We were very satisfied with the hotel. We were in low season and booked a room with private pool. I don't think any of the bad reviews about the new part are true. What was strange was that they came to clean in the afternoon, but we didn't really have a problem with that either. The outdoor pool area is beautiful, parking is available and although the air conditioning is payable, you can plan ahead. The bed could be more comfortable and the pool lighting did not work.

The venue is amazing, as is the pool and staff. Everything is clean and cleaned regularly. The rooms basic and regarding self catering as we were you would find it very difficult to cook a meal for the family. 4 bowls, plates, glasses and cups, knives, forkes, and spoons. You have a kettle, one pan, one milk jug, a spatula, and that's your lot!! No microwave, toaster, iron. You have to rent the toaster and iron as far as I was told. Your air conditioning is 50 euros a week. They were kind enough to change rooms for a shower and not a bath due to my mobility issues once one was available. Food, restaurants, spas, bakery, and everything needed are over the road and cheap, but if you want to cook in the room, then beware. Not even a sharp knife to cut the bread. The pool area is truly amazing and so perfect to sit by the pool all day. We had an amazing time here and met so many people who return year after year. Every so often, you had a strong smell of sewerage, yes in the room, bathrooms, and even woke me one night it was that strong. However, if people put the paper down the toilets, there will be problems.

We had a great stay at Letsos. The staff is available 24/7 and was always friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily and you also get fresh towels. Overall, we had a perfect stay at Letsos. The pool was great! Free beds are available that are also open to people outside of the hotel. Yet the rooms aren’t located at this pool. Most of the ‘new’ rooms are in a separate building across the street with a separate private pool (as you see in the second picture below).

Np man Plays

It's a very run down hotel it has newer rooms avaliable but the main part is very dated. Our room electronic door lock didn't work and would allow anyone to walk into the room. The AC is not included and you have to pay additional fees for and the same for the safe in your room. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation in the room next door. The pool attached to the hotel was very nice but its owned by the bar mitsos.

Stayed here for just one night due to the delays caused by Air traffic control. Room was OK for storage although a family of 4 might have struggled for space for a week. Funny little kitchenette in the corner of the room which I guess was fine for making tea although it seemed quite well equipped. Didn't really explore it. But wouldn't have wanted to cook as there is more space in my caravan kitchen! Bathroom was nice enough but tiny shower and shower height thing broken. We stayed at the back of the hotel overlooking the fields which was quiet. Quite a few of the rooms faced a moderately busy road which was apparently quite loud. The pool area is quite luxurious looking with sunbeds with mattresses, beanbags and massage jets and beds. But you have to order drinks and food from the bar rather than bring your own so guess you pay a bit for it. Had to pay extra for AC (possibly as we weren't a proper holiday booking) and there was also a charge for the gym. Nice breakfast. All In all rhe hotel was fine but not as convenient for us as our original hotel (Alykanas Village Hotel).

The location is very good. The hotel not so, for 4 days we had to ask for towels the cleaner took them n not replaced them n no shower mat the floor was very slippery. Breakfast was not on site you had to go up the road it was awful, cold, they were not replenishing the food when the dishes were empty. We gave up n went down the road to James n Leo's place the food is great poached eggs to die for. Bacon n sausage fabulous. We didn't stay round the pool 2 on our site 1 up the road. The pool bar on the roof didn't open until 4PM, had to go down stairs for a drink. We went down the road to the sea front paid €12 a day for 2 beds n umbrella. With space around us, in the afternoon they came round with free lemonchelo, we were better looked after than at the hotel. Even the tea tray was not replenished. The best thing about the hotel is we had a sea view n the location to restaurants. This is the first hotel I have not left a tip for the cleaner.

A fantastic hotel for exploring the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Great location allows you to explore the whole island and the beaches literally 3 minutes from the hotel are sensational! Beautiful views, plenty of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Hotel very nice, clean with a great pool with sun loungers. And most importantly sensational staff. The incredibly polite and professional receptionist Santiana from the very entrance showed a high level of service to arriving guests, the barmaid Viki and her colleague were always friendly and served sensational drinks. In the restaurant, delicious food and professional service under the watchful eye of the wonderful Eric, who along with the other waiters greeted all guests from the entrance with a smile. All the hotel staff create an amazing family atmosphere and care about the hotel. The hotel managers Magda and Paulina are incredibly helpful and top notch. I would highly recommend it to anyone! I will certainly return there more than once

Hotel was clean and quiet apart from chattering cleaning staff at 8am every morning. Room was adequate bed a bit cheap and lumpy. Staff friendly. Good location near beach and off the main strip.

