If you are looking for somewhere quiet to relax and enjoy time out then you can't go wrong. We have just spent a week at Keri Village and it was great. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was really nice and the rooms clean and with great air con which we needed as it was wall to wall sunshine and in the mid 30s. The on site mini bus goes down to the beach several times a day(free) and its only 10 minutes away. We hired a car and a small speed boat and it was reasonably priced. Thanks for a great time. Mick

Amazing location, Amazing food, Amazing service, chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Super friendly and helpful staff. Our room is basic, but spotlessly clean. Beds are very comfy and the air-conditioning is a godsend. Great location (see photos) Will 100% be visiting again. (Also, adults only. So very quiet 😉😉)

Absolutely amazing hotel. The food is the best food I’ve ever had in a hotel. The meatballs and the cheese and potato pie in particular were excellent. Friendly and accommodating staff. Immaculate facilities. Brilliant views from the pool area. I would definitely return. It was 4 days of pure relaxation. The hotel manager Maria was so helpful and friendly.

We returned on 1/7/25 I gave 5 stars for the rooms the only thing that was a little disappointing was the shower it was small. The rooms were cleaned every day and towels changed, the bed was comfy. The service was fantastic we spent two weeks there and everyone was so friendly. I dont get some people moaning you treat people how you would like to be treated.The food was fresh and the menu only started to repeat its self on our last two days. All of the staff were happy and smiling. The location is beautiful and peaceful the views are stunning. Entertainment was on three nights of the week and there's a minibus that can take you into the village. The age of guests ranged from mid twenties/ forties /sixties. If you just want to chill sit back and relax this is for you We loved it so much we have booked to go back again in September for a week

We’ve just returned from a stay at Keri Village & Spa and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat, and this hotel absolutely delivered. The views alone are breathtaking — worth the visit in their own right. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While the decor may be a little dated in places, it certainly didn’t detract from our experience, and we had no issues whatsoever. We never struggled to find a sunbed by the pool, even though some guests did reserve theirs early. The freshwater pool was a little chilly at first, but refreshing once in. The pool bar was convenient for drinks, and the main hotel bar also offered a good selection of snacks and refreshments. Because the hotel is smaller, there was a lovely sense of community among the guests. We often found ourselves chatting with other holidaymakers, which added a friendly, personal touch to our stay. The staff truly stood out — always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with anything, no matter how small. Their warmth and dedication really enhanced the overall experience and made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. The food was consistently good, with plenty of variety. A full English breakfast was always available, and we enjoyed both lunch and evening meals at the hotel. We also ventured down to the beach a couple of times for dinner, where there are some great spots with beautiful views. The hotel offers a daily shuttle service to the nearby beach, just a short 5-10 minute drive away. The beach itself is stony, but the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We also hired a boat — no licence required — and spent three days exploring the coastline, caves, and even spotted turtles. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip and something I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. There are a few small shops and supermarkets near the beach, but this is a quiet, laid-back destination — perfect if you’re looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. I always read reviews before booking, and while some people focus on minor negatives, it’s important to appreciate the many positives this place offers. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a stunning location with great service, Keri Village & Spa is a fantastic choice.

Beautiful hotel, second time being here, about a 15-minute walk into town. We had family rooms with two bedrooms. Food was not loads of choice, but it was fresh and hot, and you could find something every night. The only thing that would put me off going again is no none smoking area, and every night by the bar there was a couple that just chain-smoked, and I came home with an awful cough.But otherwise i would go again i adore Zante and the people are just so nice friendly 😀 ❤️

Filoxenia is best described as modest. It doesn't have much, but what it does have, it does well. Not a bad hotel if you just want to eat, drink, and lounge. It is made up of two areas separated by a dirt road, each area has a pool and rooms. One area has the reception, and the other has the bar, restaurant etc. The whole hotel was very clean and tidy. Our room was based in the area attached to the reception. The room was nice and modern. But like with many modern showers and basins, they do not drain well. The bathroom would flood partially after each shower, this was an inconvenience. We had two single beds pushed together (I'm not sure if we had the opportunity to chose a single king or queen bed), and one of the beds had the tendency to move away from the other, which was another inconvenience. There was no way to lock this bed in place. The mattresses were of the firm spring type, which I didn't like. That being said, I made do, and I didn't bother asking if I could be given a foam mattress topper. I also understand that you have to pay for AC, it's something like 10 EUR a day. It wasn't hot enough for me to ask about this, but if it is 10 EUR then I think that is a lot. The restaurant was okay. The food was good. The selection was on the smaller side, but this makes sense considering the size of the hotel. This didn't bother me as I eat almost everything. As the restaurant is a buffet, you have to squeeze past other tables with food in your hands to get to your table which is a inconvenience. And that's about it. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. It's about a 25 min walk from the hotel to the beach. 15 min walk to town.

