Zante Town
Zante Town, sometimes known as Zakynthos Town, is the capital and main active port of the Greek island of Zante. As a busy harbour, the resort is a lively, bustling town offering up a slice of Greek authenticity with plenty to see and do. Holidays in Zante Town are mainly concentrated along the lengthy waterfront boulevard which runs along from the main hive of activity in Solomon Square to the stunning church of Agios Dionysios. With winding streets leading onto squares rife with cafes, restaurants, shops and bars and a vibrant atmosphere all around; Zante Town is a fantastic destination for a fun filled holiday.
The resort enjoys a good location, nestled scenically between tree topped hills, fields laced with vineyards and olive groves and the impressive Mount Skopos. With views across the sweeping bay to mainland Greece, the surroundings of Zante Town are simply breath taking. Aside from the beautiful countryside to explore and the bustling island life to watch, Zante Town holidays also offer a beach if lazing in the sun is more to your taste. With the dedicated beach resorts of Tsilivi and Argassi nearby, you may choose to venture further afield in your search for the perfect beach.

The hotel has an overall nice outdoor pool. Our room was on the private side with private pools. Everything else is a 0. The restaurant however serves the most delicious food ever! I already left a review on the hotel but I must tell you guys that the chef is special. We ate there everyday or our stay!❤️bon appétit

We stayed here for 2 weeks 27th September till 11th October.
We were self catering and stayed in a studio (my husband and I) The room was pretty basic, however it was cleaned every day and the cleaners work very hard. There was not much facilities to cook with and you do need to put a 10 euro deposit down for a toaster. Which we did. Staff are pleasant enough. Overall the hotel is OK and we would stay again.

The room was definitely not like the pictures on Booking.com. The fridge was "cooling," so it was loud all night. There were tons of mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was disgusting. The breakfast was not worth the price. We had to pay extra for almost everything. All in all, I'm very happy that we only stayed for two nights.

Easy drive from the Airport, about 30mins.
Great location to do the north of the island.
Hotel had everything you'd need and the staff were really nice.

We are not fussy, but this was our worst ever holiday. Pool looks lovely but smells of sewers. The hotel is meant to be 4 stars so we were charged €100 for 10 nights for the tourist tax and our room was far from 4 stars! You had to walk past the sewage to get to it so no chance of sitting on balcony. Getting ready to go out on our second night we could hear dripping in the bathroom and there was a large leak above the toilet. It looked like this had happened numerous times before and not been fixed properly. We told reception and they came to patch it up. We didn’t have the energy to move rooms as everything was already unpacked. Then the weather warning came 3 days before we were due to fly home. Obviously no one can control the weather but on returning to our room the bathroom was flooded and water was coming down through the light fitting and the same place as the first leak. We told reception the morning after but nothing was done about it and we had to spend the remaining 2 days with a dark bathroom. Please do not be fooled by the lovely pictures of the swimming pool, this is an awful hotel and I didn’t even want to give it 1 star. We had friends in the newly built more expensive rooms and their air conditioning unit broke on the first day and they were told it would not be fixed. It is disgusting how this hotel is run.

Last minute holiday with friends our first rooms were not good flooded floors, smelly and cramped we got moved and it was a little better but we had difficulty to get in shower with cramped space and no sink in the bathroom beds changed often but quite hard mattress, the towels were clean but very old and tired the photos on Tui website are of the new planos sister hotel down the road which is deceiving I was expecting a roof top swim pool and spacious room and shower room we did not get any of that.
Overall for the price we paid it was ok the breakfast was good only one day was it cold but rectified quickly good selection of fruit and Greek yogurt, home made cakes and biscuits, hot full English breakfast and continental selection too it was disappointing to see the young girl serving at breakfast spent most of her time looking at her phone and quickly putting it away when the boss was around.
There was building work going on in the building next door so we didn’t spend much time in the hotel due to the noise! the best thing was the location close to the beach bars and restaurants

Definitely some of the rooms have less standard of bathroom. In our case, the room has been changed after 3 days to better one. Cuisine and bar have been perfect and top of rated point is clean and friendly staff that they were very kind and helpfull in all time. Especially greatings to bar staff. The sea is some minute to walk, but it is so nice to make a little walk from there to hotel. Swimmingpool is open till 8p.m. and very clean. Everything was very positive and good vibes for took a rest.

I visited the hotel with my daughter. Since she is gluten-free, I specifically looked for a place that could provide gluten-free meals – that was the most important point for us. During our stay, I was very pleased to see that the restaurant staff made a real effort to ensure the gluten-free diet was varied and enjoyable. They were also extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire week-long stay

When we arrived and checking in we were told that they had a problem with the air con and that we were to stay in one of their other hotels which was a 10 minute car drive out of tsivil. We stayed there for 2 days and then we were moved back to the hotel but again we were in the hotel.sown the rd not the main hotel and although it was clean and the cleaners dis our room everday , when ever we walked in ro the room there was a smell of sewage and it was not coming from the bathroom so goodness knows where it was coming from. Also we had to walk . the road to the main hotel for breakfast when the hotel we were staying had breakfast there. Will not be going back I'm afraid to this hotel and really don't believe it was anything to do with the air con I think they had just over booked the rooms. Very dissapointing

Lovely good quality hotel. Great staff, friendly and helpful.
Pool clean and 1.4m deep full length with steps and rail to walk in. Bar good with good all inclusive drinks. Restaurant lots of fresh food and good gluten free. Not much choice for picky kids all the time ( chips, fish fingers, pizza) but if they like chicken, pork, rice, pasta, salad there is plenty.
Spa available, friendly
Location great for bars restaurants and shops. Beach close with hood beach bars; Argassi is lovely.
Entertainment good through the day, night time less so but there are new staff learning who are lovely do I am sure it will get better over the season.
I would be happy to return here.

Lovely hotel, big bedroom & very good shower room. Dining room bright & well set out, food very good & lots of choice. Reception, bar & dining room staff very friendly. The room was kept very clean & the towels were lovely & soft. So pleased there was a magnifying mirror in bathroom. There were 2 pools in this hotel. The entertainment girl was very enthusiastic & friendly.

Wow what a find. I travel a lot and I can honestly say the Diana Palace has it all for a very enjoyable stay. The room type I stayed in was lovely. The food was delicious with so much variety. Dietary issues taken serious. The people who run and work in the hotel are so warm, friendly and helpful. A fun Entertainment Programme. I am so looking forward to coming back

WOW what an amazing hotel in a great location. Room was clean and comforable. The entire hotel was spotless and cleaned every day The staff were absolutely outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. The food choice was great and varied The entertainment was excellant. Couldn't fault the hotel in any way
All the staff were amazing but 2 members deserve a special mention. Kelly at reception went above and beyond what I would expect her to do I injured my knee doing Greek dancing on day one. She went and made an ice pack for me and when the swelling went down she gave me directions to the nearby pharmacy who were very helpful and gave me the tablets I needed. Within 2 days I was totally pain free to enjoy the rest of my holiday. The other person who deserves a special mention is Elenor. She was the Queen of entertainment and brought so.much fun and laughter during the day and early evening before outside entertainers came to the hotel to wow the guests
Sophie Adams
The hotel itself was fine, but the entertainment left a lot to be desired. The so-called “entertainer” only ran endless games of bingo — nothing creative or engaging for a wider audience. Worse, they were incredibly intense and pushy, constantly hovering around guests without respecting personal space. They didn’t ask if people wanted to join in and seemed rude when anyone declined. It made relaxing in the communal areas uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of vibe you’d expect on a holiday. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a fun or varied evening experience.
