Do not stay here.
The rooms smelled of must or mold, the shower didn't work, there was a slight decline on the balcony so it feels like you're going to slide off everytime, and the cleaner went into our room regardless of the Do Not Disturb sign.
In terms of service, the food was often cold, layered with grease and oil, the food would change every day, including one day where all of the meals provided we're completely inedible and we had to eat elsewhere. The All-inclusive doesn't start until 10am, and when you ask for a coffee they give it to you in a cardboard espresso cup, regardless of what coffee you asked for.
Most of the staff were mostly nice, but one was incredibly rude when asked for a glass of coke at lunch time.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
Avoid at every cost, very run down, very aged, loud and absolutely terrible food. Like the worst food I’ve eaten in my life. The used the same potato salad from the day before, sprinkled some dry fish on top and called it fish salad on the next day. Coffee tasted like vending machine coffee, you can buy for €0.50. I’m usually not the person to complain about hotels, as I don’t spend much time in them when travelling but this one was just the worst. Staff is nice and friendly and helpful. But hotel is really not 3 stars hotel.Horible uncomfortable metal frame bed, made noises all night, lift in the building so loud and old it kept the entire floor up all night… very very aged and not comfortable hotel with horible food. See some photo.

I’m usually easy to please but this hotel was horrid.
The rooms really small and hard to move around and a lot of wear and tear, our aircon was leaking the whole holiday and when mentioned the maintenance guy came but wasn’t fixed.
however cleaners came in and made the bed and mopped the floor every day but sheets weren’t changed at all.
The pool was ok and big enough to swim in however with the sun loungers it was like you had to sift through the best of the worst 99% of them were broken and extremely dirty.
I found that some of the staff were very rude, but I never had any issues with the receptionist or bartenders they were always lovely.
Now the food was disgusting, the longest thing you’ll wait for is the microwave to heat the food up. On a rare occasion some of the food was lukewarm but otherwise cold and not very nice. The drink menu for an all inclusive was very limited and watered down massively, if you wanted any normal alcohol you had to pay separately for it, would not recommend any cocktails as are from a machine and taste awful, just go to one of the bars on seafront and get a proper drink.
Had the food been good both myself and my partner could have overlooked a lot of the other things but majority of the time we found ourselves going to a restaurant in an evening which spoilt the purpose of an all inclusive.

Very reluctant at first when viewing the pictures online but went anyways, there was a slight issue on the first night when a homeless man decided to square up to the security guard but the staff ensured us he was just a harmless drunk local, the staff were extremely helpful and spoke great English conversing was easy for someone who doesn’t know that much Spanish the bald man at the reception was incredibly nice and always happy to help and is quite friendly, told us where everything was, answered all our questions, the bar staff remember your orders so even if you’ve had a bit too much to drink they’ll still get you done right.
The rooms at I found a bit plain and only as somewhere to sleep and use bathroom but I grew to it, beds are somewhat comfy but there aren’t that many blankets and the pillows are quite small, the bathroom was clean with the odd mark from the room being aged and we didn’t have a tv at first but when we mentioned it at the reception it was quickly resolved with a tv being placed in our room within minutes, plenty of space and the balconies have nice views.
The food was acceptable with it being all inclusive, there was plenty of food to go around always being restocked with fresh options and rotating day to day, the drinks are always cold and full of flavour, I’ve had no issues with the ice here so far with a lot of people saying don’t have it.
There are stores right across the street for any snacks or tobacco, short 10 minute walk from main strips with loads of stores to go around easily will take an entire 2 days to explore.
With it being my first Spain holiday I would definetly feel more than comfortable coming here again, thank you for an amazing first experience in Spain ❤️❤️

Me and my friends booked this hotel without checking the reviews. Some days before our arrival we decided to check the reviews and we were a bit worried because there was a lot of 1 star reviews. After 1 week in this hotel I’m dead, breakfast is ok but lunch and dinner were horrible. Beds killed my back, I couldnt sleep for an entire night. The best thing was the staff, at least some of them. The hotel is rotten and broke and there is no cleaning anywhere to be honest, at least that was our feeling. The plates from the restaurant were always dirty on the bottom (with mayo, ketchup, sauce…)

Me and my partner came here for our holiday.
We knew this was a 3 star hotel so had a rough idea of what to expect.
Let’s start with the positives.
The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and easy to communicate with considering we do not speak Spanish.
The location of the hotel is good, with the local town, shops and beach near by. There are also many attractions like the castle and boat trips.
The pool area was decent, many sun beds available.
The evening entertainment was good, plenty of games and good music.
Our balcony view was also good which was a bonus.
Food was average, no real complaints. Our only complaint is the all inclusive drinks in the bar are very hit or miss.
The bad points, that unfortunately have left us with a sour taste about this holiday.
1. 1 out of 2 plug sockets worked. The one that did work looks very dodgy!
2. Walls thinner than cigarette paper! For the first couple of nights we could hear our neighbours television all night, as well as talking and loud noise coming from the corridors at 3am. The other downside of the thin walls is that if you do not fancy staying in the bar for the evening entertainment, you can hear this loud and clear from your room with the balcony door closed!
3. Stains on the bedding!
4. Cabinet below the television looks as if it is about to rip out the wall. Also very awkwardly positioned.
5. I run and bath for my partner, only for the bath to fill with flakes of white paint!
6. The door lock barely worked, I later noticed that there was a plastic strip stopping the lock from properly engaging!
7. AC barely worked, it was like being on a sauna at night the amount you are sweating, even though it’s only 11 degrees outside!
8. Last couple of days our room smelt of vinegar, almost as if they used it to clean the floor!
Overall we still enjoyed our holiday.
I would say that you’d expect more from a 3 star hotel than what this place currently can offer.
Maybe if they renovated the hotel we would return in the future due to location and local views.
I will add that LLoret De Mar is a great place to visit for anyone who hasn’t been.