We didn’t expect much, but this hotel really surprised us in the best way. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even gave us tips on the best places to visit. There was plenty of parking available, which was great. Other than that, we had all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and there were always plenty of choices: pasta, salads, tzatziki which was delicious. One day, the chef made gyros with pork, and when we mentioned we don’t eat it, he kindly made a special version for us without meat ,filled with fries and salad inside. It was honestly very tasty. The rooms were very clean, and the staff kept everything tidy. The balcony was quite spacious and comfortable, and the TV had channels in both English and German. What I didn’t like was the bed situation, the double bed is actually two singles pushed together. You have to be careful at night not to fall between them. Still, the bed itself was comfortable overall. The location is a bit far from the town around 10 minutes by car to the center and some touristy beach spots were even further. But to be fair, in general, most tourist destinations in the area are quite spread out from each other, so that’s something to keep in mind. I also believe there was also transport available to get to town or the beach if needed from the hotel. The pool was really nice, but one thing that bothered me was how people ,not just from the other side of the hotel, but even from our side would come early in the morning, leave their towels on sunbeds to “reserve” them, and then disappear for hours. Some wouldn’t even use the pool at all until much later in the day, which felt a bit disrespectful to other guests. I think it would help if the hotel had a policy to remove towels from unused sunbeds after a certain time, and also add more sunbeds overall. For what we paid, it was totally worth it and with a couple of small fixes, I’d be excited to come back.

The staff were incredibly helpful and chatty when asked questions, the pools were fantastic and the food delicious. I'm particularly grateful to Dennis for helping me out with a wardrobe malfunction just before a wedding. The TV wasn't working but to be honest we wouldn't really have used it much when we had our phones and tablets. I highly recommend this hotel and hope we get the chance to go again some day.

Nice rooms but wifi isn't great in rooms only outside. Service was great very nice people at the hotel. Location is good a walk to restaurants and shop. Food is very good and a variety of foods.

Great overall experience! The location of the hotel was great and includes a car park. Also can’t complain about the food or the rooms. What stood out the most was the service we received from Christos, who always greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome from day one. Christos even went above and beyond by making us some traditional Greek coffee which tasted amazing. Thank you Christos and Diana Palace for a great stay!

Loved this hotel from the moment we got there! The staff are so friendly! Big shout out to Stathis the barman, lovely guy, remembered what drinks we liked and remembered our names as well. The food was outstanding! Something different every night it just kept on getting better. Rooms are quite basic but beds were very comfy and we had a lovely view of the pool and the sea. The location was ideal, plenty of shops and bars and there is a sandy little beach 5 minute walk away, the water is very shallow and crystal clear. The entertainment is pretty good! They do quizzes everyday which always turned into a good laugh. Pool games and water aerobics was also good. Another shout out to Kelly on reception who made us very welcome when we arrived at the hotel! Only con's:- air con is only on at selected times so if you want it on all week you have to pay! We did as first couple of days were so hot, the safe we also had to pay for, but we went knowing this already so took extra money. Would I return! HELL YEAH xx

I’ve just came back home from being at Diana palace for a week with my partner. Elena - my girl. A special shout out to you, she goes to the max of keeping you all entertained, such a great spirited woman and an absolute credit to the hotel. You made our holiday Elena and I won’t ever forget you. The food was amazing - different cuisines every day and was super tasty! (Something I’ve never experienced before in all inclusives) The outdoor day & evening bar- the Barman is absolutely amazing, remembers your order and name from day one, truly an amazing experience. The location is absolutely beautiful- I walked alone to the local shops many of times and never felt unsafe. Greek people are amazing. The hotel room - absolutely beautiful and clean. We recently stayed at Diana Palace Hotel in Zante and had a mostly enjoyable experience, with a few areas for improvement. Highlights: Ana and Stathis at the pool bar were absolute stars. Their customer service was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The pool area itself is fantastic: very clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Entertainment and activities were led by Eleanor, who was brilliant—full of energy and enthusiasm. However, some of the equipment could use a bit of TLC. The darts were worn out and the water basketball net could do with replacing. The spa was another high point—lovely atmosphere and the girls working there were incredibly welcoming and skilled. A real treat! Our room was fine and cleaning standards throughout the stay were very good. That said, I was quite disappointed with the room setup. We booked a family-sized room but were given two rooms with 4 beds for 2 adults and a baby. Since our little one wasn’t ready for a bed, we had to rent a crib for an extra €5 per night, which felt unreasonable given we’d already booked a family room. A baby changing facility would also be a helpful addition for guests traveling with young children. Food-wise, while the taste was generally great, the variety was lacking—it became repetitive fairly quickly. Late night entertainment was mediocre. The singers weren’t much better than the guest karaoke participants, so not really something we looked forward to. All in all, there’s a lot to like about Diana Palace, especially the people who work there, but a few small changes could make a big difference.

