Cheap place to stay for all inclusive and great location, about 10 min walk to the beach. Pretty average amenities but uncomfortable beds. Could do with an update but cheap and cheerful. DJ was very good at night and drinks weren't watered down like you'd normally expect. Had to pay a deposit for the plastic cup (1 euro each).
All inclusive ends 11pm. Late arrival meant we missed out on dinner which finished at 9.45pm. Didnt see any of the snacks they claimed to serve between 10am and 3pm though. Food was mid, very repetitive and in some cases quite plain and simple. The signs could do with more info as they only said what was in it (the meat, veg, gluten free etc).
Lift access is major problem as tiny, I was on the first floor so used stairs apart from the first trip but partner and no issues with it.
Biggest problem was the pool area, maybe about 15 or so deck chairs around a small pool. And getting round them was crowded and close to the pool edge... All in all 3.5/5

The location for this hotel is amazing near everything. The bar area is nice. But my god the rooms are awful it’s like going back to the 70s the decor, things falling apart the toilet was blocked numerous times everytime flushed it the shower was tiny. The breakfast was awful we were there for bed and breakfast and went out most mornings as it was cold and not much choice. Overall it was an ok break in hotel but we won’t be returning there at all

Do not stay here.
The rooms smelled of must or mold, the shower didn't work, there was a slight decline on the balcony so it feels like you're going to slide off everytime, and the cleaner went into our room regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign.
In terms of service, the food was often cold, layered with grease and oil, the food would change every day, including one day where all of the meals provided we're completely inedible and we had to eat elsewhere. The All-inclusive doesn't start until 10am, and when you ask for a coffee they give it to you in a cardboard espresso cup, regardless of what coffee you asked for.
Most of the staff were mostly nice, but one was incredibly rude when asked for a glass of coke at lunch time.

I’m usually easy to please but this hotel was horrid.
The rooms really small and hard to move around and a lot of wear and tear, our aircon was leaking the whole holiday and when mentioned the maintenance guy came but wasn’t fixed.
however cleaners came in and made the bed and mopped the floor every day but sheets weren’t changed at all.
The pool was ok and big enough to swim in however with the sun loungers it was like you had to sift through the best of the worst 99% of them were broken and extremely dirty.
I found that some of the staff were very rude, but I never had any issues with the receptionist or bartenders they were always lovely.
Now the food was disgusting, the longest thing you’ll wait for is the microwave to heat the food up. On a rare occasion some of the food was lukewarm but otherwise cold and not very nice. The drink menu for an all inclusive was very limited and watered down massively, if you wanted any normal alcohol you had to pay separately for it, would not recommend any cocktails as are from a machine and taste awful, just go to one of the bars on seafront and get a proper drink.
Had the food been good both myself and my partner could have overlooked a lot of the other things but majority of the time we found ourselves going to a restaurant in an evening which spoilt the purpose of an all inclusive.

I am not happy with the hotel. I can't give a star for service. Every night on the floor, young people play football, knock on doors, shout. The staff is indifferent. The electricity in the room stops if you turn off more than 1 device or the radiator. The food is not up to standard.

We are here right now! This hotel is clean and tidy the maids come in every day make the beds (lovely fresh white bedding) leave fresh towels, if I’m being picky two large towels would be nice you get one large two medium one small but I’m picking, all areas of the hotel are clean. The restaurant is also clean food was good, a nice selection for all, would be nice to have juice and tea/coffee for lunch and dinner not just breakfast but we will live. For the bar you need €1 for your cup would be nice if they gave you a fresh cup not just rinced out the one you give them, some bar staff do done don’t, cheese toasty also available from the bar. If you want your TV remote that also €10 from reception, there’s also a deposit for the safe.
Pool area is good the sunbeds could do with replacing quite a lot are broken in the middle, and as it’s only a small pool area not many beds but they don’t have more space. We haven’t visited their second building.
It’s a five min walk to the beach and shops which are lovely, great selection of restaurants along the front and the walk round from the castle is stunning (lots of stair!) there are boat rides from the beach and sunbeds to hire on the beach for €10. Also the bus stop is right outside where you can grab a bus to Barcelona, we haven’t been on this trip but I’ve been before it’s stunning.
There’s a stag group here and they can be rather loud round the pool but there having a good time but at times we just went to relax on the beach. I have stayed at 5* hotels which have been just as good at blue sea. Just need to see their late room check out deal……