This place is a disaster! From the moment we arrived staff were very rude and were not well mannered. We walked into the room which wasn’t fit for an animal to live in. Stains all over the bedding including blood and brown marks. Then we find bugs on the bed. The bathroom was mouldy with bacteria growing. The only nice place was the balcony which was still filthy. We arrived late so after discovering bugs we went down to the receptionist who advised us to go away and come back tomorrow - all we asked was for him to hand us new bedding. Their was multiple people at the reception complaining on arrival for different things, one women said she had no power to the room and was told the same to come back tomorrow. He told me to call the holiday company to complain so I did but he wouldn’t answer the phone to them so I handed my phone over while they were on the phone he told me to go away. So we waited until the morning, we slept on top of the bedding and we were bit. The next day the receptionist asked us to wait 4 hours for a new room so we did. The cleaners were waiting and the new room wasn’t the best but it was clean and even the cleaner was disgusted with the photos of the first room. While we were on holiday a man fell and banged his head we asked for an ambulance as he was on the floor in the recovery position the receptionist laughed and started to take photos of him while he was on the floor. Absolutely disgusting this was also the same men who were rude when we arrived. Everyone who was at the hotel while we were their said the same. The food wasn’t the best but it was standard I suppose again they were rude but at that point we didn’t expect any different. I would look at alternatives. Wouldn’t bother going to reception with any issues, because they won’t help. The sun beds were all mouldy and collapsed. If you are going I would suggest taking a hazmat suit because you will need it.

Check in was very easy, we were also let in the room early. We was worried after reading other reviews. The food is basic but there is always something to eat. The room was adequate, with a balcony, it was cleaned every day by polite cleaners. Entertainment at night is music, but to be honest it was all you needed. Overall I found the staff very pleasant. If you want 4/5 star then go elsewhere and pay for it. This is a budget hotel, reflected in its prices. Personally I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Would I come back? Definitely. Thank you to everyone.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and I really liked it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was big. The staff were nice and helpful. The food was also good, especially breakfast. The location were great, close to the beach and shops. The only small problem was the Wi-Fi, sometimes it didn’t work very well. But in general, it was a very good hotel and I would like to stay there again.

This hotel is amazing, the pictures on the website match the hotel perfect. The pool is massive rooms are huge! The shower is lovely the temperature was just right never went cold! The all inclusive bar had so many options open till very late. Entertainment was very good and the dj had great music taste. Everyone in the hotel very friendly felt safe 24/7! Would definitely recommend

We are back after a 10 day break in beautiful Lloret De Mar. We had a wonderful stay at the Rosamar Spa hotel and the staff at reception were amazing especially Skali and Sophia.
The hotel is in a great location and has a lot of amenities. Our room had a great view and spacious balcony. I used the adults only area and indoor pool every day, the cabanas are so comfortable and you didn’t have to fight for a sun bed.
We did b&b, the breakfast offered great choice I especially loved the daily fresh juice. My husband & I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the staff went above and beyond.
We came to Lloret last year and stayed at a different hotel and picked the Rosamar Spa out when we were here last and I’m so happy we did. We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great vacation from room 304!

Review by Ian Lloyd – Rosamar & Spa, 4★
The Rosamar & Spa is a well-established four-star hotel that clearly carries a sense of heritage. It appears to have been in the same family for generations, and their experience shows. They also own several other hotels nearby, which adds to their presence and reputation in Lloret de Mar.
The location is excellent — tucked into one of the quieter parts of Lloret, yet only a two-minute stroll to the beach. This makes it ideal for those who want to be close to the action but not overwhelmed by it.
The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. Breakfast is generous, with a wide variety to suit all tastes — a welcome start to each day. Rooms are comfortably sized, each with a balcony; ours offered a beautiful sea view, which was a real highlight.
The pool facilities are first class, with good-quality loungers available in plentiful supply — no early morning towel dash required. The poolside snack bar is conveniently located and offers a solid range of drinks and light bites. Beyond the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance if you want to explore local dining options.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel that delivers on every front — comfort, service, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rosamar & Spa and would gladly return.

Nice Hotel very close to the beach (2 minuntes walk). We had room with part-sea view / part street-view which had balcony enough for 2 people for sure. Every day towels were changed even without paper "Please clean my room". Stuff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, like in standard hotels. On dinners some food was the same, but every day was something new and extra. For sure everyone will find something to themself. Pools, saunas avaiable, same as gym and indoor pool with warm (salty) water. Perfect location close to the shops, nice beach and everything you really need.
I can truly recomend Rosamar and Spa !!!

We had an all inclusive stay there for a week the staff extremely courteous and friendly, the buffet restaurant provided variety of dishes for different tastes. The hotel is located minutes from the beach and all other attractions.
Highly recommended.

Family owned Hotel. Lovely staff. Excellent choice of food. Buffet style dinner which can lead to a bit of a scrabble. I would prefer a set dinner time giving staff a chance to replenish the dishes on offer .
