**5 Stars – A Perfect Stay with Just One Tiny Snag** We recently spent 7 nights at Domus Aulus Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, the grounds were beautiful, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was exceptional. Our room was spacious, tastefully designed, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The amenities across the property made it easy to relax and unwind, and there was always something to do or explore. Whether lounging by the pool, enjoying the spa, or simply taking in the stunning views, every moment felt like a true escape. The only small issue we encountered was with the restaurant booking system. With several dining options on-site, we were excited to try them all, but unfortunately, the reservation process made it difficult to experience each one during our stay. A bit more flexibility or availability would have made the culinary experience as perfect as the rest of the resort. That said, the food we *did* manage to enjoy was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, Domus Aulus Resort exceeded our expectations and left us with unforgettable memories. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

This was our third visit to the Domes catalogue and first time to Zante. The hotel's location was perfect, far enough away from the nightlife but easy to walk to from the beach (approx 20 mins). The hotel was clean, smelt nice and the staff were polite and professional. The swimming pool wasn't heated but during the summer I would imagine it would warm up. Though on our visit it was ice cold. The food and drink selection was big and good. My negatives were as follows: Bed - Very hard and I had hip and shoulder ache. Which resulted in a poor sleep every night. Shower - Weak and no constant heat (went from boiling to freezing without warning)

The accommodation, the beach and the food were fine, but that's it. The hotel didn't seem prepared for rainy weather. Since our room was outside the main building, we got wet every time we went to the restaurants. One of the restaurants was outside and it was freezing. All the activities, such as Pilates and the saxophone night, didn't take place because of the weather, and nobody informed us even though we had officially booked the classes. No one cared to cover the day beds and chairs outside, so everything was wet after it rained. The wellness and spa didn't include a sauna or anything other than massages. Another disappointing thing was that, despite the information on platforms like Booking.com and the photos on the website, there were no bicycles, not even for rent. This was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, but the staff didn't try to resolve the issue. Overall, the staff were not particularly helpful, and sometimes not even friendly. Of course, this doesn't apply to every staff member. The last and biggest problem was the food. Since one of us is vegan, we chose this hotel because it advertised food for all kinds of restricted eaters, but nothing at the buffet was labelled as vegan. We had to ask the staff every time, but often didn't receive an answer. One day, one of the cooks told us that the baklava was vegan; the next day, another cook told us that it was made with butter. So, if you have any allergies or are vegan, we can't recommend this hotel. There were also vegan options, but not many. The à la carte restaurants had more options, but you had to book in advance. On the first day, however, we couldn't even get a reservation for all of them because some were already fully booked. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but we don't think it lives up to the expectations created by the advertising and the price.

This is meant to be a 5 star resort but I wouldn't say it is. It's 3 star. We arrived at the hotel to be told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. Due to the hotel overbooking sea rooms. The picture of the apartment block was our upgraded room view. I then complained on the first evening and the following morning to be told we would be moving rooms to a room we had paid for which is the pic of the sea and pool. That lost us our first full day waiting to unpack in our new room. We then had issues with the shower in the new room. For the entire week the water pressure was poor and you were lucky if the shower provided any hot water. The lifts didn't work for two days also. The positives are the customer facing staff are great, the food was excellent all week and the cleanliness of the room was good, but the issues had a big negative impact on our holiday and we definitely won't be going back.

Lovely hotel, very clean, modern scandi vibe decor in a peaceful area. Would recommend booking the specialty restaurant options as the food is next level. Plenty of food and drink available on all inclusive package including daily salads or baguettes by the pool to take out for a day trip. Lots of cats around which made me very happy. Entertainment was good with greek dancing, disco, musicians. The only thing I found difficult was the online booking system for activities such as the yoga and wine tasting which we missed out on as we were a day late arriving. Would be good to book these in person.

The food was varied and of very good quality, with plenty of choice every day. The pool was great, and there was never a problem finding a sunbed at any time of the day. The beach is only about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. The all-inclusive offer included a very wide selection of drinks. What’s also worth mentioning is that if someone wanted to buy drinks outside the all-inclusive menu, the prices were very reasonable and affordable. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside was the animation program–during our one-week stay there were only three activities (two themed evening events and one morning aerobics session). However, this might have been because we stayed at the end of September. The main street in Laganas is about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend.