All inclusive hotel which provides very little entertainmen. No music allowed. Have to pay for WiFi. Have to pay for tv remote in rooms. Slim selection of alcohol. Hand dryers that don't work and no alternative provided. No kettle in rooms, very basic. Bad attitude from staff. Refused to answer questions with regards to entertainment. Toilets smell. Not enough loungers to cater for anywhere near the amount of guests. Will definitely not be back. Correction, WiFi is free when it works. Tv remote refundable but 10 minutes after paying for remote the tv broke and after 5 days it still hasn't been replaced or fixed. 10 minutes after tv broke we then had a power cut. The outside lights on the balcony are just for show as they don't work and there is no switch to turn them on and to top it all off the sink in the bathroom has blocked. Oh and the legs on the beds stick out and you stub your toes a million times.
Ashleigh-Maie
The rooms were pretty much awful. To start with, the bed covers had holes in them, no duvet just old blankets if it’s cold. The AC did not work at all and our room was freezing the whole time. We booked a double room ideally with a double bed but just came as 2 singles, it was our anniversary thought a relaxing get away would be nice but couldn’t even sleep next to each other as you’d fall through the middle of the single beds. The bathtub had no bath plug. The water pressure in the shower was poor and very difficult to keep it the same temperature no matter how much you change it to hot and cold. Bathroom just looked very old. The rooms are paper thin, we had a lot of school kids turn up our second night (we only stayed for 3 nights), all surrounding our room. We had one across and one right next to us as well as another next to the next door neighbour. They were too loud very disrespectful, running and screaming down the halls and when reception were told they did not care. Also could hear people below us past 23:00pm, they had loud music and thumping after the downstairs bar shuts, can only feel sorry for their below neighbours. The tv only has around 2 English channels and they constantly glitch so pointless having it on and also no tv remote needing a €10 deposit?
No kettle, tiny pillows. We weren’t exactly expecting anything too fancy for a 3 star hotel but fairly disappointed. We paid for all inclusive, the staff in the restaurant were polite however the food was not great. Only enjoyable thing was the breakfast and the snack toasties. The swimming pool area was okay however not many lounge chairs and the pool was awfully too cold, next to no one would get in. Another problem was if you don’t bring cash it’s very hard to find a card machine that accepts most English banks/ cards to get cash out for a deposit for a cup around the pool or inside bar. The drinks were okay bur extremely sweet or too much alcohol to the point it’s not enjoyable. Definitely wouldn’t bring kids here as you’ll get no sleep, the rooms are tiny, food is naff, the pools are not suitable and the rooms are freezing. Would like to come to Lloret de Mar again but unfortunately not to this hotel. It’s a shame as I don’t usually feel the need to write reviews but was a little disappointed with this hotel. However the area around was very nice, around a 10 minute walk to the beach, lovely views and nice restaurants and cocktails by the beach. Lovely shops to walk past and lovely food.

I would like to express my thanks to the staff for their kindness and thoughtfulness. After finding out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a lovely handwritten card in our room. It was such a sweet and unexpected gesture that meant a lot to me.
A special thank you to the brunette woman at the reception and the lady with curly hair. I sincerely apologize for not remembering your names, but truly appreciated your kindness and the care you showed.
Thank you a lot :)

Spent 4 nights in this hotel in april 2026. After we booked we began hearing stories of how bad the hotel was. Upon arrival the staff were helpful and the hotel was decent. We were given our key and went to the room. The rooms are very basic and small, but appeared to be very clean. We did not eat anything in the hotel as the food didn't look appetising. Cocktails on offer where nice (and strong). Everything was as well expected only the walls are so thin. I had heard this before about the hotel but I was shocked as how thin they were. Spent the last night listening to the couple next door drunk and arguing and also having to listen to their "activities" you could have a conversation in your room with the next room through the walls with no difficulties. The hotel itself is a short walk down to the beach but its at the other end from all the main bars and clubs. I wouldn't advice anyone booking this hotel if they have a young family. We had an ok experience but if I return to llorett de mar I would book another hotel as there were many more in the area with appeared nicer and for not much more money.

The "Dream Team" That Keeps My Son Safe
For the second year running, Rosamar Hotel & Spa has proven to be more than just a holiday destination for our family—it is a place where we feel truly cared for. While the facilities and location in Lloret de Mar are lovely, what makes this hotel world-class is the people.
Specifically, we want to recognize the "Dream Team": Marta, Mariana, and Alex.
Our son has a life-threatening peanut allergy (cacahuete), which usually makes dining out a stressful experience. However, these three individuals went way beyond our expectations to ensure his safety during both breakfast and evening meals.
The level of attention, diligence, and genuine care they showed our son was incredible. They didn’t just follow protocol; they took it personally. Because of the environment they created, my son felt so safe and happy that this is the only place he wants to come back to.
To Marta, Mariana, and Alex: "Special" doesn’t even do it justice. You are an absolute credit to the Rosamar group, and we will forever be grateful for the peace of mind you gave us.
Thank you for looking after our boy. We will see you next year! (or maybe again later this year!)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was great, and I was fully satisfied with my experience. The location was excellent, very close to the beach, which made it even more enjoyable. The service was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Review by Ian Lloyd – Rosamar & Spa, 4★
The Rosamar & Spa is a well-established four-star hotel that clearly carries a sense of heritage. It appears to have been in the same family for generations, and their experience shows. They also own several other hotels nearby, which adds to their presence and reputation in Lloret de Mar.
The location is excellent — tucked into one of the quieter parts of Lloret, yet only a two-minute stroll to the beach. This makes it ideal for those who want to be close to the action but not overwhelmed by it.
The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. Breakfast is generous, with a wide variety to suit all tastes — a welcome start to each day. Rooms are comfortably sized, each with a balcony; ours offered a beautiful sea view, which was a real highlight.
The pool facilities are first class, with good-quality loungers available in plentiful supply — no early morning towel dash required. The poolside snack bar is conveniently located and offers a solid range of drinks and light bites. Beyond the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want to explore local dining options.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel that delivers on every front — comfort, service, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rosamar & Spa and would gladly return.
