We had an unforgettable stay at Domes Aulus Zante – truly one of the most well-organized and refined resorts in Zakynthos. The quality of the services is exceptional – from the quick and seamless check-in to every small detail that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Everything runs smoothly, and the staff is always attentive, discreet, and highly professional, ready to anticipate or fulfill any request we had. The food is another highlight: the buffet is generous, with fresh and varied options, while the à la carte restaurants offer a truly elevated culinary experience. Every dish is prepared with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented, reflecting a deep respect for gastronomy. A standout aspect is the attitude of the staff – warm, friendly, and genuinely focused on guest satisfaction. Our stay at Domes was lovely. We stayed for 10 days in a sapphire sea view room which was spacious, clean and had an incredible view. We paid to upgrade the room to a sea view which I would definitely recommend (we were at the beach front). The food at the hotel was outstanding with the buffet being different each night and the restaurants being high quality food with great menus. The all inclusive options were great, the cocktails were fantastic and there was food available from different places pretty much all day. There were lots of places to sit, and one pool but it is right on the beach. The staff are all really nice especially the ones as you enter the hotel in the reception area - special shout-out to Andreas who was super helpful and attentive throughout our stay, he arranged a boat trip and car rental, as well as recommending which places to visit on the island. He also helped my partner surprise me for my birthday with flowers and cake in the room!

We just stayed there and were so sad to leave. Right from the start Wayne greets you at the front entrance and welcomes you. We were very early for our check in, but the reception staff were very nice and stored our luggage. They told us to wander through the hotel and beach area and make ourselves at home. Not only is the food amazing, the staff/servers were very helpful and gave excellent service. The pool area is exceptional clean and tidy. And the pool bartenders work very hard to quench your thirst! An amazing island and an equally amazing hotel. Go there!

Beautiful hotel, great pool area, great bars, amazing(!!) food. Absolutely loved it and will be back in the future. We went the second week of May as we were wanting to go when it would potentially be less busy, and there was a lovely, quiet and relaxed atmosphere which is exactly what we were after.

Just returned from a 10 stay at the Domes Aulus, the hotel is spotless, staff very friendly, quality & variety of food excellent, plenty of sun beds available both by the pool & the beach. The only negatives were the standard rooms called the Tropical Nest which were so small there was insufficient space for clothing,the shower cubicle was so small you had to enter sideways, the whole bedroom was tight and a challenge to move around. The only other issue I found was the sun beds had no padding to make you more comfortable which for a 5 star hotel I found strange. If we were to return we would up degrade the room as this was a major issue, other than that a very enjoyable stay.

We booked this Holiday for our Honeymoon. This hotel is faultless, the staff are very friendly especially Kenneth who could do enough for you. The rooms are immaculate, the food is fantastic. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. Would love to come back in the future. We had a meal in the new Sky bar restaurant, the food was Amazing something different and fantastic service.

This hotel is amazing I was originally booked else where but was transferred here and I cannot say I was disappointed. I first thought my birthday trip was ruined but Meandros made it the best. From the start to the finish. The food is amazing and not a large selection but the food is cooked wonderfully and is not left out for long periods of time. The only downside is that not all food had labelled but that was minor to us . The chefs and all staff are welcoming and warm to all and they add personal touches such as knowing your order of drinks. The waitress who takes the orders make the day as she is warm and welcoming with her approach and remembers details. The rooms are immaculate and we stayed in the grande suite room and its beautiful with a beautiful view. The pool is lovely with plenty of space around. Its lovely to see the manager/ senior team around in the hotel throughout the day ensuring things are up to their liking and interacting with staff. The spa area as well is gorgeous!! We hired it out the pool, hot tub and sauna and we cannot say it did not disappoint it was a lovely celebration. Overall we loved this hotel even though it was not our original we definitely will becoming back soon.

11/10 hotel, it has it all - food was terrific with lots to choose from and a different buffé every single day. The rooms are clean and feel luxurious with their modern, yet traditionally greek style. And the staff are very friendly and chatty (especially Kenneth!). I went here with my friend but perhaps its better suited for couples. I can only think of one thing that we disliked, and that was the neighbouring rooster who woke us up if we ever forgot to close the window. But who knows, maybe he will appear on the buffé some week - i certainly hope so. Thanks guys for a memorable week - Viktor and Leo

Pleasant hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Rooms are spacious but like so many boutique hotels, it's form over function. Little storage space so you tend to pile clothes up on the narrow shelving. There is one wardrobe, some of this space is taken up by the safe, iron and ironing board. The room was cleaned every day but to varying levels. Sometimes cups and glasses were washed, sometimes not. Sometimes we got coffee replaced sometimes not; overall these are minor issues. The bar is expensive, local beer is €6, €2 if you buy from the local shops. The mini bar is crazy expensive, a small 330ml can of coke will set you back €3.50 when it is €1.10 from the local shops. I was a little wary at the check in desk when we were asked to fill in credit card details, CVV, and expiry dates alongside our address and name on a piece of paper, that's a fraud opportunity for a spending spree. It was not enforced but we were told we would have to pay for everything as we consumed it and nothing could be charged to our room. The pool was meticulously cleaned most days and was always checked. The main hotel areas were also spotlessly clean. We stayed half board, but apart from breakfast, ate at the restaurant twice. The food is not great, a small buffet selection with odd combinations. The breakfast omelette station was probably the highlight. Quiet hotel and a nice base for exploring.

The staff make it a 5 star place. We had a very disappointing room, our Garden or Pool view from the balcony was actually the fence opposite side to the hotel car park driveway with no privacy as it was the communal walk way out of the hotel. Room 112 has probably the worst room in the hotel it didn't match up to the 5 star rating given.

We stayed here in June and had a great vacation! I'm convinced this is one of the best hotels on the island - new, clean and with enough sun beds for all guests. Rooms were cleaned daily and service was excellent. Some guests from an island nation were loud at night, but I still slept well. Highly recommend!

Hotel beautiful. Clean rooms and housekeeping will clean daily with fresh towels if you want. All staff very helpful. Food and drink not to my taste but that didn't matter i just ate out and got to see alot of the island. Thank you white olive elite for a lovely stay.

Fantastic, realy. Just a few tips: 1) get a decent music subscription and play music that suits the moment and public. Indy, jazz and Hard techno dont mix and is annoying your clientele. 2) place some hooks for clothing and towels in the room We had a very pleasant stay early season with queitness and no crowds. Loved it!

So this was our first visit to Zante island decided to go all inclusive which we rarely do & boy were we sorry! The hotel itself is quite new looking very modern & very clean but that's where it ends. Nespresso machine in rooms but no coffee pods, you have to buy them at reception at a cost of 70cents each! Only place to have a drink is the pool bar , no atmosphere, no a la carte restaurant as advertised & sign posted all over hotel, but believe me they could do with one. Food absolutely awful! Always the same rabbit,salad that was there all day looked & tasted dry, pizza,chicken dippers,spaghetti bolognese not 5 star food & to go with it Always cold! We did attempt to eat there as we had paid for it,but it was inedible, even breakfast was not good. We ended up eating out every evening at a brilliant restaurant down the road called the island restaurant. Breakfast was coffee in our room made with pods bought from the supermarket. White olive need to buck up their ideas as this hotel is definitely not 5star but you have to pay 5 star tax! Never again.