We had 55 guests join us at our amazing week at the white olive elite hotel in Zakynthos for our wedding, and what a week it was! The hotel was so helpful with luggage, allergies with meals and just all round a friendly bunch. The rooms and hotel felt very clean every day we were there, and nice and spacious. The all inclusive buffet was great, catering for friends and family with allergies and other needs. Food was generally hot and fresh and also quite varied which I liked. The location was ideal for us, just a 5min walk away from the beaxh and around a 10min walk to town and the strip. So if we wanted to go somewhere more lively it wasn't too far. The pool area was also great, with good snacks and drinks on offer. All inclusive drinks were fine, although they did do premium cocktails for a bit extra which were amazing! The hotel felt very safe as there was always security there at night. The hotel even provided some nice wine and a fruit platter to the room for us on our wedding day! I think all our friends and family thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I would say was that when you were outside by the pool, there wasn't that many toilets close by, especially if you were less able but there were some about 2 mins walk away for most guests. Thanks for an amazing stay and wedding week to remember!

We spent a week in this hotel in September 2025. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and also smaller and cozy, which I liked for Greece. The room was fine, quite a standard one – I wouldn’t classify it as 5 stars, but still, it was okay. The view wasn’t great, but we didn’t spend time on the balcony anyway. I liked that everything was connected to a touch display, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleaning was always done well. The food was varied and tasty, although I still missed a few things. We wanted to have a proper traditional Greek gyros for lunch or dinner, but it was never served. Yes, there was a small plate in the snack bar, but it wasn’t the authentic Greek one. At breakfast, I missed some fruits like watermelon or pineapple – there was only hard sour fruit that wasn’t really edible, but otherwise breakfast was fine. Lunch was also good. Dinner probably had the most variety and the biggest selection, so I would say the all-inclusive service at this hotel was overall fine. I was a bit disappointed that there was hardly any entertainment at the pool. The animators came around just a few times in the whole week and only asked if anyone wanted to play darts. We never saw any aqua aerobics or other activities in or outside the pool, so the animation program was quite weak. On the other hand, I liked how everything was comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and cozy at the hotel – maybe a bit more entertainment would have been nice for others, but the calm atmosphere suited me. At the pool bars, there was a menu with alcoholic cocktails, which were tasty, but if you wanted something like a mojito, you had to pay extra. I was a little disappointed with the attitude of some of the bar staff at the pool – sometimes it felt like they didn’t even want to be there, and often they didn’t smile at all. On the other hand, I really liked the blonde lady who always greeted guests in the hotel restaurant with a lovely smile. The reception staff were also pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the Greek night on Saturday by the pool – that was very nice. Overall, I would rate the whole week positively: the hotel is beautiful, the food tasty, the pools great. We really enjoyed our stay – thank you for a wonderful week.

The room cleaning was poor – the cleaning staff don’t refill soap or toilet paper. There’s a lot of noise in the hallway in the morning. The food is monotonous and not very tasty. Cocktails are watered down, and you have to pay extra for the good ones – even though it’s supposed to be all-inclusive.That’s why it only gets 3 stars – I would have rated the hotel the same way.

We had a fantastic stay here! Food was very good ( much better than we expected reading some of the reviews!).. plenty of choice...food wasn't always boiling hot but always lovely( they are catering for so many people, it's impossible to have food kept very hot buffet style without it drying out, and I'm a caterer, so I can sympathise! )... restaurant staff , room staff, bar staff and reception staff all very helpful and polite, really looked after us! Bar staff accommodated al our different needs and with a smile . I was expecting to queue for drinks as they were all inclusive, but the staff were very quick so no queues...infact sitting in the bar pool was a delight with a cocktail in hand!! Rooms very spacious and immaculately clean. One criticism is why not have reusable plastic glasses at the bar instead of disposable plastic glasses at the bar ( I know it's more convenient with no washing up, but sooo many plastic glasses being used on an Island that has a turtle breeding beaches is not so good!! Oh, and why plastic straws and not paper?? , again very bad on this turtle island. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Thankyou all so much for making our first all inclusive holiday so great!!!

