thier bags ext if this was sorted this would be a class hotel but once again the privaliage of money wins when we all pay for a relaxing holiday it's totally ruined by people who think they are better

We spent a few wonderful days at H10 during our trip to PortAventura — and we were absolutely delighted! The location is perfect: just a short walk to the park, and after a fun-filled day, it’s the ideal place to relax and recharge. The hotel is very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The lobby is spacious, the bar offers great drinks and cocktails, and the evening entertainment was enjoyable and not too intrusive. The pool was a highlight — large, with plenty of loungers, perfect for unwinding. The food deserves a special mention. The buffet was varied and delicious: breakfasts and dinners included a wide range of options, from meat dishes to vegetarian meals, and a great selection of desserts. Drinks were available for an extra charge, but the prices were very reasonable. Our room was clean, bright, and modern. We especially appreciated the TV with YouTube access, as well as all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool and bar were fantastic spots to relax, and there was also a small fitness room and a great sauna with fresh ice — a nice touch! As members of the H10 Club, we received a lovely surprise in our room — some chocolate and a small gift, which was a thoughtful and unexpected treat. Thank you to the hotel team for such a warm welcome — we’ll definitely be back!

My mum and I have been staying at the Delfin for a few years now. We like it’s a bit smaller so the staff get to know you. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It’s an ideal location just a few minutes walk the beach, promenade and lots of shops and restaurants. There are at least 3 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk. If you wish to get a bus to explore further a field the hotel is just a few minutes walk to bus stops. We like the roof top pool, which is a small plunge pool but the views are great and you can order your drinks/snacks up there too. The wristband system in the hotel is so handy, no need to carry cards/cash in the hotel you can do everything with the wristband. I also like the hotels commitment to the environment, with staff even helping out on beach clean up days too. Rooms are a nice size, we are never in them much. Most rooms have large walk in showers too. Things like hair dryers and fridges are all standard in the room too. Great hotel, we love it.

Food was okay some nights wasn’t great and same food throughout the week and not a lot of variety. Hotel itself very clean and friendly staff. Always cleaners in daily ensuring you have clean towels and the rooms are cleaned. In a good walking distance to the beach etc.

Hotel spotlessly clean. Other people say staff can't do enough for you .I say reception staff are rude and don't even acknowledge you. The life guard doesn't speak English. Other reviews say food is plentiful, hmm truth is it's like a freeforall, not enough seating and you get people undercutting you and tutting at you if you take too long picking up the food . It's that bad I even had a woman put her hand through my legs to get a plate , to which I said excuse me I don't know you that well for you to do that . Her reply was no English. The food is repetitive and warm at its best . Told the staff only to get warm it in microwave. We went half board but did no expect to pay 1 euro for what I can only describe as filtered tap water at evening meals. Took my own but was not allowed to take it in .staff are rude .the only staff who are friendly are the cleaners. Drinks are overpriced and watered down. Pools are cold deck chairs too close together. To some h10 delfin up , spotlessly clean. Overpriced and not worth the money you pay , for the service you get .for what we paid half board here we could of got all-inclusive and better service elsewhere.

The H10 Delfin is spotlessly clean and is situated a short walk away from the beach where you can if desired hire sun loungers/ umbrellas for 10 Euro each per day. The hotel has two pools on ground level and a small pool on the rooftop ( access from level 6). I purchased a towel from a nearby shop for 5 Euros but you can also hire a towel from the hotel if you wish for sunbed use at the hotel. The room were perfectly acceptable with a small fridge / safe supplied free of charge.Bed was comfortable and bathroom had overhead and hand held shower heads.Shower door frame isn't wide enough and water can spray onto bathroom floor ,so be aware if the same in all rooms, otherwise fine. Worth mentioning that there is no kettle in the bedroom...Also supplied is a dental kit toothbrush/ paste/ comb . Housekeeping came to the room daily and changed towels as requested.Rooms maintained to a high standard by the friendly staff. Water at evening meals is chargeable,but there is a supply of water available near the pool if you want to fill up your water bottle during the day or you can purchase bottled water from the bar or supermarket across the road who were also friendly / helpful when I asked about English newspapers. Breakfast/ Evening meals were good with a wide range to choose from( buffet style).There was plenty of tables to choose from at all times. All the staff were super friendly and could not do enough to help you. You gain access to your room via a wrist band and you can load money onto this so you just tap the band against their machine so no need to carry a card around with you whilst in the hotel. You can go in the pool/ shower/ sea with your wristband on...no issues. If half board you can get a light lunch at the Hotels outdoor pool bar or walk into Salou and try a cafe like 'Faraggi' which offers an amazing Banana split. The lifts are small and there are only two...and on a few occasions one was out of order so it was rather busy on occasions. Being an adult only hotel it was generally quite and very relaxing and there was no mad scramble for sunbeds in the morning and there is plenty of plush seating inside near the main reception. First time at this hotel and happy to give it a very big thumbs up. September 2025 Travelled with Jet2 and credit to them for supplying this hotel at an excellent price and making the total experience very smooth and enjoyable.

Hotel very clean , staff so nice , best shower in room ever. Breakfast and Evening meal were ok for a weeks stay. Pool very cold , sea and beach clean , sea was warmer than hotel pool lol 😆.
