We had a good stay in the Hotel. Readily accessible to the beach and beach view room, breakfast is also a good deal. The service by Yuri is top notch! Absolutely outdated, no air conditioner working properly, only old style conditioner like back in 1980 Hotel is poorly maintained. Staff working hard , but management requires reconsider customer approach and invest in redecoration, as felt there 30 years back . They have 3 lifts, however only 1 or 2 would work at the same time, as they would turn off them . Would not recommend!

Staying here has been absolutely amazing..we brought our 3 year old with us and the staff all accommodated her. She was like a celebrity..the rooms were clean and fresh, all the staff were smiles all round amazing

The food was really simple, but you will survive. The hotel is not refurbished the last 20 years I think.

The hotel is in an ideal location, right on a large sandy beach—you don’t need to cross the street or the railway. There are two pools, one of which is for children. Throughout the day, there are various activities and games, and the animation team—both the girls and guys—are great. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is always clean. The rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day—special compliments to the cleaning lady with the blond hair on the 5th floor. The food is truly outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious dishes every day, and the chefs and waiters are exceptionally kind. In the evenings, there is live music in the restaurant overlooking the sea. It’s not too loud and ends at a reasonable time. Every room has a balcony.
The only things that could be improved are the slightly outdated furniture and the elevators, which are often busy and occasionally get stuck.