Nice, sandy beach with shallow and warm sea water. Areas with sunbeds&beach umbrellas ( 10 euro for 2sbeds&um) but also areas to lay your stuff free of charge. Sun at 30C very warm almost burning. Many bars and jey ski places. Fun & Sun...enjoy

Just got back from a week AI Room was spacious with 3 balconies!! Amazing views across the beach. sheets & towels with room cleaned daily. What to say about George… he is a credit to the hotel, very friendly & accommodating. Reception hit & miss, some days we had to go upto sister hotel to speak to someone, although not a problem as we had to go there for food, but slightly unnerving knowing there isn’t any staff manning the hotel. Literally 2 min walk to fabulous beach. Pools are kept clean with plenty of sun beds. The only thing let’s this hotel down is the food, either luke warm or cold. not a lot of variety and nothing is labelled, desserts were dire and fruit is ok if you like melon (which I don’t) so we eat out a lot at some fantastic restaurants around, although the salads were nice and these were varied every day. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel but not a 4*

Nausica (Reception) was perhaps one of the best we’ve had the pleasure of meeting… thank you. Hotel was nice, we had a room with jetted tub. Nice spacious room, while the single beds we’re comfortable they are not great. Found them too small for average adult and they move about..( mind the gap). Room was generally quiet, you don’t hear any noise from surrounding pubs or traffic. Our neighbors occasionally played loud music or movies while using their spa which was a little annoying. Jetted tub stopped working 1 day, sadly no one came to fix it when reported, luckily it started working the following evening. Meals were varied (enjoyable) with some Greek dishes, same for breakfast. Desserts tended to be more or less the same things. Bars were always busy but you only waited a minute or two. Marcos is a true barman, remembers your name an preferred drink ( so many guests) with lots of one liners (entertaining). Pools are ok and we were glad to see the hotel TRIED to enforce some rules on booking sun loungers. Early October there were always a couple free. On occasion there were children by the adult pool but we did not see them there for long. Only other negative (not hotels fault) was some guests are inconsiderate. A large welsh group held sun loungers + tables and chairs, they were making calls and playing videos via speaker, took multiple drinks and left them, filled multiple plates with food & dessert but did not eat it. Would definitely return

This is a 2-3 star at best, yes some rooms updated but a room with a 'private' pool has no privacy at all. Anyone walking down the path can watch you in your pool and bedroom. Pool area is filthy, literally black - paint pealing off everywhere. Only 2 nights entertainment in a week! Food is the usual all inclusive fare so nothing special.

We came to this hotel as a family of 6, with the fact that it was clearly stated in the contract that the apartments we purchased through the Fisher travel agency were to be next to each other. However, upon arrival at the reception, we were informed that two of our family members would be transferred to another hotel. The reason was a problem with the water pipes. however, during the 3 days when part of our family was in another hotel, other guests were accommodated on the same floor in Diana Palace without any problems. So it doesn't look like a plumbing problem to me. The compensation for this inconvenience was the air conditioning for our entire stay. do you think it worked? no. I was at the reception 4 times because of a problem with the air conditioning and no one solved it. as for the receptionists, when they were supposed to solve some of our problems, they looked as if we were bothering them. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. and if you think that's all, it's not. on the last day of our stay we met people who had the same problem as us. however, if you read the reviews from a month ago, you will find that the hotel has had this problem for a long time. in the end we found out that there were more people in the hotel than they could accommodate and therefore they moved some of them to another hotel. we also got a free transfer, with the fact that we were told by the hotel manager herself that the transfer will come as soon as we need it. the average waiting time for the transfer was 45 minutes. once the manager even called us a taxi because the transfer couldn't come, our delegate was a complete disaster. when we announced at the reception that we could not reach the delegate, they started talking that they could not believe that our delegate was behaving like this. that there was never any problem with her. quite often the cards for opening the doors also did not work for us. because of this I was at the reception 3 times. the bonus of this whole thing: the diana palace hotel is a large complex, but on the website they only show the most luxurious part of the hotel, with apartments with their own pool. almost all guests, including us, were accommodated in another part. we were very surprised because we thought that we would live in the apartments that are photographed on the website.

7 starts hotel :)) We booked the hotel through Jet2holidays(the worst travel company) the biggest mistake, the hotel is not neither 2 stars. The rooms are old and noisy,we stayed in room 204 , the food for all inclusive is awful,not many selections, cheap drinks and the pool no chance to find a free sunbed only if you will put the alarm to wake up at 5am to be sure that you can catch one. We tried to ask why the people are allowed to reserve the sunbeds without stay at the pool and the lady from reception was saying that we have the second pool and she is sure that we will find something, of course we didn't. I'm giving 2 stars just because Panos was really friendly and gave us enough information to have a better holiday. The staff from all inclusive restaurant should be appreciated more because they are running almost all day to keep the table clean. The area for kids was closing at 6pm and is bad.

I cannot recommend this resort enough 😊 I recently stayed at a fantastic resort in Argassi and had an amazing time! The pool was large and clean, the food was absolutely delicious and diverse, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive to our needs. The rooms and dining area were spotless, and the resort's location was perfect for exploring nearby beaches. There were plenty of nearby agencies for booking activities, but if you prefer to relax, the resort has everything you need. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation experience! Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a family, this resort caters to all needs and preferences. I will definitely be returning here for my future visits to Argassi, and I encourage others to do the same. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!❤️