We booked a one week stay at Diana Palace for the beginning of the season. We had a lovely time overall. The room was great and very clean. We would definitely recommend getting a room with a hot tub as it makes for a good relaxing time after a day of visiting around the island. The food at the buffet restaurant was amazing, with a lot of variety every day and freshly prepared meals. There's something for everyone including children. A big shout out to Elena for the entertainment every night which made our stay very enjoyable. It is also a very good way to connect with other vacationers. The hotel also offers very good tours around the island. Thank you Ian for all the great advice and helping us organise some of the tours we booked. Finally, the island of Zakynthos is definitely worth visiting even before the peak season. A lot of activities, bars, clubs and restaurants only open from the 1st of May but there's still many things to see as it's one of the prettiest Greek islands we've went to so far.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately felt that it did not live up to its 4-star rating, especially considering the price. Positives: * The view from the hotel was truly beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. * Most of the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, which we appreciated. Negatives: * The fruit served at meals was often unripe, which was disappointing. * There was only one pool available for regular guests (unless you were part of the "My Favourite Club"), and it was almost always overcrowded. * Sunbeds were frequently reserved early in the morning with towels, and the staff didn’t seem to enforce any rules against this. * The breakfast was exactly the same every day—no variety at all. * Our room was not properly cleaned: the floors were never mopped, and the bath towels were sometimes dirty. Shower had no pressure * The à la carte restaurant didn’t offer anything special. In fact, the food seemed like it came from the same buffet, just presented a bit nicer. All in all, the hotel has potential, but the overall experience did not justify the price. With the current standard of service and facilities, it should not be considered a 4-star hotel. We would probably not come back again.

We had a truly lovely stay at this beautiful hotel in Zante. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The hotel itself was spotless with a calm, relaxing atmosphere especially in the My Favourite area. One of the highlights was the massage — really relaxing & so rejuvenating! We also really appreciated the special care and attention given to dietary requirements, which made dining here stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, caring, and refreshing getaway.

It was an amazing holiday - the staff was extremely helpful and kind to us throughout the entire stay. The food was exceptional - different themed meals each night, with a variety of options. The room condition was very good, clean, air-conditioned (beneficial due to the heat). Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned from 10 nights at Aluasoul Zakynthos. My No1 tip would be to upgrade to My Favourite Club. We had a swim up room (ac was superb, bathroom a little small but adequate) with a Bali bed immediately outside and it was fabulous but would have been happy with a front Seaview too. Guests who do not upgrade only have access to the relatively small main pool which we didn't use once as the infinity pools and access to the sea were so much better. The pier into the sea is a little precarious and does need repairing. The staff were all super friendly and efficient. Tony at The Fancy Bar deserves a particular mention. Lovely guy. Have seen lots of negative reviews about the food but we didn't find this to be the case. Lots of beautiful fresh salads and local delicacies. The stuffed vine leaves and taramasalata were a particular favourite along with the Greek potatoes. Labelling of dishes and allergens could be much clearer for those who require it. Drinks were fine, we're not big drinkers and are not precious about specific brands but I do think a good addition to the My Favourite Club benefits would be to include premium drinks and brands and refills of the mini-bar even if just with water and soft drinks. In summary, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would recommend but we will not be returning as Zakynthos itself did not have enough to offer us outside of the hotel. We prefer the likes of Rhodes and Corfu.

Lovely quiet location. Lovely location of room, although room was a little dated, could do with a new bathroom, although very clean Food let the hotel down, if you were a Favorite Club member as we were you could eat in the a la carte every night. There was no choice, and the same food Mon-Weds and Thurs-Sat. This is not a la carte. Buffet in main restaurant had very little Greek food, plenty if you wanted Polish or German. If we wanted this we would have gone to Poland or Germany! Staff all very friendly.

I must admit, I was quite hesitant about this trip after reading some of the reviews. I even considered cancelling. But after exchanging a few messages with the lovely manager Zanet I decided to go ahead with the booking and I’m so glad I did! From the moment we arrived, I was positively surprised. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was delicious, the staff were kind and professional, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was truly relaxing. Everything was a 10/10. Thank you so much for making this stay unforgettable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention we received throughout our holiday.