Our honeymoon at Meandros Boutique & Spa felt like a dream from the very first moment. We arrived tired and happy, and within minutes we were smiling like kids. Everyone welcomed us with such genuine warmth that it instantly felt like home. The whole place has this calm energy, soft light everywhere, and an attention to detail that makes you stop and just breathe. We stayed in the Master Suite with private pool, and it was absolutely stunning —spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, the pillows were perfect, and having our own pool made every morning and evening feel magical. Breakfast was exceptional, with fresh, delicious options that changed every day, and dinner was just as impressive, with amazing flavors and wonderful service. Parking was easy and convenient, which made everything simple from the start. The spa was beyond what we imagined. The scent, the water, the music, and the kindness of the staff created a feeling of pure peace that we didn’t know we were missing. We stayed longer than we planned, just floating and talking softly, not wanting it to end. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so calm, so cared for, and so grateful all at once. We left with full hearts, thankful for every moment, and already dreaming of coming back one day.

Was alright - but definitely not 5star! We really enjoyed the hotel’s location – it’s close to the beach, on a quiet and attractive street with several nice, affordable cafés nearby. The area of Kalamaki is lovely. The hotel itself is convenient, and the breakfasts were quite good, with a special thanks to the chef for the delicious omelets every morning. Staff members Mark and Kenneth were exceptional – always polite, professional, and ready to help – and they significantly enhanced our overall impression of the hotel. However, the hotel did not meet true 5-star standards. The room we were given was smaller than expected, and when checking other room pictures, they appeared larger and more modern. The TV in our room did not work. The rooms in general are outdated, and overall cleanliness was lacking – we even found a 3-star hotel we stayed at afterward to be cleaner. Our bathroom showed noticeable rust, and after rainfall, water dripped from the ceiling. It was also unclear how often the hot tub is properly cleaned. Additionally, the housekeeping service was a bit awkward: the cleaning lady knocked but did not wait for us to open the door and went in herself immediately. Some staff members seemed unfriendly or a little arrogant, although Kenneth and Mark consistently stood out as attentive and welcoming. Overall, it was a good stay in terms of location, breakfast, and the help of standout staff, but the property does not feel like a 5-star hotel and is not worth the high price.

This place completely stole our hearts. We spent part of our honeymoon here, and it was everything we could’ve dreamed of — and more. From the very first moment, we were treated like VIPs. We were welcomed with a delicious sweet juice and the warmest smiles, and to our surprise, our room was upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with a private pool. 🥹✨ I mentioned it was our honeymoon but never expected such thoughtful care — it truly made us feel grateful and special on this amazing trip. The suite was perfect: a private pool, a large sofa to relax, and even complimentary coffee. The nights were peaceful and quiet, and the bed was incredible — the kind that hugs you! The sheets smelled so fresh that we still talk about it. We also had dinner there, and honestly, the hardest part was choosing — too many delicious options! 😂 I had the best moussaka I tried on the island, and there was also a great variety of cheeses and fair prices for drinks. But the true magic of this place is the people. Every single staff member cared from the heart. They made sure every moment felt special. It’s hard to explain, but Meandros doesn’t just host you — it celebrates you. 💛 Pictures will never do justice to the beauty and attention to detail we experienced, but I’ll try to share them anyway.

My wife and I have just returned from 7 lovely days at this hotel. The location was perfect, quiet but close to everything we needed. Our room was spacious and serviced everyday. There was never a rush to get a sunbed and there was a very relaxed vibe. The food was prepared and presented to a very high standard with plenty of choice. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and a special mention for Kenneth who was always happy to help. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing I was originally booked else where but was transferred here and I cannot say I was disappointed. I first thought my birthday trip was ruined but Meandros made it the best. From the start to the finish. The food is amazing and not a large selection but the food is cooked wonderfully and is not left out for long periods of time. The only downside is that not all food had labelled but that was minor to us . The chefs and all staff are welcoming and warm to all and they add personal touches such as knowing your order of drinks. The waitress who takes the orders make the day as she is warm and welcoming with her approach and remembers details. The rooms are immaculate and we stayed in the grande suite room and its beautiful with a beautiful view. The pool is lovely with plenty of space around. Its lovely to see the manager/ senior team around in the hotel throughout the day ensuring things are up to their liking and interacting with staff. The spa area as well is gorgeous!! We hired it out the pool, hot tub and sauna and we cannot say it did not disappoint it was a lovely celebration. Overall we loved this hotel even though it was not our original we definitely will becoming back soon.