Do not recommend this hotel On an all-inclusive basis you will be charged for a lot of things, such as a normal cappuccino because the one they serve at the hotel is horrible, you also have to buy water because they serve tap water. The sun loungers that belong to the hotel and are on the beach also cost 20 euros per day, the food is always the same and reasonable.

I spent a week at Gardelli Resort and had been looking forward to it for a long time. The photos online made it look amazing — but unfortunately, the reality was very different. - Misleading Presentation The promotional photos are not representative of what you actually find on arrival. The hotel’s surroundings were dirty and noisy, completely at odds with the peaceful escape I was hoping for. - Room & Facilities Issues Our room’s air conditioning didn’t work, which made sleeping very uncomfortable in the July heat. The elevator was constantly broken, which became a daily inconvenience. - Pool Situation If you want to use a sun lounger by the pool, be prepared to wake up at 5 a.m. to reserve it with a towel. Every lounger was “taken” early in the morning — yet no one was actually at the pool. This was incredibly frustrating and poorly managed. - Food & Atmosphere The food was nearly the same every day with very little variety. Adding to the discomfort, loud techno music was played almost constantly. This is not a relaxing environment, and it’s definitely not a place I’d recommend for families with children. - Inappropriate Staff Behavior What disturbed me most was the behavior of a “manager” at the pool bar who seemed to focus on young women, offering them free drinks and clearly trying to flirt. It was uncomfortable and felt inappropriate. - Not a 4-Star Experience Based on everything I experienced, I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel is rated as 4 stars. The quality and service were far below that standard.

The food at the place is absolutely disgusting!!! A booking of 5 of us paid all inclusive for 2 weeks, I ate breakfast once, evening meal 3 times maximum. Most of the barstaff are lovely, the management are absolutely vile! If they can try and charge you extra for ANYTHING they will. I wouldn't feed the food on offer to my dogs. Such a shame because the hotel itself & the location are perfect.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon because of all the good reviews. The breakfast is okay. Lunch and dinner change every day, which is nice, and the food is very tasty. The staff is very friendly. However, the cocktails, beers and wine that are included don’t taste very good. We had a standard room located next to the main road, and at night we could hear drunk young people passing by. There was also a large group of young people staying in the rooms, making a lot of noise. An upgrade to one of the rooms with a private pool would have been nice — we would have been happy to pay extra for it. They say they are green, but most hotels I’ve been to, for example, have a service where towels left on the floor are replaced, but towels that are hung up don’t need to be changed. I would recommend that. Zakynthos is a beautiful island. I visited it also 9 years ago, and unfortunately, it has become much more touristy since then.

Feels like home at a dear friend's place Staying at Hotel Castelli feels just like visiting a good friend – warm, welcoming, and completely relaxing. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The location is absolutely perfect, surrounded by a beautiful olive garden that adds so much charm and peace to the experience. The food is absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of options, even for guests with food intolerances. The vegetables, in particular, are a dream – bursting with taste and clearly grown with love. Every day brings a different culinary theme, from traditional Greek dishes to Italian favorites and even Asian-inspired menus – such a lovely surprise every time! The pool area is a true oasis of relaxation, and the cleanliness of the entire hotel is simply impeccable. The beds are super comfortable, and you’ll sleep like a baby after a day of sunshine and good food. All in all, Hotel Castelli is more than just a hotel – it’s a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

Felt like home from home! Staff are amazing, the food was ok , there was always something nice! Nothing was too much hassle. The pool was lovely and clean. The only down side was the all inclusive alcohol wasn’t great, the shower was a bit small and no gym. If they rectified that I would give it a 10/10.

Bute House Aesthetics

Castelli hotel is one in a million, the staff go above and beyond with a genuine desire to make your holiday special. We booked the honeymoon package for our 25th anniversary and arrived to a beautifully decorated room with cheese & fruit platter plus fizz and wine. The hotel is relaxing but fun and the food was fresh and homemade. No junk food here. The pool was lovely with relaxing music and by night is transformed to a beautiful entertainment area with some good quality acts each night. All holiday makers were happy and relaxed and many friends were made. The staff and owner make this place somewhere very special. We highly recommend Zante off road tours run by a fabulous couple, we had a day trip driving through the mountains and lunch under walnut trees, the most fun you will have guaranteed! Cameo island is walking distance and very beautiful. Could not recommend enough ⭐️
